The plumber on call was not answering his phone, she called Matt, who was off that weekend. Matt came to my rescue! Thank you Matt. Anthony Kyles: DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY EVER! On June, 3, 2022, Armstrong Plumbing @ 12405 E. 8 Mile came to our residence to dig and replace our sewer line from our house to back wall. In the process, the workers broke our underground power wires causing no power in our backyard, basement and kitchen appliances. Today is June 23, 2022 and the issue is still not fixed. I have complained, called and asked to speak to the owner whom never reaches back. Today I have learned that the owner stated “ He is not fixing anything and it is not his issue since Miss Dig 811 came to my residence and marked the power sources”. Miss Dig only marked my front yard and not the back. I also learned today, from the city in which I reside in, the company lied and stated we had no working toilets in order to pull an emergency permit which still isn’t paid for. I don’t understand how a company can damage your home and leave us with no power and say “they are not fixing anything “ when the company and their workers are the ones who did the damage! I nor my husband caused this issue. Our receipt only states that they “are not responsible for landscape, cement or underground sprinkler”. How can a company break our underground wire to our power source that THEY caused to say “it’s not their responsibility”? NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Lastly, they are not answering my phone calls anymore after researching Miss Digg, DTE, and the permits department! I hope everyone reads this review and does their due diligence.

Crown: They ruined my parking lot when they were removing broken concrete up. I was told they would take care of it. its been over a year now. still nothing. the owner will not reach out to me. the employees just go back and forth constantly. its just been a mess. Not happy at all.

Yes cancel it quickly if your gonna have that attitude, She has no professionalism and neither was the lady in the background yelling. Please hire some people that actually knows how to answer a question and work well under pressure. This place is extremely inconsiderate. Anne! You and your company won’t be getting my money.

E.A.: Incredible service!! I had a severely clogged kitchen sink and some issues with the pipe connectors. The plumber came out same day, within hours of calling. He was very accommodating, and he solved my problem quickly and affordably!! The dispatcher was also very friendly and personable. Highly recommend!!! I will never use any other plumbing service.

I have been patiently awaiting their assistance for three elapsed weeks, but every week they claim to show up at my residence (at times they never told me they were coming), claim they call me upwards of 5 times, and claim they reach out to my Property Management to try and get a hold of me too. Property management says they never receive these calls. When I finally had an appointment scheduled with them, and I took an afternoon off work, one of their plumbers showed up, quoted me 1K in cost, said he couldn’t do it that day, told me he’d be back Saturday, and then never came.If you want to be frustrated by incompetence and near-constant gaslighting, this is a service for you!
