Chad Jacob: Absolutely phenomenal!!! I live on the other side of the state but due to seeing some of their work I gave them a call. It was a very random thought because our awards were getting passed out in a week. They were very prompt with my questions and my concerns and kept telling me no problem. In less than a week they made 3 beautiful awards etched with our company logo and the words I wanted and had them delivered to me with 2 days to spare!!! I couldn't believe it. Thank you again for making this happen and I know my team will be forever grateful for your amazing product.

A. Bell: The store owner, went totally crazy on me. I was asking him a question, concerning the actual size of the writing on a shirt, that I brought in for him to do. Upon picking up this Golf Shirt, and asking an question, he the owner (Jim) just went crazy on me. He snatched the shirt back and told me to get out. And for "ME" to call the Police. Eventually, he gave me back my shirt.But, the bad thing behind all of this. Is, he didn't and don't even know who or what I am, besides being "BLACK."Hummm, 35 years on the job, for the U.S. Government.This is how people make the news in a bad way.Take care and most of all, please, stay safe.

I recently had to get new engravings for a plaque I purchased last year and I ended up making a mistake in the spelling of both engravings (signed and approved by me) they fixed the mistakes free of charge and within a timely manner. Great place to work with.
