Matt Volpe: Bob was awesome and super fast! Fixed my broken watch and replaced battery and it probably took 5 minutes. I walked right in, thank you!
Karen Kulakowski: I always go here for my watch batteries, for $10 I get the battery and installation while I wait.
Todd: Came in for a simple bracelet swap to strap. They (two guys) scratched the living heck out of my timepiece and was unable to do the work while maring the case. At one point, I ask him to stop, he kept going. Unless you need a battery changed in a cheap watch, do not go here.
Gerilynn Arnold: Nice friendly couple. Don't care to hear about how the either of them do not get along with the gas station owner. Quite expensive.
A. Zacharias: Good watch battery shop. I had a watch crystal shattered using the other 'battery' stores. Eastside Watchbands are experts to carefully remove and replace batteries for my moderate level watches. Those who still appreciate watch-wearing should choose this shop!
Scarcethings1: I love this place! It’s like stepping back in time when the small shops were staffed by the owners and they took care of you on the spot. Watch battery replacement is my usual request, but if/or when I’m in the market for a beautiful watch, this is where I would go.

BluStone 60: Super knowledgeable guy on all makes and brands. He actually wore one of my watches to see when and why it was stopping. Who dies that? He could have told me it was a factory defect he couldn't resolve as it was an old timepiece but he discovered the issue and fixed it. He does all my battery powered pieces and services my automatics too. Reasonably and quickly. What more can you ask for? 👍

He gave me good information before providing service, such as what would be involved to replace the band (which were held by pins instead of spring bars) and how the watch would look. He also let me make the decision to see if it was worth it to me. I appreciate that he took into consideration the cost and what I could afford.

John Ambrogio: I took my grandfathers pocket watch to Lance, to be fixed. It hasn't been touched since 1934, and when I got it back about two weeks later, it looked and worked like new. My grandfather would be proud of the work Lance did to the watch. I also ordered a glass dome, from Lance, to hold the watch, because I want to pass it on to my grandson. Just a perfect place to bring your watch, no matter how old, to be repaired.

Luther Corder: Top notch company. Friendly customer service. Came in with 3 watches for a battery replacement and was done in 5 minutes. 5 stars.
m ashmore: Very pleased with the service received. Quality work. Complete overhaul of vintage Breitling involved case refinishing/plating, crystal replacement, chrono buttons and crown replacement. One year on and one of the chrono buttons was sticking occasionally. There was no issue in Art Dial accepting the watch and rectified the issue very quickly. I would not hesitate in taking all my watches in future for service.
Spencer Kovar: These guys were able to repair my wifes old sentimental accutron watch when she had been turned away prior, being told it was too old to repair. They even put a new crystal on it without me asking. It took much longer then expected for reasons that was not their fault. Appreciate the nice work guys. My wife cried tears of joy.

Adam Jennings: I had a service done and crystal replaced on a vintage watch. Because it’s a vintage I asked that they clean it but not polish the case. They were super friendly and courteous on the phone. They took the time to answer questions about it since it was my first mechanical watch and the results when I got it back were great. The watch runs and looks awesome.

Michael Ehrman: Amazing watch guys here, I got a free quote on an older omega constellation which was unfortunately a bit out of my budget for repair but they also helped me confirm if another watch I got was authentic (wasn't) and got 3 new batteries in 3 other watches for me, in like 15-20 mins. Great fast service, will definitely be back soon at the very least for more watch batteries

Chris H: I took a 1954 Rolex Oysterdate Perpetual here for an overhaul.After about two weeks, the watch was ready. This watch keeps time extremely well now. Prior to service, it would lose about a minute per day.Art Dial Watch did excellent service and they guarantee their overhaul for a year. Their communication was excellent as well.5 stars, and would return again. I cannot recommend this company enough - they did excellent work!

Patrick Hagerty: I had an issue with what I thought was a jammed crown on my recently acquired Navitimer. Jose took a look at it and made sure it was in working order and set it for me. Super embarrassing that there was nothing actually wrong, but he was very patient and educated me on the service interval for the watch and sent me on my way. The 40min trip down to Art Dial from my house was well with it. These are the people to go see if you need repair or service on your favorite timepiece. Thanks again.
