Nicole: Cute, but the food was bland. The nastiest chicken & waffles Ive had. Most of the chicken was not seasoned, tough, dry, and a lot of fried skin, the beer flavored piece was actually disgusting and the waffle was dry. The food was also lukewarm. Our server never really checked in on us, no straws, extra napkins, & she just looked annoyed. 55$ for breakfast for 2 with tip.Would not return.

Tee Cakes: Toast is always a fav. I love the banana coffee. The corned beef hash is plentiful. During this visit, it seemed a bit greasy. The chicken & waffle was delicious. KRISSY: *We thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks here. Small place, but with the open window lighting, it is very welcoming and cozy. **However, we ordered some mimosas and food. Got our mimosas, no food. The table next to us sat down a good 20 mins later and got their food before us. Our waitress comes back and asks what our order was again, so we tell her. We order another mimosa to which she told us it would be free for the wait. We were randomly given a small serving of fruit-which we assumed was complimentary since our wait time has reached about 40 mins now. Our food finally comes and we eat, get our bill which still had the 3rd mimosa. I asked the waitress why we were charged when she told us it would be free and she said that's why she brought the fruit....we NEVER ASKED for fruit... Then the tip was automatically charged onto our bill coming out to roughly $100. This was wrong of you guys.... Don't treat your customers that way especially after you forgot/lost their food in the first place. Then make false promises. Not cool.Parking: Not many close spots. Your best bet is to park on a nearby street/lot and walk over.
