savanna holder: This location has gone way down. They used to have friendly staff. Now I tried to purchase 2 sets of 6 balloons something I have done in the past for my 5 kids birthdays. The 6pack is cheap and it used to be free helium. Today I bought the 2 6packs and went to leave but I was stopped an treated as if I was stealing. I said I wasn't aware because last time and I was cut off with well its changed. I said okay and after waiting 15mins for a price the man without a name said it was 18.95.... FOR TWELVE balloons to be filled because I purchased the balloons already. I stated I'm not paying that. They went on to treat me like I'm cheap because I wouldn't pay over a dollar per balloon for helium. So I finally went to the isle found the sign and took a photo. It's. 85 a Balloon. I paid and the only person willing to offer an apology was the nice person that blew up my ballons.

Chris Churchill: The parking lot is much cleaner than it used to be the only issue that I have is that there are no employees at the registers we need cashiers because I find myself waiting in a line behind 30 people where once we used to stand by the snack and pop aisle looking at a magazine waiting for our next turn we are now waiting in women's clothing because we only have you scans this is more than frustrating it has gotten to the point to where there is no reason to even shop at stores that do not have cashiers not providing customer service in which we need and want does not mean that we go home and order things online it means that we are learning to do without
