Alissa Gooding: On April 20th i hired In and Out flooring to complete a floor refinish. I had already hired another independent contractor who put in 6 hours into the job and just stop showing up leaving my house in a complete mess. Sarah was the first point of contact for In and Out flooring. She was wonderful. I explained my plight to her and she really worked with me to get the price to be reasonable knowing I had already given previous contractor 1/2 down payment. I understood that they could not pick up where the previous contractor left off and the price quoted was fair. A couple days later I spoke with Demacio of In and Out flooring to cancel. Not because of their service but out of frustration from previous contractor and having to spend more money. Demacio really worked with me and was able to reduce the price a little more. He understood where I was coming from with previous contractor and wanted my experience with In and Out flooring to be successful. He even went a bit further and let me know he will be with me every step of the way with updates for this project and he has been true to his word. I am scheduled for project to start on Thursday, May 11, 2023. So far i am happy with the way theyconduct business. I will write another review after completion of project. Aside from the issues with the technician, the actual carpet installation is decent, at best. ***Very unfortunate experience with Magic Carpet. The technician left our house a mess and then told us it wasn't their responsibility to clean up their work. We've carpeted multiple properties and NEVER had one left this condition.There were multiple scraps of cut carpet left throughout the house. We also had to have our painter come back to repair/repaint multiple sections of the walls and baseboards. While baseboard scuffs are to be expected, the wall damage was just careless.

Chris Filimon: After 25 yrs., it was time for new carpet. Too many choices. I happened across "Magic Carpet" and read the reviews. Made contact and within a day the owner, Sam, was at my home taking measurements. The next day we were in his store discussing style, price etc. He was very personable and professional. We made a decision, the carpet was ordered and 1 week later, Ali, was installing the carpet in our Living room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. He did an excellent job. About 10 days after the installation, when the carpet "came to life", we noticed a line right down the center of our living room floor. It was not a seam. It appeared to be a defect. We called Sam and he was out within 2 days. He agreed that it was not right. He took a few photos and a short video and made contact with the carpet manufacturer. Sam was genuinely concerned for our inconvenience and promised that he would make things right. Within a week, Ali was back out and replaced the carpet in the living room. All is well and we are very happy and satisfied with the new carpet. Cant thank Sam and Ali enough for their professionalism and customer service. We definitely made the right decision with "Magic Carpet" and highly recommend them.

In addition, when the owner saw that our top flooring choice was listed as out of stock, he went the extra mile for us even though we didn't even ask him to. He called the company and found out that in the small quantity we needed for the job, they would be able to fill the order. We couldn't be happier with our flooring now, but it doesn't stop there. The owner also took time out of his day to come over and answer additional questions we had prior to installation. Guedo: Son Shine Floors has remodeled our Kitchen, Living room and both Bathrooms from the Start to Finish they were Great to work with. They have a lot of knowledge John, Cheryl Owners and Michele at their store helped us pick out everything and John came to our home to go over the design our rooms. There Construction crew starts with Ryan their son and Foreman, Ron, Kurt and Clint were Respectable of our home and are very professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Lisa Jenkins: Will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. We had issues from the start with our kitchen remodel. They painted our kitchen before busting up our kitchen ceramic tile floor causing a ton of dust to collect on our freshly painted walls.they basically said oh well.The grout they applied to our kitchen floor was expired causing the grout to crack. They had to return to re-grout. They broke our stove legs while moving the stove out. Just over all a bad experience. I’m so glad we didn’t have them start our bathroom. We have a wonderful company working on that now. Find someone else.

New vinyl plank flooring, carpeting, painting, granite counter tops, and some woodworking. We are very happy with the quality of the materials and workmanship. All of the workers were friendly, polite, and took their time to do a quality job.

Marshall Grad: Since 2015, Son-Shone Floors has been updating my house. They have done my family room, my kitchen, each bathroom, and my three bedrooms. From the owners John and Cheryl to Michelle and all the people who have done the work, I can't say enough about their kindness and the quality of the work done. They are honest people who will do what they can for the customer. Next year I will have the update completed with my living room being done and Son-Shine Floors will do the work.Their store is practically a one stop place for carpet, flooring, tile, paint, blinds, and cabinets. There is literally no need to go anywhere else. However, if you can't find something you like and find it someplace else they will try to get it. They will work with the customer. And if there are any problems, they will do whatever they can to make it right. I know because I speak from experience. Choosing Son-Shine Floors to do work around your house is well worth it.

Snap Dragon: We had to have our basement floor dug up due to a sewer issue and it turned out to be the greatest thing. I went to Sunshine Floors and they helped me figure out what product would be best. The also came over to help me choose colors for the walls. It was a very big job, but it got done in 3 days and it looks stunning. The floors are perfect. Tomorrow they are coming to do some tile work above a fire place and once it is all put back together I will post pictures. Please check them out.

We got three estimates and they were the most inexpensive so the price was good too!

My neighbor recommended them as a great floor company to work with. I am glad I called them. I am looking forward to my new floor.

