William Watson: They've always been lovely and easy to work with whenever I bought anything or needed an adjustment done. From broken strings to just plain old tuning it if I set it down for too long a time. I started out with a "training/practice" violin and recently upgraded to an "intermediate" one and they let me practice with them for a while to try them out to ensure I made the right choice. I don't know if this is typical for most places, but it was a nice surprise and showed they really think and care about their customers and not just your money.
Suhathai VanDeKerkhove: Good place for buying and selling new and used Violin. Many choices. Friendly service. Little bit hard to find the entrance. And have a small parking lot.

Andy B: We were part of their lease to own program for our daughter's cello. We just picked up the full size instrument for her which happens to be the one we now own. I wish it wasn't a used instrument, but I know we're still getting a great price for something that has been meticulously maintained over its life. They take great care of any item you bring in or rent/lease from them. (I even heard a story that Stradivari's ghost has been seen wandering around the store looking for rosin and catgut). We'll continue to service her cello here and highly recommend their business for their very knowledgeable staff.

Andrew Poler: Absolutely fantastic service! We were at the Solo and Ensemble festival at Rochester high school, where they had a table set up in the hallway. I asked if these guys might be able to re-attach a pinky finger hook on my son’s trumpet. They took care of it right then and there! Clearly, they take joy in going above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend, and we will certainly be back whenever we have instrument repair needs.
