Lisa Aldalali: So far I've only been to this office for an appointment once (recently switched) but so far I am very pleased. The staff were all really friendly. Dr. McGrail was nice and I actually felt listened to and heard and that she actually cared to hear/help me. Other offices in the past I've felt rushed to get my questions/comments in but here I felt otherwise. Happy I switched.
Stephanie P: Dr. Wuckert is an angel. She is one of the only Drs I've found that actually listens to you and takes her time with her patients. I've gone through 3 difficult pregnancies here and I couldn't have done it without her.

Lily Kaufman: This is the worst doctors office. They do not communicate with each other whatsoever. They are very unhelpful and do not listen to their patients. They have told me multiple times they are scheduling my induction and it has been almost a week of them “trying to schedule my appointment” they do not follow up so I have to call them everyday to ask if it has been scheduled and everyday is the same answer that it hasn’t been scheduled.
Nakia Cunningham: I was discharged for complaining about my medical chart. I was denied to speak to a doctor because the office is covering it up. I am a black woman they probably do this quite a lot. I was told the nurse didn’t like me since I was 16.
Katelyn Fettig: Dr. Pokropek is seriously the sweetest doctor. She made sure she answered all my questions and was very genuine. Staff was friendly, environment was clean & was a quick and throughout visit. Highly recommend 😊

Theresa: I've been going to Mission OB/GYN for about 26 years. I originally saw Dr. Hartmann, who took excellent care of me, until she retired. I now see Dr. Pokropek, whom I absolutely adore. She is so kind, knowledgeable, takes her time and answers all questions. She has even, personally, called to follow up and check on how I was doing after a surgery she performed. First time that's happened to me! I've seen the other doctors on staff when mine wasn't available and can highly recommend all of them. The office staff is wonderful, too.
st4rgirl: Horrible place. They either don’t know what they’re doing and can’t read or they decided to lie straight to my face. Told me something was benign and when I read the test results it says it’s precancerous. Imagine being told you’re fine when you have something that can completely change your life. They also don’t seem to care about the pandemic. They moved a woman from a room and put me in the room she was moved from without cleaning it first. Regardless of a pandemic or not, it should be cleaned before a new patient enters. You’d get better care if you looked your symptoms up on google and took random drugs with your eyes closed. They don’t care about their patients health or their health concerns. I’ve had EXTREMELY abnormal menstrual cycles (one almost lasted a whole year long) and one of the gynecologists told that it’s normal. They clearly got their jobs for the money and not to help people in need. Please, if you’re very concerned about your health go somewhere else.
Linda Sharlow: Dr. Catherine Pokropek was AMAZING. My first visit. I was called into the room on time and the doctor came in promptly. She was an excellent doctor, communicated with me, answered all of my questions, gave excellent advice and asked me pertinent questions. So thankful I found her!!
Jennifer Thompson: The absolute best. This team of doctors helped me through 3 miscarriages in 2017/2018 and ultimately cared for me and my little guy through my pregnancy and delivery (2018).When you are pregnant you will rotate through each of the 4 delivering doctors so that you get to know each one as you can't control who's on call when you deliver.Dr. Wuckert - She is absolutely my favorite. I love her, my hubby loves her. She is so down to earth and has a way of making you feel like a long lost friend.Dr. Paluda - She is such a sweetheart. Very patient and understanding. Added bonus... she gets a smile on her face everytime she finds your babies heartbeat. She doesn't even realize she does it. Watch her face everytime!Dr. Pokropek - She will spend as much time with you as needed, always asking, 'what else'? She was the first Dr. I saw at this practice and the one that ended up delivering me. You can't go wrong with her! Go Green!Dr. Mcgrail - She is very knowledgeable and matter of fact. Sometimes that may be perceived in a manner that she doesn't intend but that doesn't subtract from her experience. While hospitalized with high blood pressure, she stopped by to see me. As she was leaving, she placed her hand on my leg and told me to hang in there. That was what I needed at that very moment. A little moment of compassion from her went a long way with me.The support staff is extremely friendly as well.You seriously can't go wrong with any doctor at this practice.If we are so blessed as to have another baby, there is no doubt where I will be cared for!
Yueling Zheng: They only care you have insurance or not then yourself. If you have questions, I suggest you to take a day off, and spend your day off sit there and wait for their answers. Otherwise if you making phone call, they will just put you on hold forever, so prepare 3 days to hear something back from them if you making phone call. The doctors and staffs maybe friendly, but definitely not the front desk. The worst system ever!!!
Kristen Cordle: Awesome staff! They were very caring and helped ease my mind as I was delivering after a loss. Every doctor listened to me in appointments and helped ease my mind. Wait times were super minimal and they could always fit me it. I recommend them to everyone!
Katy moceri: trying to solve a personal medical issue and woman at front desk flat out refused to schedule an appontment because "they dont do second opinions" what kind of practice do you run??? how do you acquire any new patients?? please consider either letting go of your policy or letting go of your receptionist. after speaking with the nurse she reconsidered but at this point my faith in your doctors and staff are gone, not wiling to go half the mile let alone what is needed in order to help treat your patients. very dissapointed. if thinking of calling this location do not waste your time
Stephania Tucker: I called this oarticular doctors office and spoke with a lady. I never been here before, however I need a second opinion on my fibroids. I know I need surgery. However I researched different techniques were as I would not lose alot of blood minimal invasive techique, nor be down for a long period of time do to my surgery. I have excellent insurance. My husband works in management at General Motors. I do not work. They told me they do not do second opinions. I was like why? If my Insurance pays for it? The lady says she do not know. To me thats a 1 star.