I was on a time crunch and went in on Friday, chose what they had in stock and was lucky enough to be scheduled for a following Monday install. Mike was my installer. He and his assistant came in like a whirlwind of hustle. They knocked out 800 Sq ft of flooring in 6 hours, 1/2 linoleum and 1/2 carpet with new pad. They were a well oil machine and I’m grateful for the service. It looks great!!!
Andrew Geluso: Went to warehouse to pick up some padding and the owner/warehouse worker was extremely unprofessional and had a mini meltdown over customers going inside warehouse. . . no signs anywhere were posted. We went to receptionist to get order paperwork to get pad. . the warehouse employee came in and announced to the 3 of us the warehouse was closed with no explanation and walked out. . long story short he was in his feelings and made us wait 10 minutes and still went in warehouse ourselves to get pad and load.

allen brooks: I would not recommend this company for sanding and refinishing wood floors. Work is shoddy at best. Eddie says he has 40 years in the business maybe as a salesman . The floors will be streaked , no sheen in spots on a semi gloss floor. very inconsistent finish. swirl marks caused by buffing the floor between coats. And if you have a problem Eddie will try to shift the blame to you not his staff of workers. VERY SHODDY WORK. FLOORZ 4 LESS that's exactly what you get less. do bother with this company , you will have to have another company his the poor work his company does.
N M: After another company screwed me over on a floor installation, I did some research and found Floorz 4 Less. I called and spoke with Eddie. He came out to measure my floors, then told me to come to the showroom to see what I like and get prices. He gave me a reasonable price on engineered wood flooring. They were able to install it the following week. The install took 2 days and was done by a man who had very poor English. Despite the communication barrier, he did a great job and I’m very impressed with the floors. The only major downside is he didn’t clean up anything after. There were chunks of wood all over the floors, along with giant flooring boxes. He was going to leave it this way. I asked if it was part of the job to remove all that or not. He seemed annoyed, but took the boxes and swept half of the wood chunks off of the floor. He then left without saying a word. He left my toilet seat up, and saw dust and wood chunks covering my entire porch. Sloppy.

We tried the big box stores first before coming here. It felt warm walking into the office and showroom where we meet Bernie. Bernie was a wealth of knowledge, Professional, a all around nice guy. He invited us into his office were he listened to what we had to say and recommended different Flooring applications for what we wanted to do. We received a estimate on what it would cost to do the floor and it was in line as to what we were looking to spend. Bernie (The President of Trudel) came out the next day to our house to measure the area. He arrived on time, polite, communicative, explained exactly how the installation would be done and what was needed. It turned out he knew some of same people I had come to know in the flooring business. ( You talk about six degrees of Kevin Bacon!)Anyway we are having them install our floor and cannot wait until it is in. It's going to look fabulous. I would highly recommend coming to see Bernie for all your Flooring needs and applications. You will not go wrong!
Justin Ranieri: Installed carpet and lvt planks a year ago. I called and left messages 3 times with no call back. I emailed 3 times with pictures of the planks warping and no response. At first, I was very happy but am second guessing Bernie and the company.Update: Bernie had a guy come out and fixed the planks. Unfortunately he did a horrible job with my carpet. The tacks are showing and fraying where he cut the carpet.2nd update: Flooring is still not finished from repairs. Almost 3 months and have to call once a week. Product good, but service is below average. Call a company that has more than 2 installers.

Tom Naumann: We are new homeowners and this was our first time getting new carpet. The experience could not have been better! Cassie and Holly worked with our budget and gave us great options. Villa has their own installers; which is very important to us. The installers were courteous and did quick work. We will certainly be recommending Villa to our friends and family!
Nancy Lauwers: I bought carpeting for some stairs and matching runners for a hallway. The carpeting is beautiful and looks great. The two installers, Heath and Jason, did a great job installing the stairwell carpeting. Two rooms off the landing at the top of the stairs required thresholds to connect vinyl plank flooring to the carpeted landing and Heath did a great job connecting the two types of flooring. It looks beautiful. Villa was very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again!

Kimberly Atcho: Villa Carpets have done all of the floors in our house except for the original hardwoods in our hallway and dining room. They've carpeted our basement twice (we've lived in our house 15 years), carpeted our living room and bedrooms, and did the flooring for our kitchen and basement bathroom. Dan, one of the owners, came out to give us quotes, answers questions, and show us samples. All of the staff were helpful on the phone in setting up consultations, scheduling installs, and paying the balance. The installers were quick, thorough, and respectful. The only hiccup we had was the carpet they were going to install in our most recent job was the correct brand, but not the correct color. I called the store and Holly quickly sent someone over with the correct carpet so the job wasn't delayed. Overall we're happy with the products, price, install and customer service.
Lisa (The Sterling Critic): I have been going here for years. Their customer service is always fantastic. They have a great selection of carpet, laminate tile and drapery their prices out beat anyone in the area. I would suggest checking out Villa Carpet before you have any other estimates.

Holly greeted me and checked in on me while I was looking around, but was never aggressively selling me stuff, which I absolutely loved! When I found flooring I loved, she was helpful in getting me the pricing information I needed, as well as setting me up with special pricing since the flooring was in stock. I couldn't buy that day, but Holly was super knowledgeable and overall helpful!I will be going back once I have the funds to finish my project, even if the flooring I want is gone and I have to get something else because there is a plethora of choices! I fell in love with so many of the samples, from carpet, to wood planking, to LVC, and tile!

Colette Harting: I never write reviews, but thought this experience needs to be shared. I contacted the Carpet Guys to get flooring ideas and pricing. When the sales guy came out, he told me that it didn’t look like hardwood under my carpet, but was a sub floor. I ordered carpet, but changed my order to hardwood a few days after the 3 day cancel law. They agreed not to charge me a restocking fee for carpet and moved forward with hardwood plans. Upon installation, beautiful original hardwood was discovered by the installer. They couldn’t install over the hardwood and it was costly to remove original hardwood, which wouldn’t have made much sense anyway. So no product was ever installed and they charged me $775.00. If the original sales guy would have told me that I had hardwood under my carpet, none of this would have happened. It’s not up to the customer to know what’s under their carpet. It’s a flooring companies job to know this. I’m not happy about the restocking fee. Many people at this business are kind and professional, but in the end, it was unacceptable to charge me for their mistake. I even referred my sister to them and she already has her carpet installed.
