Lu Chen: I went there for the first time this morning because of a recommendation. Amazing people and great selection! I was greeted right away and directed to where to find what I was seeking. Everyone I met was pleasant and helpful. Great selection and the organization was intuitive. I brought my son (4 yrs old) with me and one of the people working there allowed him to help feed the chickens and to pet a baby chick. I plan on going back later for more items to get ready for spring/summer.

Penny: I discovered them a couple of years ago and they are always very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and most important very friendly.Sadly, theses days that is sorely missing from establishments.Buying plants should be an enjoyable experience, and it has been that EVERY TIME I have come here or called. And I ask alot of questions - I am a pain in the butt, but I want to learn.Anyway, I have been to MANY other places and Auburn Oaks and one other garden center are the only two I will support.Thank you, you are doing it right.It shouldn't be that hard to hire people who enjoy their work or are pleasant to customers, should it?They have done a consistent and excellent job of that.They have a good selection of healthy plants I buy and always have my Espoma in stock.Bottom line, they make shopping here a pleasure, unlike most places.

Over the years, I've picked up a few skills of my own and have taken a liking to plants and such, so when I get a chance to come to a local nursery, I have a hard time not buying everything.Coming here's a pleasure because their not a huge facility like Bordine's or Lowe's. Parking's tight but doable you just have to be careful when backing out since it's literally on Auburn Road, which is super busy and the speed limit's 50 MPH.They have a great selection of items to choose from, and prices are competitive and fair. What keeps me coming back is the staff. Their super friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. They also have regular sales and keep up with seasonal stuff like pumpkins, Christmas décor and other stuff as well.They also stand behind their products so if you buy a tree or plant, I think they will credit you if it does die. Don't quote me on that, but these guys really do stand behind what their selling. Overall a fabulous little nursery in a world of big box stores, we love coming here for just about anything!

We’ve also had a few landscaping projects done at our house within the last year - from start to finish, the team has been so responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Jacqui G: I had several people offer to help while I was there and they were all super nice and friendly. It was a bit tough to navigate a manual wheelchair on the gravel paths but we made it work. Overall the plants are in Fantastic condition and most of the perennials and annuals were roughly the same price if not less than Lowe's but far better cared for. I was seriously impressed by the variety of plants they had in a relatively small space. It's been a few weeks and everything we bought is still doing amazing. Will definitely be back soon to fill in a new project bed.

Dereck Wonnacott: Super easy to pull up with a trailer and they will load compost, topsoil, mulch, whatever you need. Prices are fair and if you need a larger load delivered, they got your back too.

Roxanne Marx: Just had our first of what will be many more visits, great experience! Love that it’s family owned, prices were reasonable, best thing was the customer service we received from Sandy! She calls herself the plant geek and it’s very appropriate. Sandy had so much knowledge of every plant, she was able to help us landscape our entire front yard. When I said we were monopolizing all her time she said that’s what she does and that’s what she enjoys. When we said we were on a budget Sandy she’s us cost saving ways to landscape buy incorporating some lesser priced plants that would do what we needed and still look lovely. Definitely go here for all your plant and flower needs.
