Original Greatness: My second experience with Ode didn't disappoint. I was curious to know if it would be of a lower quality compared to the excellent service, I received the first time. I didn't recognize anyone from the previous visit when I had another tire repair done but everyone was just as polite and helpful as the first experience. I wanted to have air put in all the other tires and just to make sure it was done the gentleman behind the counter met me at the garage to personally check the tires himself after the repair was done and paid for. I don’t believe any of them because all of my experiences have been five stars. I have never left a review for them before but after reading some of the negative reviews I felt that I needed to leave my review of all my experiences since they have all been wonderful. Don’t hesitate if you need any work done on your car, have Ron’s auto shop do the work for you and talk to Jay he’s the best !

Faras Maroge: They are great mechanics. These guys fixed a leak in my car and my suspension (on 2 of my cars). They did great work for both cars. These guys get soooo many happy customers in their shop that may/may not leave a review. If you visit you will see the cars. They do the work great AND they finish even before time. Their prices are very good as well. Other mechanics charge you way more. I tried others & they take a long time to fix your car. Great team of mechanics. Just talk to the owner and he will help you with either leaving your car or waiting. Will definitely be back to this shop for more work on my vehicle. I double checked their suspension work and it is flawless. The car drives great. For the leak, I see nothing on my garage floor anymore.
Layshena Horsley: Came here for collision work. I spent $5,700 and when I got my vehicle back my air conditioner isn’t working, my vehicle stalling, etc: for the price I paid I assumed my vehicle would be fixed. I paid for a seat to be put into my car and I was told a week it’s been almost a month and I have no gotten my seat put in. I’ve called several times and was given the run around. I finally called and asked for a refund for the seat. The guy told me he put a deposit on the seat and wasn’t able to give me a full refund. I feel as if the work wasn’t done effectively and although the outer damage was fixed I got my car back with more damage than I originally had. Instead of doing their job effectively and saying “something else is wrong” they gave me my car back now I have to get more fixed on it. I feel as if I was scammed. And the body damage that was fixed wasn’t fixed properly

None of this was correct. Montakim Shadab: Seems sketch but everything went alright with my tire inspection, they took off my wheel and sprayed it down to check for any bubbles that'd indicate a puncture. Thankfully there were none. Management doesn't allow customers to be on the floor with their vehicle, even if the office is right by. Do be cautious when going to any shop, but this place has got a good review from me. $20 for tire inspection (hopefully not per tire).

Paul Perry: Always a very long wait. Good work but be prepared to sit for hours for the smallest amount of work. I waited 2 hrs. For them to plug a nail in tire with only 1 car ahead of me. Staff is not very talkative they don’t even speak when you walk in, took them about 4 minutes to acknowledge me when I walked in, But the mechanics do good work.

Jason Jones: Very honest, took for 2nd opinion on a $2600 Bell Tire need and only require tire balancing, everything Bell said was wrong was not true, would recommend for honesty and doing only what is required
Mongo Knight: Not what it used to be. Was my high-school vocational education job. That was 1992. Seamed like they did not want the work, it was just an 4 wheel alignment. Shouldn't have been that bad. Told me it was going to take all day, they hope they could fit me in. Was actually my wife who made the first call. We made an appointment for Saturday drop the car off counterman very standoffish. I really didn't understand but it is what it is. When I pick the car up 3 hours later everything was good but same counter person just the pie hole man. Back in the day when Ed was there that s*** wouldn't fly. Where is your professionalism gone? Angela Jones: It’s 5:15 on a Saturday trying to find a place to get a tire put on so I can make it back to Indiana. Even though their hours were til 6:00 I was told they like to get out early so they were closing at 5:30. It was 5:15 and he turned me away. Not cool in my books.
Chief Keef: I came here for the first time to fix a slow leak in one tire. I dropped it off around 11am and didn't get a call back until 4pm stating they couldn't find the wheel lock key. I told them over the phone to check in the glove box as I knew it was in there 1000%. They repeated to have looked everywhere. I went up to the shop, got my keys and looked in the glove box and found the lock within 2 seconds. I went back inside to show them and ask them if that was what they were searching for. One of the reps looked over to the guy who supposedly looked "everywhere" in my car and the guy says "where did you find that?" My car is clean as a whistle and the thing was in plain view. Wasted my time here and will not be coming back. I'd leave 0 stars if it was possible as they are the laziest tire shop I've ever been to.

Chris Wallace: They were reluctant to work on my car. A Pontiac Fiero. The mechanic was I'll mannered and fudged the alignment numbers so that it would seem in specs. After I took it home I decided to just drive it around the block adjust it myself and repeat until it drove without pulling and the camber was off so I had to adjust that too because the mechanic didn't want to mess with the upper ball joints. Nayeem junayed: *Update* Dave called me and made sure that the dealer replaced the tire with new ones.On 05.24.2021, I bought four michelin defender LXT M/S tires for my truck from Belle Tire Store 32699 Van Dyke Ave, Warren, MI 48093. I made this purchase and the tire shop gave me old sets of TWO years old four tires. Which is years expired was manufactured in 2019. I've paid $1111.60 dollars for new tires and they gave me old tires. Now the manager is telling me two years old tires are new. And the tires numbers on the paper doesn't even match with my tires.. This tire shop is scaming people. And refusing to replace the with new ones.

Jason Jones: Would give a 0 if possible, took jeep for alignment, would not touch said needed $2600 repair for ball joints control arms ect.. took to Good Year for 2nd opinion said all was required was tire balance and everything else was fine including alignment and only charges for tire balance. Jeep rides great now! Don’t go to Bell Tire! Extremely DISHONEST
Rick Allen: STAY AWAY !!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they said I needed shocks, struts and rear brakes ( $1600 ). I just had the rear brakes done at the dealer 6 months ago so I took the vehicle back to the same dealer. The dealer found no issues anywhere. So...just to be sure I took the vehicle to another repair shop and they found no issues. They said it looked like someone sprayed oil on the shocks/struts to make it look like they were leaking.

Stephanie McLeish: Took my van in for a tire rotation, picked it up, and my driver seat was pushed all the way back, which is fine, but the plastic frame on the was completely busted up, the buttons to move my seat forward and backward were completely detached! My husband was able to fix that however, I sat down, touched my steering wheel, and it was filthy and sticky! One small wipe, and this disgusting brown residue wiped off! I cannot believe a service center would leave my car in this condition! I’m not sure who is allowed to drive my vehicle, but this is absolutely unacceptable! I brought my car in for repair, not to be destroyed! Do better!!

TheReal KbLock: Came in for an oil change, I was told it would take 2 hours. I came in at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 6:40. No way it should’ve taken this long for a simple oil change, and on top of the excruciating long wait they forgot to tell me my vehicle ready. So I had to wait even longer, highly unsatisfied with the service. If I could give it, they would have 0 stars. Being busy is one thing, but negligence is a whole different issue.

Aaron Savage: I got a flat tire on the highway. I brought the tire to the Belle Tire on Van Dyke to have it repaired on Black Friday during their annual tire sale. Despite being extremely busy, they said they would take a look as soon as possible. They called me back an hour later to let me know that the sidewall was destroyed. Not only did they take the time to look at the tire, they already confirmed that the last 2 of these tires anywhere was at the Chesterfield store. Their quick action allowed me to get my car to another Belle Tire and get my tires replaced the same day. The excellent customer service of this Belle Tire mirrors what I have come to expect from my local Belle Tire back home and also that of the Chesterfield store. Other automotive service companies could learn a lot from how Belle Tire runs their stores.
