D Wave313: Great and fast customer service with nice clean apartments!
Aaron Cram: I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 pm thru apartment list app. Arrived 5 minutes early. No one is around. In fact unit 8 looks like it was vandalized with the dishwasher throw out in front of the unit with a bunch of trash. I went to the office. Wich is storage. I Found a resident who said 15 go there she is the manager. No one home. Another resident says goto 27. She is in charge. She says she is no longer employed there that I should check with number 9 which is maintenance. No one there. Voice mail is ful no response to text message at that number. This was a horrible encounter. Stay away. Do not go here.
Dylan: Lived here 2 whole years and it has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!!! The "manager" or "just employee" when she wants to Tene, is rude and flat out incompetent. The only contact information given is tene! Who denies all liability if you have any issue and passes it onto "corporate" who does not exist or stay quiet with no way to contact above!! We have been told we would be charged 50$ per smoke detector we dont have up! We were promised in site washers and dryers like the ones plastered all over the images showing the apartments!! THY ARE NOT REAL!! APARTMENTS DONT HAVE WASHERS AND DRYERS! FALSE ADVERTISING! THEY TOLD US THEY WOULD BE INSTALLED IN THE COUPLE MONTHS AFTER MOVING IN! ALL LIES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They have no liability and will say whatever to get you to sign!! The reviews here are management and their family! I have reported this as conflict of interest!

This place sucks and is ran like a joke the management is very rude and never answers the phone. maintenance is a complete joke. all units are dirty and ran down to the ground. washer and dryer never worked. I had squirrels living in my apartment they didn't care. The manager Pat don't care about anything that's going on and the owner is even worse he's a slum lord. Take my advice and go down the street to 12 mile its cheaper and muchhhh cleaner!!!!

I purchased a home and gave them notice when I purchase due to me having 2 months left on my lease, me being who I an tried to work something out with them to still pay as I couldn’t afford to pay them and my mortgage. They refuse to work with me which tells me they are money hungry. I was an excellent tenant paying months in advance when I was working even tho there was no heat in one of the bedrooms and the air didn’t work upstairs we didn’t complain. After I stop working I still made a way to pay them. I guess relationship is is irrelevant when only transactional matters. Which is why they have so many open units now. If you’re in the midst of transition DON’T move here!
Jess Hoo: honestly living here for almost three years i’m regretting signing my lease again.. 2 nights ago gun shots right outside my window, loud music every night, disrespectful neighbors and no video surveillance. i hate it here. the portholes, trash, the office, they don’t update anything unless you move out but the rent is 1018. i cannot wait to leave.

Lynn Stinson: During the outage, the halls were pitch black. No emergency help whatsoever from the management or corporate office. No lanterns, or flash lights provided. Stumbling into hallways that were completely dark and finding our way by running our hands down the walls. The office gives nothing but their usual excuses. The staff cannot accommodate the renters because the owner won’t give them permission ($) to do anything. No security cameras “because he feels they would make him liable.”Continual problems with the garage doors, entrance gates and leaks. A maintenence staff of TWO to take care of over 250 units. They JUST hired a new Maintenance Supervisor. Seven general managers in the three years I have lived here, says volumes.I have a lease, love my neighbors and apartment, but otherwise I’d be moving. Immediately!!

So with that being said don't listen to anything negative in the reviews it's probably someone that didn't follow the complex rules an is just mad that they messed up..

Pauline Fail: Hi I've been living here at the regency club apt. for the past 4 years and I love my apt I feel so comfortable here and Tammie and the rest of the staff are so friendly, courteous and helpful, when I need them and oh and I can't forget the maintenance guys they are so on point and if you got an emergency they treat it as such you can definitely depend on them they are coming same day service. I don't ever plan on moving out .

I don't like the amount of rent I pay especially knowing when I leave they will update and new person will pay as much as I paid, but updated. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.I have never had a rat issues, never seen a rat or even a mouse!It can get noisy with people going up and down stairs, or common areas, but it is an apartment.I try to deal with Tammie, she gives it to me straight, I appreciate that. Though I have not had any problems with any of the staff!

Ridhan Riyal: Paid for an application and never heard back from management for about 2 months. Unanswered calls, emails , snail mail, telegrams. F-in horrible place to deal with. Got a call months later saying approved you can move in, w-t-f.

Shi: To begin with, you need a special team to find their office and a visa to get there. Once you somehow manage to get an apartment, you'll start hating yourself for earlier ignoring the signs from above . They have a "granite countertop" that absorbs water(yeah, that's where you feel that your life has been a lie, obviously sarcastically). The wall paint comes off with most hooks that you try to stick on it( We ended up having everything rested on the floor). The kitchen cabinets are logically and ergonomically so perfect that a few would not even have any problems what so ever( BEACUSE YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO USE THEM). The management, old or new or whatever they are, are as good as fairies( you need to have an opportunity to tell them what you want/solve your problem: that never happens). They do respond, but once you're done complaining and WITH LIFE. WORST OF ALL, the flush doesn't work well(yeah, I am grateful for life). Well, I will stop here with just one more line- It may be a "good" apartment but it's not home.

Andrew Jackson: The finish work on the interior of the apartment was very poorly done. Dents in the walls, floor molding is bowed, bathroom above light was plastered over but never sanded and repainted, big pink blotch in one of my closets, appliances are cheap, etc. And when I filled out the apartment inspection sheet and turned it in, they never came to fix the issues.The walls are not well insulated so you can hear everything from neighboring apartments. Also, they take no action against noise complaints.And the management staff is non-responsive to calls and emails. They don’t check their voicemails either because their vm mailbox is full so you can’t even leave a message! Just a poorly run complex for the money I’m paying!Oh, and they are also trying to charge me a monthly pet fee when I’ve never had a pet here and I’m not even allowed to have a pet with a second floor apartment.I would strongly advise anyone looking at these apartments to stay away!
DK LA: They took my money and denied my application even with someone down as a co signer. I never even had the chance to talk to anyone on the phone before filling out the application as well. Seems like the don’t want to answer the phone so they can have you go to their website to apply just to steal your money and reject you. They just made $150 from me

Kali Densmore: I lived here for one year and it was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property owner was very involved and shows a genuine interest in his residents.The apartments are new and updated. I lived on the bottom floor and rarely heard my neighbors.It was my first time living in Southeast Michigan and this was a great area to stay while looking for a home. It is located across the street from the GM Tech Center and next to the library and police station.

King Dev: The town homes are very affordable. The only thing is, it is a 6 month waiting list. I am hoping to be a future resident. The manager was very polite and professional. When I came the maintenance guy was pulling weeds. The property looks very clean and looks like a safe area.

When i spoke with the manager she was very polite and professional. We even laughed on the phone a couple times. It is hard to find good customer service. I look forward too being a future resident at Lorraine Manor.

1221: When I moved in here 5 years ago everything was out dated. We begged for new floors and new appliances and got nothing until our new leasing agent Crystal came. In this year I have received new blinds, new tile, new stove ECT ECT the list goes on. She has made my place liveable and I am so happy now to stay here!
