Ahnaf hasan: I need a 10’ van and had to go there as it was the closest to me. Before went there I saw the reviews and it was horrible but when I went there I was surprised. The people were working inside were very friendly and helpful. It was a piece of cake. I actually asked them about their bad reviews and they said they didn’t have no manager before but now they have new manager and everything is fine. Thank you.
Alex Bollin: Had to drop off my uhaul here around 5pm one night. Forgot something in the truck and came back early the next morning. Female who was moving the trucks after intake stole it instead of turning it into their lost and found. Welcome to the neighborhood.

L Van: I went to this location to rent a trailer. I had to listen to the co-worker run his mouth using profanity complaining about customers and the propane tank. I used my 24 hour rental for just under 3 hours returning it the same day before close. I was charged an extra day plus an after hours return fee even though the same guy that waited on me was the one who took the trailer off my car. I have wasted 2 days calling to dispute an extra $51.74 that was fraudulently put on my credit card. I was asked to provide proof of return because they won’t answer the phone when I spend an hour of my time calling customer service . I told them to check their cameras. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst experience I have ever had.

mallory burr: Absolute waste of time. Had to schedule 3 weeks out because of part availability and they still ordered the wrong part. It's been a week since my original installation appointment and the manager doesn't feel this is a problem, and probably still hasn't ordered the correct part. I wouldn't actually know, because they refuse to check, or do anything to look into it, which is awesome cause I already paid. Avoid this place at all costs.
max imus: Setup a trailer hitch install online so that the first mistake. Then came in a week before install and the never even ordered it yet. Then I had to wait 2 weeks for them to tell me the hitch is on backorder. Stay away from this store for anything.

sanjay kansara: Hmm i would say this is the pathetic experience i had today at this location. I had appointment for hitch installation at 2.00 pm. When i reach to location, there was a guy said i can't install hitch my manager is not available. I told him i have confirmation of appointment. He said with louder and angry voice "you must be kidding, do you understand what i am saying? I can't install your hitch". It was very rude. They don't have any sense for how to talk to customer.He did not even reschedule and started looking at his phone. Very bad. Didn't expect from uhaul.
Brian C: I came here to refill propane. There was one guy working and 3-4 people trying to rent trucks. Each person taking 10-15 minutes. So an hour wait to fill up a propane. When I complained the wait and suggested hiring some more people, he said there's another guy who went to pick up a truck and is running late.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!

I preordered a 17’ truck to be picked up via mobile pickup, but when I arrived, there was an issue and I had to go inside. The guy at the counter was going excruciatingly slow. I was behind 2 customers. When I got to the counter, I honestly think I hit a stroke of luck with getting the last 17’ truck because he looked in his box of keys and found one he didn’t think he had. Returning the truck was even worse. Line out the door and I ended up asking the guy at the counter if I could just drop my key off. Don’t go here. I’ll never go here again.
Cindy Mecher: Waited outside for propane for 30 min. Guy walked by me 4 times never said anything to me! I rang the buzzer and waited about 15 min. Went inside no one was in there! Went back outside rang the buzzer again waited 10 min. Went back in no one was in there again waited 5 more min. And then loaded my tanks back in my van and went to Van Dyke Gas Co! They very very prompt and nice! U-Haul you lost my business!👎👎👎👎👎

Bought a car from here and before I had to make my first payment, had to get a new battery and having transmission issues. They will give you a car with issues and will not care once it is off the lot.

Michael Wayne: Used them several times. Last time the truck I reserved was stuck in Ohio so they gave me a bigger truck at a discounted price. Great to see a business who cares first about their customers. While it was a bit difficult getting my load that high into a stake truck, and diesel fuel is expensive, I was able to complete my trip on time. Much better to deal with than Uhaul. I wish Enterprise did more one way rentals. Still, they are my first call when I need a truck.

Hauraa Raychouni: I was renting a truck from Chicago and dropping it off at this location. Since it was my first time I gave them a call and asked tons of questions. The person (didn't get a name) working that day was very helpful. Returned my truck to them a couple days later with no problems. Thank you for your help!

warren wick: Well, did you try customer service? That is what its there for. To handle any complaints that the dealer has no control over.I have been renting trucks off this lot for several years. A well oiled machine. If there is truck shortage it is not the dealers fault. I would take it up with the person who never returned it.I doubt people are aware of some instances where trucks are rented and do not show up until months later a thousand of miles away in some ghetto.
Jameson Ross: I made a reservation online for a 10 ft truck after normal business hours on a Friday. When I arrived for pick up on Saturday I was informed that they didn't gave a truck. Since I made the reservations after hours there waz a glitch in the system. No big deal I can move on another day.I check my bank account on Monday and there it's a $50 charge. I call to explain my situation and the man on the phone was very rude. Told me it wasn't there fault and to call customer service. I try to ask for the number but I got hung up on instead.I called customer service the were extremely polite and credit the money back to my account. As I was about to get off the phone I decide to ask why there was a billing. I was told they never cancelled the reservation at the original pick up store. It seems kind of shady that they "forget" to cancel the reservation. I might use budget again but never this store. Rude and either incompetent out shady people work at this location.
