Wiegand Park: what do users think?
Theressa Dustman: Nice park
Walied Kamel: Good park. Newly renovated.
Diane Charest: Dog-friendliness: Poop everywhere
Thomas Family: I love this park, really, nice park!Restrooms: Ok the rest room can use some cleaning like more pine so hand soap and paper towel.
James Saner: It's got a lot of play area and it's close for the grandkidsThere are three play areas, baseball field and several tupelos
Chris: Just redid the parking lot and sidewalk.
Anjanae Williams: They just redone the pathways and parking lot. It's a beautiful park. Great place to just sit, relax and enjoy a beautiful day outside.Picnic area: The pavilion is spacious with sturdy picnic tables.
Vanessa Cartwright: Beautiful park
Shannon OBrien: The only thing wrong with this park is that the parents stay in their cars all the time and the kids do leave candy wrapper and drink bottles sometimes. The bathrooms open when the weather is warmer and they lock them around 7-9pm not sure. Yes dogs have to be on a leash too. But it isn’t enforced and there are empty baseball fields to let them run loose and fence them in so thats cool too. Someone set off fireworks in the bathroom and now they are locked all the time so thanks a bunch for that
Denise Biggs: Nice, clean, and quiet
Gabriel Bonilla: I love the sidewalk, its great for biking. But there been a bunch of glass on it lately from smashed bottles
Demell Theus: Kid friendly pet friendly
William Torrence: Fun for the kids. Police station in front of Park very safe
Tonu Tonni: Nice park for kids and family picnic. And also there are fields for players.
Rene Salazar: Good 👍 love ❤ 😍 💖 ❣ 💕 💘 ❤
N, Williams: A nice place to go.
Pinky Promise: Right by my house always clean
Aidan Rehe: Amazing place
Kala pino: We go here semi frequently.. But there's been 2 dead skunks laying next to the swingset for at least a week. Kids poking at them with a stick. I let animal control know they were there the first day I noticed them but they're still there over a week later.
Brenda Ba: Cool park kids had a ball I will visit again
Glenn Bach: Nice clean place for the kids

Maya Nelson: Nice walking trail, never over crowded, good space for kids to play
Joya Mills: This is a really nice park. It has a play area for younger kids between the ages of 1 - 5 and a play area for older kids 6 - 10. They are lots of trees and nice metal park benches for parents to sit and watch their childten in the shade.
Keecii Mobley: They have outlet you can charge your phone which is so dope to me you don't see that at every park
Bettie Cotton: Really clean park

Sarah Lynn Taylor: Love You Make Me Feel Happy Just Being Near... U know who you are....😘💋
latonya greene: Use to be a nice and clean park with open restrooms but now you have a porta potty😐
Fee Greene: Beautiful little park but the parking lot needs to be redone. There are no lines after everyone parks at the curd it's just open in the middle. It feels like it's indication that the lot is full and one would need to park on the street.
Joel Bulger: Beautiful park I'll go there againPlayground: Yes Public restrooms: Yes Off-leash dog area: No Picnic tables: Yes Barbecue grills: Yes …More
Tanisha Jones: Go place for picnics kid friendly
Jaybird3388: Gorgeous day, had the park mostly to ourselves, some fellow dog walkers but a great day to walk. Park is trashed, garbage and mylar balloons everywhere, dogs off leash, fighting and loud music. Miss my quiet neighborly park.

City of Warren Halmich Park: what do users think?
Richard Dolata: They don't clean the restroomsRestrooms: They are smelly and not cleaned, same debris from a week ago.
Outt “moselee” RuNNin: Spacious and quiet area to read and nap.Restrooms: None, and I didn't see any porta potties either 😱
Mel Dem: Nice bball/softball diamonds, tennis courts and playground. Well kept. Just wish bathrooms were open in spring
Katie Foster: This park needs some serious updates on the play equipment.Playground: Unsafe, poorly maintained, and filthy.
Edmond Nackasha: We need portable Restroom Just like the one in Madisson Height Parks
dinaj ahmed: Beautiful
Peri Christensen: Decent hill for younger sledders.
Justin Khalasawi: Always peaceful my puppy lived it
Hear All Balancer: Good park
Larry Crawford: Everybody in the shop awesome like family everybody treats you well with respect has a good time very good with the kids wherever you're going stop going and come here.
Robin Brooks: I like to walk there in the summer, & read my book from the car in fall, & winterPlayground: The park has an area where children can playPicnic area: Plenty of picnic tables
The One: One of my favorite places
Kevin Gibbons: Speed bumps....
Jason Jones: A great city gem. Make sure to visit this park and enjoy the walking path while you're there.
Michele Rojas: Beautiful. I just needed a quiet moment. The trees and their brilliant colors were just the ticket, a quiet place to read.
Wayne Beitel: Great for kids soccer.
L Edwards: The parking areas need some work. Grass is growing up over the curbs. My father in law tripped and fell over it. I would like to see less tire tracks on the soccer fields off Chicago road as well. Find a way to keep people from driving and doing doughnuts on the fields would be perfect. Visitors also need to clean up after themselves better. There is always trash blowing around. People need to care more about our parks and not be selfish with their attitudes about cleaning up their litter! Update 10/1/2022: The bathrooms are never open.... I literally just walked the entire park and not one facility is open. There are soccer games going on, families on the playgrounds, full tennis courts and a birthday party going on and not one bathroom is open. My star rating has just dropped to a 2.
Tia Fulghum: The only downfall was the fact they closed the bathrooms super early.
James Washington: Very clean
Sean Julian: Not a bad park. Bathrooms are gross.
Tim Bibin: Nice people and great scenery