Katrinka Katrinka: I have always had a good experience here. I have been a patient since I was 18 yo and am now 63, so a very long time! Dr. Rodriguez is wonderful, very personable and knowledgeable. The medical staff is great and I don't know what I would do without Maureen who handles all my insurance issues, she is awesome.
A C: I moved to the area recently and saw the doctor once for an annual. Dr was fine, friendly.Scheduled a few weeks later for a 1st prenatal visit.When I arrived, the building was stocked with rodent poison cartridges and there is clear evidence that there is a mouse infestation in the building.Upon arrival, I'm informed that the doctor had just stepped out to do a delivery and I needed to reschedule.This is no problem, disappointing but understandable.However there were zero times that could accommodate my schedule. They don't allow people under 18 to attend the appointments and this is a problem as I don't have easy access to childcare.They did however after checking with another staff member, permit me to bring my toddler with me at the next visit provided no one else was going to be in their waiting room.I scheduled but canceled the next day as ended up getting into Henry Ford and received fabulous care there.Would not recommend.
Jasmine Whittaker: During my visit, I had the ABSOLUTE BEST STAFF.!!! DR. BOHANNA IS THE BEST HUMAN BEING IVE EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH LITERALLY.!!! She was sweet funny and very caring. Made me feel so comfortable.! I told her I was in love lol you meet so many disgusting ppl an for her to be lovely as she is was a beautiful experience. Mary Jane was also very pleasant upon my check out. God bless those type of people 🙏

Linda Isaac: So where do I begin this.I am always having my appointment canceled through a text msg and I have to be put on hold for more than 15min every single time I call to see what’s going on.I had an appointment on January 31st only to find out it’s canceled via text msg. Called and was put on hold for 15 minutes and I get it they might short staffed, fine, only to hear that Dr. Tumaneng won’t be in office. I asked when is the earliest I can see her as I have booked this appointment several months ago…only to hear the best option is February 28th, an entire month on top of my wait already. I have scheduled this appointment back in November and at that time nothing was available until January and I said fine and now I have to wait another month?!!This is very unprofessional and this is not the first time it has happened. Last year I had an appointment at 7:45am. Arrived on time only to hear that the doctor is in an emergency delivery and they can’t take me in. I asked how come no one called me earlier to let me know. They asked me whether I got the msg. I have received no msg that day except the check in msg. To rely on such system and not call your patients is to me very unprofessional. I have no issues with the doctor but this is very inconvenient to keep being booked months and months when I’m already doing my best booking appointments on time.P.S. I wrote this review two weeks ago after accepting the appointment on February 28th. Only to find out today on January 21st that my appointment has been canceled again. Now what? Should I call and be thrown into another end of March appointment?Absolutely not. An existing patient should not be struggling this much to get an annual physical exam appointment.

I also need a prescription for my mammogram. I really do not appreciate how this HEALTHCARE FACILITY are going about things during this pandemic. I am done with this place! The real dj: I love Dr Rodriguez the absolutely best, I recommend this office. She delivered my grand baby and Just delivered my 3month old extremely high risk and we’re just fine.

