They were all very friendly, suggesting they would have someone stop by to make sure they had the right item ordered. Called a week later and was met with less friendliness, and was told they had 'called the rep' (from the window company) and would get back to me in an hour. They did not call back. Three phone calls (and weeks)later i am told the same thing, they'll try to get ahold of the rep again and call me back, still with no response.After two months of this i called a competitor and the window was ordered in two days.

I made a late decision to change the color of my island, and Tony was beyond accommodating and I am so grateful he made my vision come to life. It was a lot of work, and it turned out beautiful. Engjell Mene: My experience with this company is the lowest I could expect from anyone. My order came in and no one called until I did to find out it was ready for pickup. When i went there the piece that came in had a noticeable crack on it for which they were silent. The funniest thing is that at the main entrance there's a sign saying "MASKS REQUIRED" but when you enter no one wears masks. I mentioned that fact and got dirty looks from the person I met with and what's more is that the owner came storming to protect his place of business with no respect towards me because I simply asked why would they not wear masks. This means protecting his ego and risking the public. Such people should have no business opening a business. However, be prepared to take chances of testing positive for Covid-19 after you go there, which means your life is threatened and if you recover you've already missed going to work and other things important to you for at least two weeks. But these people don't understand it. I would not recommend anyone to give business to a place like this.I hope this helps you avoid a health risk.

Rick & Kate Bergeron_google: Product shipped and received in a timely manner, though the mandrels were not as expected.Some were rusty and the rust continues to grow like cancer. Others were fine and are without rust today. North Idaho is pretty dry in the winter, so humidity should not be much of an issue.Gummy tape residue requires solvent to remove prior to the mandrels serving a useful purpose.
