M H: These people are crooks, and considering the magnitude of semis sitting in their lot, I would argue that they are under qualified, when you consider they attempted to charge me 2K to rewire my trailer in conjunction with the fact that after 2 failed attempts, they managed to wire the ground wire incorrectly on the 3rd attempt, causing my trailer brakes to lock up and the lights to fail: can’t close a basic electrical circuit then attempt to charge 2K? Visit this second rate company at your own risk. If you want honest, reliable, professional solutions for your trailer needs, go to Shores trailer-They operate with integrity.And they owner doesn’t know what is going on with his employees. Will do absolutely anything and everything to Nickel and dime you. 06/29/2022 Original estimate repairs at $2,289.34.Second estimate came in at just over $5,100. Signed and talked about all the options and recommendations.Final came out to $6,811.32After receiving the total amount, I called the service advisor to discuss discrepancies on the estimate of repair invoice. Was billed $110 for ONE single lose deck Board the was sticking up 1/2 of an inch. An additional $110 for a LICENSE PLATE LIGHT.I wouldn’t have even minded if THE SERVICE ADVISOR COMMUNICATED.I MENTIONED SPECIFICALLY TO NOT BOTHER WITH THE SINGLE LOOSE DECK BOARD.Services:Electrical,Brakes,Body Trim,Battery,Steering suspension repair,Tires

Oleg Zhokh: UNPROFESSIONAL, and my experience shows they are charging a lot more than other shops in this area. As a costumer I should pay for the time while they work on my truck not for break,lunch,dinner,etc, just wasting time and super charge. Better to go dealership and you will have warranty for there work.
Isaac Abraham: Very bad service. it can be fixed within 10-15 min they took couple hours, also charging like dealership. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Next time I will avoid this place.
