Plastic Bag: One of their trucks parked in front of our house to service a completely different house across the street. They put out a cone, blocking partial access to our driveway and left their truck running. This disrupted my work meetings due to how loud the truck was just idling for hours right outside my home office. We called the company and kindly asked for them to move their truck and park in front of the house they were servicing or down the street a little bit and they never did. Completely unprofessional and rude to bother random people in the neighborhood!!!! How difficult is it to park in front of the house you’re servicing?!? Come on!

Griffith Melinda: RC42 Tree crew and RL24 Electrical crew came out to trouble shoot my electrical issue on behalf of DTE today. These 2 crews were experienced, efficient, informative, fast, clean and friendly! They arrived, asked me a question, then within 10 minutes had already trouble shot my intermittent electrical issue. Within 30 minutes the crews replaced my line, and trimmed my neighbors trees that were impeding the powerline. In addition they added a guard to help insulate the line from additional wearing. I never leave reviews but these 4 guys deserve a pat on the back! Thanks guys!Mr. & Mrs. Atlas

Jim M: I called Dan , He ended up coming out the same day I was missing power in about 1/3 of my outlets . He found the short in about 30 minutes, I was at it off and on for 3 weeks and couldn't find it...he not only found the short but another potentially hazardous situation...... very fair price, old school knowledge.......I will use dan again if needed and recommend him to friends and family.... thanks jim m
