Called and kept in contact with them about my vehicle I was told a price before my car got towed, called and spoke with someone and they told me a totally different price, I was told one thing over the phone when it came to getting items from my vehicle and when I arrived I was told something completely different once again.They have children in this place of business in plain eyesight, staff members smoking vapes while assisting you. When asked why things were not explained over the phone I got nothing but attitude and was told they were told something different so obviously they don't know their jobs policies. Mike Perez: Do not use this companyThey will damage your vehicle!!I had my 2006 Dodge Charger srt8 picked up by this company. They damaged my gas tank and refuse to accept responsibility. I have to pay over $2000 in repairs including parts and labor to replace my gas tank. They were very unprofessional and told me they would sue me if I left a bad review. The man that I talked to was billy. He is the one that treated me this way. I wish I could leave no stars because they don’t deserve one star. Very disrespectful and unprofessional! Hundreds of towing companies around, do not use this company.

Emily Hayes: Stay far away. My car was towed here (not by choice) after an accident and the WPD told me I was not allowed to call my own tow, that it had to be towed there. We called to ask about getting my car out THE SAME DAY and was told it was $260, not to mention the lady that answered the phone was disgustingly rude. I go there to get my car and they tell me “that’ll be $310”… after I was just told it was $260. I ask why the price difference and they tell me because my car isn’t drivable, which is it was, they drove it out. But even if it wasn’t, I had a different tow there already so why the price change? SCAM ARTISTS. Very sad to see people trying to get more money from people that are obviously already going to be coming out of a lot of money..

Will Evans: This place is the biggest waste of time, even when the tow truck driver presented the right document to tow my car from out of there they didn’t let him in, this place is just trying to scam us out of more money for charging extra storage fees in the hopes you can’t afford their big bill and leave the vehicle behind, very inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Tammy Michelis: My husband passed away in a motor cycle accident when I went there to get the bike they were so awful to me asking for a Will which I already had a death certificate, Title, marriage license etc. The detective who was handling the case had notes on file etc… Stating I wouldn’t have any issues getting signing the bike over. I still felt pressure. I had to pay $790.00 cash. I had 800.00 the guy told me I don’t have change.. really? It’s a 10.00 difference know the gentleman who is picking my husbands bike up from my attorneys office out in Bay City. I said ma’am don’t worry about it. I have you for the extra three dollars. The gentleman didn’t even wanna offer me anything. All he would say yes ma’am I don’t have change. Never dealt with anyone like this in my entire life. I don’t ever want to do it again. I know so many tow companies that would never act this way or treat anyone as if money was the issue. If you don’t have to deal with Neuner‘s/bills towing I recommend you never have to do this specially if it’s a fatality. Horrible experience.Service:Motorcycle towing

Twerp SZN: I went thru AAA & they had US Towing handle my towing & I had to wait 6hrs before anyone even arrived & when the tow truck guy did arrive he then notified me that AAA was only gonna cover 5 miles of the towing & that I would have to come out of pocket $190. My complain on that is I should have been notified this 6hrs ago & I wouldn’t have even had them come out for that ridiculous price let alone it woulda saved me 6hrs of my life I will never get back from just waiting around for them for no reason. But the actual tow truck driver was a very nice dude & that’s where they deserve the 1 star or else I’d give the company a 0 star.Service:Car towing

Using a, Tow Hook, rather than just strapping the under carriage suspension components of the car (which will cause damage), he used the very proper procedure towing the car inorder NOT to cause damage. Thank you "Damien" for being professional & caring.

Tamyka Haralson: Literally one of THE WORSE towing companies, I’m certain their reviews are fraudulent. I scheduled a tow to have my vehicle delivered to my home and when the obviously experienced driver arrived, I knew instantly he was going to be a problem.First, they arrived with a tow truck too large for my driveway, though I specifically requested a smaller truck (perhaps this was a AAA issue), causing the driver to attempt to leave an inoperable blocking my driveway. I requested that the driver put the vehicle on the street, he refused. I called US towing and spoke with a gentleman that called the driver. He informed me that the driver was “having an issue with his truck” and was struggling to get my vehicle down. I recorded the extremely painful attempt as the driver lower the vehicle on my neighbors grass. After my many protests, he lifted the vehicle, repositioned then dropped my car. I received a return call from their dispatch and was informed that they would send another truck to my home to move the vehicle and was asked if I could wait a few hours as they were busy…. not a problem.Here we are 24+ hours later, with no return, I call… speak with “Nick - the owner” who states the information provided yesterday was incorrect and they won’t send another truck to me without me scheduling another call with AAA. “Nick” was extremely unprofessional, refused to address the misinformation I was given previously, nor the fact that his driver dropped my vehicle.Within my frustration to file a complaint, I realized this is the EXACT company that had to reimburse me previously for damages to my vehicle after their driver failed to put my tires on correctly.Save yourself the headache.Service:Car towing

Christine was pleasant on the phone. The quote that I received was lower than I anticipated. The arrived to the van well below 1 hour (approximately 20-25 min). I rode with Mr. Kent to the dealership; very pleasant and with a good sense of humor. I can tell that he is careful in how he does his work.
