Ryan Sedlarik: Aside from minor layout changes it's the same place I remember from my grungy teens. Great selection of T-shirts and collectibles. I will always have fond memories of this place and now mostly use it to get FNAF mystery minis for my son, which he enjoys quite a bit.

vid 1900: Spencer's is still the same as when I was a kid!Still lots and lots of lava lamps. Most were overheating with all the lava up near the top (at home I use a dimmer to cut the lamp down a bit; that lets it run all night).The fun t-shirts are all still there (including some unexpected deep cuts like Trick R' Treat !).Of course, in the back, all the more adult toys and gear.Spencer's is still cool.

Victoria Lopez: Had a pickup order that I tried to pickup Sunday. The site stated they closed at 6pm. Arrived at 4:30pm and they were closed. Tried to pickup again Thursday as it was the soonest I was able to other than Sunday. I was told my order was put back and the money will be put back on my card after 7-10 business days. I will not be returning to any spencers location after this incident. No one answers the store phone or even customer service. Entire experience was a joke, a waste of time, and gas.

Marysol Thornton: Came here last week and bought two pairs of pajama pants only to get home and realize that they didn't take the security tags off. Came back to get the tags taken off and there a sign that says "Hang tight. We will be back in a few minutes." We waited 30 minutes for them to open the door, just to do what should have been done in the first place. Super disappointing service.

Alexis Hahn: My experience at Spencers located at the Westland mall was nothing less than amazing. Not only were the staff very friendly, but also very informative and helpful as well. Shout out to Chelsea and Store supervisor that was in the store for helping me pick out new jewelry for my piercings and also helping me score great deals! I believe I walked out with 7 new great quality jewelry for only $38 and some change! Without them I wouldn’t have known about the deals and would’ve totally forgot about my punch card. Needless to say I will be back again and again and again for more awesome deals. Thank you Spencers and team! You guys are awesome!

She was so patient with my son, trying not to make him feel Embarrassed about our purchase. Chelsea deserves a raise for her dedication and professionalism under awkward circumstances!
