Ellen O'Connor: Went to the Warren one. The older lady that was there was a very big help. She was sweet, nice, patients, and very very helpful.
Stephanie Chambers: Went in to register for work, smooth, easy process. Took about 10min, friendly office staff!!

Nicholas Haley: They litterly cancled my unemployment call back before i got to the first floor. I dont know what they do here but its not helpful.
Benjamin Lobur: Patty and Tiffany were AMAZING here. Extremely friendly people to help and know a lot. Even the lady at the desk was very friendly. I came in here, terrified and very unsure of what to do but they calmed me way down and I have a much better idea of what to do now.
Nicole Young: I recently graduated from a second degree accelerated nursing program. Without the help from MIWorks I could not have accomplished this financially. My case worker in Macomb/St. Clair Shores office was extremely helpful and I felt very supported with the assistance provided for books, supplies and toward tuition. I am very grateful for this financial assistance program and I highly recommend reaching out.
Richard Bell: I parked in the back of the building. Walked into the doors and then headed to middle of the hallway where the elevators were. Went to 4th floor and took a left out of the elevator and I was there. Was in and out at 830am.

jayla irvin: Amy Ledee is the best hands down! I went through Mi works for an LPN program. And she went above an beyond to make sure i was taken care of during the whole program. Anytime i need help she was very helpful and understanding. She shows that she truly cares.

She works with my training program when needed as well.I am extremely grateful for this opportunity from Michigan Works to obtain vital training/education needed to advance my career. Dennis: I was not looking forward to my visit with Troy Michigan Works, having dealt with other locations previously. I was greeted at the door by Peggy with a warm welcome and she was so courteous and accommodating. She handled my concerns efficiently and had me on my way in short order. Peggy is wonderful!!
Monica Modzelewski: I have a medical alert service dog and this location denied me access by not allowing my dog in stating it was again policy to allow dogs.I informed the receptionist that my dog was a service dog and she still stated that we were not welcome.Please be aware that this location discriminates.

Tina answered the phone with the most cheerful voice, which is always a big bonus with any business receptionist. Al Riesenbeck: Wanted to say Thank You to the Troy/Oakland MiWorks office for assisting me. Tina is -always- there to help with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. For those of you who are complaining about long wait times : this is to be expected. They are a MiWorks office and not an unemployment resolution center, so don’t expect them to have the means or authority to fix your specific issue.
DeAndre Nicholas: I honestly believe that they arent even trying to help people. My wife has now certified 3 times and still hasn't received a dime. No one answers phones, ever. No one responds to e mails, ever. So we are gonna be getting a lawyer, which you shouldn't even have to do to get money you worked for and are entitled to. Would give the whole bs system no stars if I could.

Angelica Bell: This establishment is very clean. Yet the staff has no interest in being helpful. If you have questions don’t bother asking because they have no answers to give. Literally full of I don’t knows. Wish Hilton’s location was still open, best staff ever!!!
