Eddie Cottingham: Yeah they love not sending notices and then saying that they sent notices and shutting you off so that they can charge you extra depositsI hope each and every person that goes through this realizes that departments that operate the way this department operates needs to be completely revamped everyone they're fired and whichever persons writing the policy needs to be jailedHappy holidays to everyone from the water department when they shut you up without notice during the holidays
Dj Smith: The customer service skills need improvement. They don't know everyone situation and are VERY rude!
Brenda Blackwell: I have never had any issues with the ladies at the water department, they have always been polite.
Sue Poch: I had no issues with cashier who was as pleasant as they come. I would suggest better signage for people like me that aren't familiar with place. Free parking all over the place but no signs to direct you. Other than that, good experience.

Boost Hoover: Be prepared to talk to woman that hate their lives! Receptionists at this department have ZERO people skills. They wanna talk to you like a piece of garbage have some respect and learn how to to your job idiots..
D. M.: The receptionists in the Warren Water Department need a customer service refresher. They change their policies and make "requirements" without formal documentation and want you to jump through hoops but when you ask for the supervisor, your request is granted suddenly. The phone calls could be done and over with quicker if they put less effort into being rude and just answered the questions.

Tiona Campbell: On the other side of the main street the water main broke. They cut the water off to all the surrounding areas to fix it, but with no warning, heads_up, updates or anything. I was in the middle of a shower getting ready for work and boom... no water. I had a head full of shampoo and no knowledge of when the water will be back on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I hope we get refunded the days that we have been without water... Which is around 3 days now...
