Best Uniform Store Warren Near Me

Daedra L. Secrest: I usually purchase my items from the store in Westland, but I was on the other side of town for work. So I decided to exchange my pants at the Warren location. I walk up to the register, the store clerk of Latin decent greeted me. I told her I wanted to exchange these Barco pants because the yoga waistband busted at the seam where it meets the pants. I continued to say maybe this isn’t the style for me. I want to exchange it or get another set. She cuts me off and states that since she has my size in stock she can only exchange for the same pair. I was disappointed that I had to accept the exchanged, but went ahead with it asking you sure you have a small regular length. She replied; Yes. Two days later I attempted to put the pants on and they were tighter and short. I notice the tag said SP (small petite) and my original purchase was a SR (small regular). It was also confirmed my the receipt.I felt like she did it intentionally, I asked her twice about the sizing before the exchange.I didn’t just go in for an exchange. I purchased another set that day.

Dancingstarlight1994: First time going here. Firstly, the ladies working were friendly and offered help to me a few times. Very nice people. 2ndly, the store advertised carrying sizes XS-5x. Yet most of the gray pants I looked at went up to XL or 2x. I'm between a 2x-3x so my options were more limited than I thought. Only found 1 decent pair of scrubs but since my vouch is for 2 pairs for my new job, I opted to wait to go to another location.

Ann Marie Smith: Very poor customer service. Beyond rude in the store. Equally rude over the phone. I’m not sure if I just kept getting the same employee or if all the workers have a lousy attitude. Drive to Novi. Better selection. Better customer service.

Purchased a pair of pants their brand tried to exchange tags and everything still on them they said they wouldn’t allow it with out receipt I paid cash and misplaced it just. Grabbed wrong style same size and everything the manager was so rude from the second I walked into store giving attitude and wouldn’t even help me find the pants I wanted just kept telling me they are along the far back wall. Called customer service they told me each store has their own policies and wouldn’t be willing to help unless I purchased online. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

Trooper Long: I thought Work ‘n Gear had a fairly decent selection, though I was a bit disappointed that the website appears to show bib overalls in stock… But when I arrived at the store I was told they are not stocked as they are seasonal. The clerks were very attentive, however. They checked in back, but could only find a couple of very heavy-weight quilted material overalls, when I was looking for something more suitable for indoors or warmer season wear.
