Lance Taylor: Poor customer service. They sold me a defective PlayStation 5 in December 2022, lied and said I broke it, that it was never broke. We are currently headed to Trial due to their illegal acts. I advise against doing business with them. The owner was at mediation hearing in Ferndale via zoom on February 8, 2023. He stated in mediation that THE SYSTEM WAS NOT BROKE PRIOR TO THEM selling it to me. However, I have documented facts that the HDMI ports were destroyed prior to my purchase. They declined to refund my money. So, a trial date was set, which is exactly what I wanted. This isn’t about money, it’s about treating people like humans. Not using a NO REFUND POLICY TO SELL CUSTOMERS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.
