affordable senior helpers: Be very careful because they will try to hold you into their month to month contract and continue to charge your credit card even though you sent notice to cancel it and you moved to another office. I moved to another office because I needed more services, space and time without the extra fees and restrictions.

It took two months to transfer services here from another Regus location; we are not able to receive our mail because no one has ever been in the Royal Oak office when we have stopped by; and the manager threatened to send us to collections just a few days after issuing a new bill (when we always pay our bills on time and are a longstanding Regus customer at other locations). We have never been treated so badly as a client.
Prerna Lal: I've been trying to transfer my service agreement from Detroit RenCen (another terrible customer service location) to this office, sent in transfer agreement paperwork three times, and have gotten no response despite several calls and emails. Then they never seem to be at the front desk or answer their calls either. Rude and unprofessional.After they finally transferred the service more than a month later, I started getting threatening emails and phone calls asking me to pay for months of service we never had at this location. They're true con artists. Stay away from this awful company.
Matthew Sean: While the space was nice and original staff was great, covid times have resulted in spotty service and new fees. To some degree we were fine with that but the other day one of the staff decided to approach me and my coworker, who were wearing masks while on a zoom call and asked us to leave the coworking area if we are sitting together (masked), which we agreed and began to tell our zoom meeting we need to relocate. We qere a bit shocked at her abruptness and delivery but we did not push back. She then said, "Now" and stood over us like we were 5 year olds while we packed up. 2 days later I recieved new fees on my account that were for services we normally were helped with. I asked for clarity, removal, and a request for explanation for the service has not been mentioned before. Regus is highly defensive even on the corporate level and ever since Charli and Elvis left it hasn't been the same.They were excellent staff. Kudos to Josie for trying to resolve the matter and being proactive about it. Wish the other party would have been. For these reasons we are leaving Regus as the value, opportunities, and professionalism have generally declined, and costs are up.

Tom Moreland: HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! There will be many hidden fees and charges and they will takes months to get your retainer back to you, all the while still charging your card! Last mysterious all of sudden charge was $550 charged to my card for Office Restoration Fee. We rented a small little office for 2 months, didn't hang anything on the walls or hurt the carpet and everything was left in working order but they charged me a restoration fee. Not only that they still have my $1500 retainer. They also "accidentally" charge me for January rent though we moved out in December. I have many other complaints from the move-in and during our time there.
stephanie lakey: When I first filled out my application in April 2022 for a Virtual address, I filled out the application Regus provided to fill out before you come in. The application didn't say anything about a two year contract! but after you give them your application they take it upon themselves to sign you up for a two year contract that they don't discuss when applying, and then they force you to pay them for the obligation that they assigned you to. I've been sending emails and talking to customer service about this obligation. I asked customer service to send me a copy of my agreement, but they've been sending me everything except the paper with my actual "signature" on it agreeing to a two year contract, which has me believing that my signature has been forged because I only filled out the application. I will be reaching out to the CEO, Mark Dixon, the better business bureau, and I'm going to look into starting a class action lawsuit based on all of their bad customer reviews concerning their unethical practices on the same contract issues. I've also included the application that I was given by Regus, and it doesn't say anything about a two year agreement.Date of experience: December 10, 2022P.s. Regus management, I know you are going to respond saying sorry for this and that, blah blah blah, but I've already been receiving the blah blah blah in emails, with no results! so save it.

I've recently been to co-working spaces in Denver and San Francisco, and Surge has set the bar. The co-working space is well furnished with quality office furniture and monitors being provided. Overall the space is high-end with eclectic art and an array of kitchen amenities. There's nice lounge areas to relax in and plenty of space to have a call in a quite area if needed. Highly recommend if you're looking to get out of the house to get some work done.