Bridgette Wilson: About 10 years ago I started coming here to see Dr. Rodriguez for my endometriosis and she is hands-down the most caring OB/GYN I have ever had so when I got pregnant with my daughter six years ago she was my doctor and took of excellent care of me throughout my complicated pregnancy which included having a stent placed in one of my ureters. I enjoyed her being my doctor so much that when my younger sister got pregnant eight years ago I recommended dr. Rodriguez to her and she has since delivered all three of my sisters children. Every time I call the staff is so patient and understanding and Dr. Rodrigues‘s nurse Michelle is so friendly and they recognize you by face so you don’t feel like a stranger in your OB/GYN office. And they now offer virtual visits so when I saw her two weeks ago and we discussed when I would return to go over my results she said I could do a virtual phone visit with her so I didn’t have to miss any work to go over the results. I will keep recommending people to MGA obstetrics and gynecology as I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience with them.
Brandy Wentworth: This is the absolute best office I have ever been to! I flipped back and forth with a few OBGYNs until I found this group. Dr Rodriguez has been my OB for almost 10 years now. She delivered all of my kids. I've never felt more comfortable around a Dr before in my life! Her and Michelle have always made me feel heard. I could go on and on about how wonderful Dr Rodriguez is! Lol. The office is also always clean and friendly!
The Real beauty: Would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy And PLEASE, if you are pregnant or thinking about getting pregnant, do NOT go to this clinic. . I went here for my pregnancy and I never received the care I should have. First of all, they never answer their phones. No one answered when I was having pain If you have something happen during your pregnancy and need to get ahold of someone if they answered the phone they rued and if you asked for the doctor they never gonna give you a call back is the worst place ever I visit

Kellz Kellie: I absolutely couldn't appreciate an office staff as much as I do here, DR PALADINO has been my OB for the last decade or longer. Great relationship with my DR. Couldn't be more appreciative of her and her staff. At any time I've had any type of need they have communicated the best and quickest. If your looking for a place i couldn't recommend any place any more than this. You will not regret making this change. Ten plus years, I believe 13 to be exact. Thank you MGA

I couldn’t get a sentence out without her talking over me just to get me off the phone. However when I got there I had a great experience. In and Out fast and my doctor was amazing. Just need to fix that appointment thing.
Nashwan Taila: Wow! Worst front desk crew ever! I was trying to book an appointment for my grandma. The lady that was assisting us over the phone first said she had a date open April 19th. We were in the process of booking it, then shes like, nope we actually don’t have any dates available. We’re like? What happen to April 19? She said it was booked already. Okay no problem! Whats the next open date? She said nothing is available everything is booked! We’re like May? June? July? Shes like nope everything is booked (keep in mind by this time she already has an attitude with us and is being very rude.) I told her I’m very shocked that everything is booked for that far out, are you sure? She said something on the lines of, do you not speak English? She said I said everything is booked so everything is booked call back later. I’m like ma’am, how is it March, and everything is booked throughout the rest of the year? She got loud with me over the phone. When i asked for her manager/supervisor she threatened to hang up. When i asked her about her name, she hung up in my face.The only reason this post has 2 stars, is because we called back and spoke with the Office Manager. She was very polite and helpful and got us an appointment on April 21st. Ironic how they were “all booked” in the front desk.I was not surprised by the other reviews here disappointed in the front desk service. Not to count the many that haven’t reviewed this place. I just wish the best to the management of this place, and hope they open up their eyes and see how many patients are being mistreated by the front desk.P.s. Every experience starts at the front desk, if that’snot a 5 star experience, you’re already leaving a bad taste, especially to the new patients.

Meanwhile people who show up after you will be called in first, while you're sitting around for 40 minutes waiting.ETA: Went in again on November 30th, 2020. There’s a new receptionist being trained who repeatedly pulled down her face mask to wipe her nose with bare fingers. Abandon hope all ye who enter here.

Lindsay Cieplik: More than one time with a horrible experience. I waited over an hour for a post op appointment “naked” in the room for someone to come in and ask if I could come back the Dr. had to leave on a delivery, but was also told I was scheduled with the wrong Dr. so unsure which was the truth. I’ve been having some Menstrual issues after contacting my Dr. each month with no relief she finally followed up with my message 3 weeks later after the fact and suggested a procedure “pretty much a leave me alone message” I called the other day with an concern if needing something for a UTI, I was asked to come in and leave a urine sample which I did it’s been 3 days no call back from my Dr. or antibiotic called in, so I’ve been in uncomfortable pain for 3 days now waiting on my Dr. I would not recommend this office, this office has gone down hill since all the previous Dr.have retired. Over 20 years coming to this office and I will no longer be a patient here.
Brook Garcia: Waited 45 minutes just to discuss normal test results that could have been relayed over the phone. Receiving what seems to be several duplicate bills but when I ask for my results to be mailed to me .... nothing, going on my 3rd request. Being in the medical field myself I know that type of request takes moments to click and print a report. Frustrating!!!
Rachel Dushaj: Unprofessional. Appointment at 1145, not a new patient, sat naked in a room for 40 minutes waiting on doctor, who was gossiping next door. She then ran into room as I told her I was leaving because I've been waiting and she says ok and walked away. Never go back here again. As a medical professional myself, this is inappropriate and embarrassing to treat your patients. I attempted to tell the check out desk I was leaving and there wasnt even anyone there to help you.

