S R: RMO has been a very easy and reliable company to work with as a renter. Morgan has been on top of any and every little concern I’ve had so far. She books maintenance appointments within hours, sometimes mere minutes of me submitting a request. The Maintenance Director, Randall, is also a great help. This is my first time renting a house after selling my own, but RMO has made it feel like home.
Alicia Manson: RMO has been really supportive, kind, and communicative. Amanda is so reliable and wonderful to work with. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and attended to quickly; RMO chooses vendors/service techs who work efficiently and are very professional. I really couldn't ask for a better rental management company.

From an owners perspective I think the most important thing is to have expectations on what is possible for the management company versus the owner and they have done this to a much better extent. They also are good at giving feedback in regards to the renters experience, allowing us to improve their experience. I would use them again.
Natalie Whatley: The application process was pretty simple, living in the condo was the best. Our air needed to be looked at and they had someone out within 24 hours, we had a problem with the water pressure and someone was out within 24 hours. The issue arise when it was time to exit. We moved out and have reached out to the management team & have failed to receive a response. Our only question is our security deposit, but we aren't getting any answers to our calls and text message. No one in the office knows what's going on. Just beware!

alan chaney: Moved into a apartment that was still partly dirty. Some appliances didnt 100% work or still dont. Should have all been checked prior to a new tenant being moved in. It takes more than 24 hours for any kind of response.

After having someone higher up reachout to me with their concerns for my situation I feel like they deserved me to get on here and make it right. Morgan Is truly a great person who takes her career very seriously and has compassion for her clients. Alyssa Bartolotta: I was advised to submit an application to this company for a property AFTER the property was already officially rented. This was frustrating, but upon reaching out my boyfriend and I were told that we would both be refunded our $50 application fees.He received his refund, but I did not. I have tried calling to speak with the person in charge of issuing the refund over a handful of times with no response. I have not had a rental through this company, but with this lousy experience just submitting an application, I don’t think I would.Update: After repeatedly reaching out, I did (eventually) end up receiving my refund.

We value our tenants and we appreciate our manager feeling the same way. RMO and our manager, Bryan, treat us like partners in our shared business and we always share the priority of doing what is right for our tenants and making measured, fair choices in our ongoing interactions. We would highly recommend RMO to someone looking to put their property under management or someone looking for a management company to help them find a place to rent.

Tierney Flodine: I had a horrible experience with this company. I rented a home that had no shower for six weeks and they gave me no financial refund while doing the plumbing repairs. Then the home lost electricity for one week and I also received no financial refund during the time of the repairs. Then the home flooded and for 6 weeks I spent a lot of time and money traveling to a laundromat mat - of which I asked them no reimbursement. After three months of living in a home with flood damage - they made no repairs to the home. Then when I moved out and asked them to please use my $1,750 deposit as my last months rent they evicted me then charged me ridiculous fabricated fees to keep more of my deposit. Would never recommend working with this company.

After 2 months you changed your unprofessional response to her that quoted exact financial numbers between herself & landlord (you changed it when I pointed this out to you on my post, bravo Morgan Detvay.) I don't know what your trying to insinuate mentioning my account, but it is paid in full. There is no private matter to discuss in relation to my account. No one solicited contact with you & your company, we didn't know you existed until You notified Us (you initiating first contact not merely replying as you claim.) This first contact was August 8th; your company was told Not to Contact my spouse, he does not want to deal with you. You repetitively initiated contact via text & email to him antagonizing a situation (not merely responding to a text or email but making contact to an individual that you were asked not to bother; this solicited a response from this individual that you did not like.) By August 28th, I had offer of a new 1 yr lease, August 31st you mailed an eviction, Morgan Detvay. This was after a text message that my husband sent in response to your constant badgering to him. The messages were rude (not threatening.) I received 2 different notices: a lease & an eviction 3 days later. I called your office to clarify confusion. Brittney, your office staff told me that you felt your company was demeaned & degraded via text message so you recommended an eviction. I was notified by Mrs. Detvay that the lease was in error, there was no record. What Mrs. Detvay failed to disclose, but her co worker did: The lease was taken away because Mrs. Detvay felt insulted. This was not business, but personal to you Mrs. Detvay. You're unprofessional & childish response was to keep texting my spouse even as I was writing my first review response, very tick for tack. There is no accountability for your unprofessional behavior, Morgan Detvay, as a representative of RMO. The dealings with this manager is like dealing with a child who has to have the last word. The way she responds to tenants is to take things personal, & give snarky responses leaving professional ethics behind. The response to a rude text message taken personally by management (Morgan Detvay) was to evict a family of 4, the youngest being 1 yrs old (giving them 26 days to vacate the premises.) I have lived in this home going on 5 years, & have Never had any issues Until RMO took over 1 month ago. RMO claims no maintenance order was put in, which is a lie (or maybe they should learn how to take better records of maintenance requests.) There is no justification in any responses given to myself or my family at the display of how unprofessional & unethical this company is. Since first contact with this company, it has been nothing but a headache for my family. My advice with dealing with them: Run. Find yourself a more reputable company. I am not a disgruntled tenant, but absolutely floored at the mis handlings of this company. Anyone who is an owner looking for a management company to care for their properties should look elsewhere. This company evicts good long term tenants based on personal feelings towards the tenant (a disgruntled manager who tries to be non transparent in her unprofessionalism.)This company costs owners of properties money by evicting long term tenants who actually pay their rent because the manager decided they do not personally like someone. Morgan Detvay do not try to justify/excuse your behavior of RMO's bad management, it is an insult to my intellect. Best of luck finding good tenants in this area too! Every rental on this block has eviction for non payment, except ours! I'm glad to wipe my hands free of this company! (The best part of writing this review is the 7 good reviews that followed that week. Obviously this company reached out to friends to boost review ratings. Notice there was only 4 reviews in 1 year then 7 in 1 day. Not a coincidence, I'm sure 😂) TRUTH.

Our dealings with RMO have been problem free. Both Morgan and Tyniia have been very helpful with any questions or issues we have encountered.

They make arrangements for repairs to be made in a timely manner and allow me to schedule maintenance during times when I will be home. When I interact with Dave and Randy they are always friendly and work hard to address any issues.