Licht Park: what do users think?
Jamie Alex: Walk here almost everyday. Only issue is after rain, the whole grass is flooded.
Matt DeSantis: Pretty decent forest remnant, featuring spring wildflowers, squirrels and birds. The City needs to plant more trees or leave the leaves though, the back half turns into a barren mud pit in spring
Antonina Strazimiri: Cons: The park is probably better for older kids than the little ones (slides have large drops at the end or wide open bottoms), and the non playground area was extremely muddy.Pros: Not crowded, and the people we did meet were friendly. Swings were fun and low to the ground, which felt more welcoming to my toddler.
James Snow: Great spot to let younger kids play, or to just take a walk or get some exercise in.
daniel davis: Bathroom was open 😌
Rhonda Wilkins: I love walking on the pathRestrooms: They very clean
J: Bathrooms are still closed, and old people feed squirrels constantly. If you're afraid of squirrels, run!
Kimberly Hill: Cleanest park around the city! Path to walk, workout areas, picnic areas and a really nice park. The city keeps good upkeep as well.
Alfred Mendenhall: Great place for family outings.
Lisa Earl: Beautiful place to walk the dog and let the grandkids play.
Ampersand: It has a walking path, pokestops, 2 pokemon gyms, and a squirrel army. What more could you ask for. Also shout out to the house with the chickens, they're rad as hell.
Will Evans: It’s nice to see that around here for residents.
Jasen Yang: I'm gonna be honest, the pullup bars brings this park to a 5 star.
Nicole Briggs: Lots and lots of squirrels and a house with chickens, nice path, baby swings and the park is shaded. This is my favorite in the area.
Zac Sackko: Clean and peaceful, squirrels are really friendly, and you can feed them peanuts :)
Jerry Young: Very nice park for everyone. Lots of trees.
Patricia Marley: Great place to get walking in while the kids play
Amy Vivio: I would give this park 3.5 stars, actually. The quiet wooded park has lots of shade and a huge play structure, which are great! The downsides are the nonfunctioning water fountain and locked bathrooms in July (most parks' facilities are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), and the grass was a bit unkept and overgrown.
Kristin Terry: Nice park. But currently updating, wo there is construction you have to keep your Littles from.Handicap swing available. Path with obstacles for adults. A bit dated though.
naganorules: Great walking trail and park for kids. They are updatating the bathrooms at this time but have a porta-potty. Nice little forest which offers ample shade on the hot days.

Michael Sullivan: Wonderful museum and the layout I found was perfect. They do like a beginning of life all the way to foundation of blacks in Detroit. It's so much to look at and read when you are walking threw, that it can take you up to 2hrs to finish if you take the time to soak in all the information each display offers. I would give a perfect 5 but at the time I want, it was almost 80 degrees outside, and they didn't have the AC on. So it was kind of uncomfortable. But that's just me nitpicking.

And again, our tour guy was amazing!

