Terry McKay: Denise, is the office manager, if you have medicaid, be careful with Denise, she never even checked with medicaid before my upper eye lift, to see if I was covered, so I paid cash, and then it was covered by medicaid, she told me when medicaid pays us you will be reimbursed, Denise never sent the bill to medicaid and it's been three months, I'm waiting for a refund and she never submitted the bill. I can't even believe this, so I have to call the Doctor again tomorrow because again Denise didn't do her job. By the way, the Dr. Does a great job !!! So disappointed with Denise, she has let me down since day one !!!

D L: Drs care was great however after giving the staff my insurance information which they never checked but did have my old ins info from 2015 on file. So after seeing the Dr twice I received a nice bill for over 400$ when I called i was told it was not their responsibly to check ins. Well Dr if your a/r is extremely high this would be a reason. Your insurance coordinator needs to replaced along with your office manager her customer service lacks and does not hold the staff accountable for their job!

David London: I've worked with Dr. Aronovitz and even produced videos of his technique on hair restoration. This guy is the real deal. I didn't realize how far the technology has come in the past 10 years, but the results are fantastic. There's no magic pill or cheapy lotion that will fix hair loss. This is the real option. Highly recommend him.

Angel Sanders: Horrible!!! I received MSP. After a year they contacted me for a review. I explained that the ink which was comesupposed to be black, had turned blue. Like a faded tatto. They had me come in December 2021. They stated it did in fact look blue and blotchy. They took photos to send to their manager in AZ. They advised they would be in contact with me. I told them I was getting married in June 2022 and would like it fixed by then. My marriage hacome and d gone and still haven't heard a word. Please don't waste your money. I spent over 5k to have a blue blotchy scalp

Rick Terpstra: Too expensive and was told I would receive 4000 plugs and when I arrived I only received 2000.After I left my first review, I was contacted by Bosley and asked to come in for a consultation. Basically I was told they were satisfied with my results even though I am not and if I want, I can spend $10,000.00 more to get 1500 more plugs after I already spent $12,500.00 for 2000 when again should have been 4000. They should have offered the 1500 for free or at the very least a significant discounted rate along with the option to buy more if I so choose. All and all, I would not recommend going through this. Accept the fact that for some reason we go bald and try to be comfortable in your own skin. Also, face the fact that women are the only ones who can have successful enhancements or improvements and that apparently nothing either works or is available for men. One other thing, you will also be told that you have to use Rogaine and take Finastride for the rest of your life if you want to keep your implants/plugs. So plan on spending several thousands of dollars each year as well. Not worth the money or the experience.

The medical assistants and nurses were top notch and pros at what they did. It was a very well run team. The post operative notes were very detailed and helped me feel comfortable that I was taking care of myself correctly in the days following the surgery.
