Then again the lady responding to this review is probably the other rude one that refused to give me a manager to speak to because “ it wouldn’t do no good” this place is a joke and will say anything to save your tail! By the way you never serviced my pool because I EXPLAINED I JUST MOVED IN MONTHS AGO! G F: Very busy place, but very friendly place. The pricing is fair. This is one of the few places that were able to get orders extremely fast. They have water testing centers, and every accessory you could want. Extremely satisfied customer. They will take their time with you as long as it takes to answer all your questions, without rushing you, or making you feel ignorant. For me it is truly a great experience every time I visit! I recommend this place to anyone looking for pools, tubs, accessories, you name it!

Kerry and Kathy know what they’re doing. We listened to their advice and as a result, we love the way our pool turned out. It is BEAUTIFUL, and just exactly as we hoped it would come together. We heard some horror stories from some of the inspectors that came by about pools being done by landscapers, and were so grateful that everything Wind, Surf and Sail did breezed through the inspections. When you hire a company, you just assume that they know what they’re doing. With Wind, Surf and Sail, that is NOT a worry. Kerry and Kathy are the BEST!!! I called and talked with the part department, I believe the same VERY knowledgeable person that helped with the purchase and fittings. Her response at hearing my concern was " we will send somebody over". The crew was hear the next day and swapped the entire assembly, with one that worked properly.
