Technician Louie was very professional and knowledgeable and made the repair in short time… my total experience with Craig’s TV was outstanding from my first call to them. My first contact was with Dawn and she had a few questions and had a good idea as to the problem. They had to order parts for the repair, while waiting for parts, Dawn called me several times with updates. I can’t say enough good things about Dawn and Louie.. Craig and Samsung should be very proud of these two they understand customer service and apply it 100%!!!

Ravi Tumu: I had an issue with my Samsung TV screen and needed a LCD panel replacement. I filed a claim with Samsung which was under warranty, they assigned the replacement with CRAIG’s Electronics. They called me immediately, took care of the parts ordering and scheduled around my availability. Mr. Louie came in for the repair, helped me demount the TV from the wall, replaced the panel, helped me put it back up the wall, and double checked everything was working fine. All within 45 minutes. Great service.

They said it would take 24-48 hours for someone to contact me and try to schedule a service. Craigs TV called me the next day, diagnosed the problem over the phone in less than a minute, ordered a new screen which they said could take up to a week to be delivered, depending on where it’s shipping from.They contacted me the next morning (Wednesday) saying the part had arrived and they could send someone out the same day. Loui came less than an hour later and replaced the screen within minutes. Fast, professional, and great service. Very satisfied with the promptness of fixing the tv.