Shay Bunnie: Very friendly and welcoming. They are sensitive to my needs and always trying to make sure I’m comfortable if someone comes in the room with us or with the procedures. This has been a great experience.
Liz Skelton: I would warn anyone against this office. They were difficult to work with and gave my husband and me false information about our health. After putting us through numerous invasive procedures they refused to treat us because of a slightly elevated A1C that was being managed by a PCP. We never even had the opportunity to see the doctor. We only saw PAs and NPs. At one point they had me come in for a procedure, and after it was done they handed me a $700 bill and said I owed it then and there. They told us we would have to do insemination as well. All lies. We found a new doctor who said there is NO reason we can't conceive naturally with help inducing ovulation. This office is unprofessional, disrespectful, and simply wants to bill as much as possible. Do not let them take advantage of you. I found a new doctor who walked us through our results and what they actually meant, has been a partner in care with us, and who developed a plan for us that doesn't involve invasive procedures in order to get pregnant. We start our first cycle in a few weeks!
Delilah Hines: Very disappointed with thus office. I have an appointment to talk with Mandy about some test results and I'm still waiting. Ive been here 42 minutes and counting. What is the point of coming to get me from the front to put me in a room to just wait some more. At least in the front i know where the door is. I guess my time isn't valuable.
Liz Griem: Amazing staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and help you with whatever your situation is. Nurses, PA’s and Dr. Kowalczyk are quick to get back to you whenever you have any questions and are so reassuring on the phone and help with everything. If something comes up they always have a plan. I’ve been to both Warren and Bloomfield Hills offices and both are great. Highly recommend!
Nicole Grabowski: Signed up for satellite monitoring, I told the office I didn’t have insurance—I would pay out of pocket. My appointment was confirmed for 11/10. On 11/7 I find out I DO have insurance, unbeknownst to me. I call and leave the billing department a message letting them know I have insurance (Medicaid) on the same day. They finally call me back on 11/9, the day before my appointment, and tell me BECAUSE I have Medicaid, they can’t accept me as a patient, even if I pay out of pocket. I have never heard of a policy like this, but that isn’t the issue. My issue is, they took 2 full days and waited to call me back and tell me that I cannot be a patient with them THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. So now I am scrambling to find another IVF clinic that will accept me as a satellite monitoring patient AND do my baseline labs and ultrasound NEXT DAY. Luckily, RMA of Michigan was able to squeeze me in, AND they had no issue with me paying out of pocket because they didn’t accept Medicaid either. THANK GOD I found RMA of Michigan. IVF is stressful enough without this kind of runaround. The least Michigan center of fertility could have done, was called me back sooner and gave me more time to find another office. Very unprofessional.

Alesha Martiss: The 1x1 attention you receive here is like nothing I have experienced before. The atmosphere is calming, which is so important with infertility. I really enjoyed working with both PA’s. Scheduling is accommodating and hassle free. Grateful to have found this office.

The way they handled contact during COVID was not very helpful at all and I did not feel they were very understanding of me not wanting to physically come in during the beginning of COVID.

Rachel Hyde: I switched doctors after moving. I'm so glad I made the decision to start coming to this practice. Dr. Carrasco is incredible! I have severe anxiety and panic attacks when I'm at doctors appointments. Dr. Carrasco knew exactly what to do. Even after my exam, she kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. She made me feel as comfortable as possible. She truly cares about her patients! I highly recommend Dr. Carrasco. The nurses and receptionists were also very nice and friendly.

Divya Kamath: I went to this location after researching and finding great reviews for this place. I saw Dr. Carrasco at this location for my pregnancy and had an incredible experience. She takes time to really get to know your priorities, concerns and to answer your questions. Never felt hurried or uncomfortable during appointments. Provides very thorough information and is very prompt to answering any questions/concerns on the online portal. Staff was great too, sent over my STD paperwork on the day of my delivery without me having to ask again! Very satisfied, definitely returning and highly recommend

Red FX: Doctors are WONDERFUL. The facility and faculty members are frustrating. The best example of this is how they ask you to fill out the same form everytime. My significant other has filled out the same form every visit for no less than 35 times (probably more)!!!!!! Also unless you are pregnant you can not easily make an appointment within 30 days.

