Karndeep Singh: My partner and I have been using this Whole Foods for the last few months. Very clean store, great friendly staff members, and free garage packing connected to the store (applicable for a select period of time). For the free garage parking, you just need to have your parking validated. Lately, we have been requesting pick-up orders due to our busier schedule and the staff does a fantastic job packing the food and finding substitutions if needed.

I Am Sharon: Stopped here during a day trip to Baltimore.Easy to access. Very close to the water.Connected garage. Free parking within a certain time frame.Garage small. Very small. Not very easy to navigate around.Inside the store, very wide and open. As with most Wholefoods, there is an entire section dedicated to ready-to-eat food and a hot buffet styled bar that provides food that is weighed by the pound.It has been difficult finding the Good soap in Apple Cider Vinegar variation at the Old Town store (in Alexandria) that I normally frequent, so I thought I would try this store. Sure enough! They had plenty, so I stocked up on my favorite body soap.I got a few other things. I think this Wholefoods has the largest florist that I have seen - ever. Not that I have ever been to a dirty or disheveled Wholefoods, but for some reason, this one looked particularly sterile and clean.It was a great experience. I wish I lived closer or this would, hands down, be my favorite Wholefoods to go to.

Daniel Kaspo: On the day of my sister's wedding, we came to whole foods to pick up two sheet cakes she had ordered for her special day.Unfortunately, they didn't have any history of her order. We went into panic mode and started calling nearby whole foods stores. The staff was incredibly helpful, one of them was texting other nearby stores seeing if they had the order there, while others tried to see what went wrong.After about 15 minutes, one of them found my sister's order and saw that it was marked for the wrong day (Sunday instead of Saturday.) They got to making the cake right away, but it still left us a late for pictures.That said, whole foods did the right thing. After I had left, they called my sister and said because of the whole situation, they were going to refund the cake purchase.I want to make a call out to Joey and the team who was working on Saturday, April 22nd. Especially the woman who texted nearby stores.My sister and her husband love Whole Foods and I'm thankful that they were able to make this decision without any word from us. High integrity store.

My only knock is the prices. They can be a little high, but store branded items and sale prices can make up for it sometimes. Overall, a pretty nice place.

Tina: Needs more inventory. Great produce. This location is definitely in need of happier cashiers. After waiting 15 minutes to checkout Emma was our cashier she was slow, disrespectful and rude. After checking out I noticed she miss wrong my transaction and had to wait in line again at customer service to get my transaction adjusted. She gave me a hard time entering my phone number and did not even care of helping. All it takes is a smile and great attitude. It’s ridiculous and undeserved.

Nicole Phillips: I came here to get salmon which was excellent but I also picked up some macarons for dessert and for $2 bucks a piece they were terrible!!! The raspberry ones were undercooked, the pistachio ones were hard as a rock and the caramel ones were close to being over cooked. Very disappointing especially when you spend $10 dollars on them and they were terrible. I would expect better quality from Whole Foods especially when they have such higher quality products.

Y O-Mor: We love to shop here! If you want to enjoy real food then this grocery store is for you! Tasty fresh fruits and vegetables. Holla!! To my carnivores out there (chicken, beef, turkey just to name a few), fish selection salmon, tilapia, shrimp and crab. This can all be yours by driving in, curbside or delivery. They have many dietary selections from gluten free items to vegans. If you have a sweet tooth then get ready to dive into their pastry selections. I am in love with the tapioca pudding!!! Sweet and savory, mmmhhh. It is addictive and I can't stop. We have yet to buy items and regret our purchases. If you purchase something that has gone expired and you didn't notice, like in my case, I simply grabbed my receipt and took them back, and grabbed the fresh ones. The staff are nice, busy, but if you need help they stop to help you. They have different types of vitamins for almost everyone. Shampoo and conditioners for almost all types of hair. The hair and body items are made from quality materials. Just take time to read the labels so you can be better informed of what you're putting on your body.

E Johnson: Whole Foods should scrutinize their produce very carefully. The potatoes are absolutely awful. Unfresh, soft and rancid at times. There shouldn't be sprouted potatoes for sale! Their garlic bulbs and sweet potatoes smell rancid. Their strawberries andoranges are old and rancid. Management had better be very careful before they start making people ill, who are unaware of this.

K T: I should’ve trusted my gut and not stopped here after reading the other reviews. This place is much smaller with less variety than the other stores. Not sure if the guy there was a manager but he couldn’t even bother to greet his customers. The cashier was less than pleasant as well. I inquired about the 20% off (non sale items) that I ALWAYS automatically get upon checking out at other stores and was asked if I had a coupon. I told her I didn’t because I thought it was automatically applied if you’re a member. She said NOONE does that and acted like I was crazy for asking. The coupon is in the monthly sales paper, which was probably feet away near the entrance but she couldn’t be bothered to type in the code to give me the discount. I’m tempted to return the $100 of items purchased. And won’t be returning to this location afterwards.

Chris Walker: So I came to the store looking for a quality probiotic, I was sold a refrigerated kind and on day two I was reading the package and it was expired by months!! I called and they said it was still good, it’s just a suggestion.. we’ll I spent 50 dollars on expired goods, and can’t find the receipt, didn’t think I’d need it as I made an account with them… one let down after another! Better to just buy online, less hassle and digital records! Hope this review helps newcomers!

G G: They send a mail out of flyer to my house every month, it has a coupon for savings on it always, it's used to draw you in, if you forget to bring it you don't get the discount no matter how many thousands of dollars you have spent there. Irritating. Why not a card like Kroger or PRACTICALLY EVERYWHERE ELSE! , I'm not cheap but if I can save 20% and knowing I can't get it because of a microscopic technicality that they themselves create, problem solved , I can shop somewhere else.

Jackie Morley: I am a frequent Better Health shopper in Grosse Pointe and have been to the Hall Road location a handful of times. I work approximately 3 minutes from here and would go more often for lunch were it not for the rude staff. Just today, I introduced a colleague to this market and was excited to share all of the great product they sell! However, after smiling and saying hello to the red-haired, teenager cashier, she was so rude it actually put a damper on the entire visit. This isn't the only time the employees have shown blatant, unsolicited rudeness. I typically order a smoothie from the deli when I visit and they are also rude. I can't quite understand what the issue is at this facility but I hope anyone who experiences this same issue will please try the location on Mack. The staff there are extremely pleasant and helpful.

lyutsin21: I have been experimenting with making bread from scratch, mainly so I can make it without salt. I wanted to try an ingredient called Vital Wheat Gluten. Meijer, the store I buy a lot of my stuff from, didn't have it. I checked the internet. I saw an advertisement for the ability for Instacart to buy it from a Better Health store. I first went to the Better Health location on 13 mile, just because it was on my way to my parents house. They didn't have it. I called this Better Health location. Unbelievably they said they had it. I came to the store. I bought a 20 ounce package of Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten... this place lacks the organic produce I saw at the 13 mile location... I only bought the one ingredient. I saw a lot of expensive organic and gluten-free products, grain-like stuff like crackers and cereal, a big vitamin section, other stuff I would eat in theory if it was cheaper... but if the Vital wheat gluten works I will be back next time I need another package of it...

No one greeted me, they were condescending, and to add insult to injury while the young lady was “watching” me she never opened her mouth. The cashier Marie couldn’t have been bothered until I said I’ve gone to the one on Hall Rd. Ladies let’s not forget we live in a world of constant review so if you’re going to “follow me” and “racially profile me as someone who may commit theft we aren’t as woke as we should be.