Belle Isle Nature Center: what do users think?
Brooke Langley: Cute for smaller kids. A fun walk thru for adults and big kids.
Scott Harwick: Love the new set up
Eileen Fields: So Much Fun!! So Beautiful! They've painted the walls in bright, cheery colors!Playground: It's Brand New and very Nice! I didn't have a chance to take a picture of it.Restrooms: Very nice and clean! Full stocked and it's Still just for Women! YEAH!Picnic area: We didn't use it, but it's very nice!
Kendra Owens: Excellent!
Kawasaki 1: Awesome place!! Fun trip with my daughters
John Johnson: This place is pretty cool - even for adults. It was interesting to learn a few things that I didn't know about Michigan's amphibians and reptiles. The facility is clean and well taken care of. To get on the island, you'll need a recreation pass and everything is free unless one is inspired to donate further. Highly recommended.
Kj allday (Gardener Jones): Please go it is a pleasure
Janette Dwyer: Aquarium, was Clean & Awsome. Lots to see in a not so big space. Loved it. Our whole Fam had fun. Try the Honey! Mmm mmm. Nature center was closed, remodel at this time. ( April 21 / 23) but we'll be back.💜
William Zoufal: Very nice
Daniel Ohi: Great place! Very organized and new.My kids love spend some time there and look for Mudpuppies!
samantha crawford: Super fun and interactive exhibits.
Melodee Bush: Lived in the D for over 30years and visited Belle Isle hundreds of times but never stopped here. Quiet and informative although small but serene and relaxing. No charge, clean facilities and they do take donations, so why not go?!
Nicole Dunne: Love the upgrades, it looks very nice inside. There wasn't anyone supervising outside and I did see a group of teenagers wander into an area where the deer used to be that was supposed to be fenced off. Might be an issue that needs to be addressed.
Ramit Gupta: Small little center for kids. They have turtles, frogs, snakes and lizards
Jessica Dembowske: We were going to the aquarium, but it was closed, so we decided to check this place out. I couldn't believe it was free. It was very cute, and my 9 and 14-year-old loved it. I wasn't expecting it, so it was a nice surprise. The albino turtle was so cool. The salamanders were super cute. A nice place to spend some time with kids if they love anything nature related.
Tonya B: Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Interesting exhibits and fun facts.Playground: The playground is really cool for all ages. Thought I had a picture of it, but I don't.
Nicola Parkin: Nice little nature center.
Tim Samp: Love all of Belle Isle
La Wanda Smith: Great adventure for kids. Luke was a great guide.
Peter Ryan Wojcik: My kids loved this place. I just couldn't give it 5 stars due to a super dicky security guard being aggressive towards numerous people for no reason. But as far as the actual nature center goes it is great for kids
Dr. Rochelle Massingill: Beautiful place to relax and enjoy!

Austin Dannis Park: what do users think?
sharellabelle 19: The remodel is absolutely ridiculous. This use to be a good park with a tennis court and basket ball court. Now it looks a complete mess. They even downsized the play ground! Won’t be back.
Kyle Picard: This park is getting worse, not better. The roller hockey rink and basketball court were removed and the playground was downsized.
Jennifer Candela: Not a bad little park. They just tore out the playground to build a new one.Playground: Building a new onePicnic area: Nice picnic tables
Suzanne Thomas: Very well kept
Mommy Lackie: Half of the playground was shaded still when we arrived in the morning - quite a feat because it's so big! I'm not sure I've seen any so big. Many sections are meant for elementary or older kids, but there was still plenty for my toddler to do, too. Plus, she loves the small rocks used at a lot of Warren playgrounds for filler. There was a portapotty, so I don't know if the bathrooms had something going on or if that's because we came after Labor Day. Only two swings is a little sad, but the playground is so big, my daughter was only interested in them for a moment anyway.Playground: Very large playground, not sure I've seen any so big. Many sections are meant for elementary or older kids, but there was still plenty for my toddler to do, too.
Juice 248: It changed
Harley Mitchell: Playground: Super clean park, just wa short to see all the curde words all over the equipment.Restrooms: They were disgusting. Absolutely mortifying to use.Picnic area: Plenty of picnic opportunities, lots of space and tables.
Rene Salazar: Beautiful Park 🏞️
Timothy DeNudt: Great place to walk the dog. Open area to walk, but no trail.
Ferdous Ahmed: Excellent
MrDwaynedog911: Nice quite very clean and safe
Bobby Black: Katz did 347feet 5days
Linda Fernald: Took my grandson there to play
Keviin Wrubel: Dirty looks like homeless people live their
Tamara Washington: My son loves this park. Very kid friendly and safe.
USA MICHIGAN VLOGGER.: This Park is nice.I like it.If you guys go, I hope you guys will like it. Thank you!
naganorules: Great park in so many ways. The playground is nice for being older. Could use more swings though. My family was sad when they removed the basketball courts and didn't improve any particular thing. The bathrooms are now open which is great. Many local folks enjoy the field, trees, and tables there.
Frances Khreibani: Very clean & peaceful park. Nice play scape for the kids, plenty of picnic tables.
Takiyah pearson: Beautiful park and clean it could use some more swings
Sonja Aubrey: Nice park with PLENTY of room for anything
Danielle Sokolovic: Love this park. I have a young daughter so the toddler area is perfect, it's fenced in and has lots to do. I love that they have a restroom available as well.