Brittany Young: I came here in March to have a follow up on an abnormal pap. They wanted to request my records from a couple of previous offices I had been seen at before doing any type of procedure, which I understood. I filled out the paperwork for them to request my records and waited. A month went by and I finally called them to find out what the next step was going to be, because I had not heard back whatsoever. They reviewed my information and said to come back in a year. Fair enough. I wanted to have my IUD removed so I scheduled with their office for that. I came in a half an hour early, I realize that doesn’t mean I will be seen any earlier, I work in an office so I understand that the doctors have patients they must see. However, I sat there for 25 minutes after getting my vitals taken. I went to leave because I needed to get to work. I let the nurse know, and I told her I would reschedule. She was understanding and apologetic. I walked out of the office into the corridor to leave and as I am waiting for the elevator, the front desk woman poked her head out into the hallway and asks what I was scheduled for with an attitude, I let her know it was an IUD removal and I needed to go to work. She rudely said “okay, thanks” before she went back into the office. Completely unnecessary and dramatic. I will not be returning here. The rest of the staff that I dealt with was very helpful and kind.

Kissesfromdomo Domo: I have been at this location for 4 and a half hours in the emergency room! I was told that my blood would be drawn but that was several hours ago. I am in serious pain so I had no choice but to stay. This has been the most miserable experience ever :(

Jim Waller: Took my son into the ER at 3:20 am 1 person in front of us in the whole place, didn’t get back into the ER room for 1 1/2 only after I questioned what was taking so long after a hour, then another 1 hr and 15 minutes before they started to draw blood and offer a to get a urine sample ( which the nurse had to do twice since she missed the vein) the head nurse stated that the ER visit is a average of 8-10 hours, when their board only shows 8 people in the ER, overheard other nurses talk about how slow the physician is with some of the patients that have been in for the same problems for over 14 months thinking he’s going to cure them with a push of a button. 3 hour and 45 minutes later finally saw the physician, funny how now it’s shift change and things are starting to get done!!😡

K Radz: Everyone here was so kind! I had an exam and an iud removal and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Yes, you may have to wait 15 min past your appointment time and you may see someone get called back before you that arrived after you, but that happens at every medical office I’ve ever been in and it’s literally no big deal. Service and bedside manner was exceptional and made my iud removal a breeze. Low to no cost women’s health clinics like this are a NECESSITY in every community.

Sydney Mott: I went to Planned Parenthood to get my copper IUD. I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. The clinician who inserted my IUD, Sophie, was so nice and helpful. She talked me through the whole process and made it an easy experience.
Celestia Hurt: everyone i spoke to was incredibly sweet and helpful, they made sure i was comfortable and answered any questions i had, and they also got me on the specific medication i need !!! we didnt have to wait long at all, and when talking to the clinicians, they were very straightforward and efficient. i genuinely have zero complaints, they were wonderful!
Kandace Owens: Staff is always friendly but the wait here is absolutely unacceptable. Appointment was at 3 and wasn’t called back until 3:45, didn’t end up getting birth control shot until 5. Definetly not okay, you are better off driving to a farther PP because this one is not worth it and your time will be wasted.
Blurry Moonchild: i was refused treatment of an std from this clinic. lady behind the desk discriminated against me and i walked out of this place that’s supposed to help people untreated. expect a lawsuit this location needs to be shut down immediately.

That’s why i pick morning appointments and still end up being there for 2-4 hours. Like planned parenthood just not this location

I have also been to other clinics as well but here I come the most to it’s my favorite place to receive my health services. Staff has always treated me with respect and professionalism. Special shout-out to Sophie the clinician she is simply amazing! She was polite, warm and welcoming. Not to mention whilst being professional she made me very comfortable and feel like a person not just a patient. Answered any questions I had and didn’t rush me. I’m very happy here, keep up the great work everyone! It’s not easy to work in the health field

Alpaca: I had a HORRIBLE pap exam here. She used three different speculums and also insulted my genitals appearance. They were extremely unprofessional and I can't recommend this office, use a different one or gyno altogether.

Julieanne: I’ve been to the Livonia, Warren, and Ferndale locations and they’ve all been good but this one is definitely my favorite. I had an IUD put in today & it went so much better than I anticipated. The clinician was so kind & gentle. The staff is always so nice! I think wait times can sometimes extend because they actually take the time to talk with each patient and answer questions rather than shooing you out the door.
Corrie Pry: While the wait was a bit long- it’s like that at any dr office. Aside from that, every staff member treated me with respect, and they were extremely thorough. They set my mind at ease and answered my questions without blowing me off like every other GYN I’ve been to. The sliding scale is so helpful. I am not insured so a 27 dollar appointment is much more manageable than stressing over a 300 dollar bill. Thank you!
