Geoff McAleenan: Generally have no reason to complain with this location. Today was an exception. Two folks were working hard during the lunch rush, and after about 40 minutes of waiting, I asked if my order had been started. The claim was a ticket got lost, though the lone smoothie in my order was made and sitting there. My complaint though was that when I asked if I could just get a refund (before 4 wraps were started to be made) I was told no? I also paid extra for 3 low carb tortillas and was told they had none left, and I didn’t receive a refund for that either. I’m not thrilled that I was essentially told I had to either walk out on a $70 order (with tip) or wait longer than the 30 minutes beyond the original estimate I’d already waited. I also thought it was a bit strange that I had to approach the staff instead of them asking me for my name and checking in on the order when I had been there that long. Id like to hear from a manager if I could please.

amat viv: Was not fond of anyone’s attitude. Mediocre service. Food, drinks are good. I ordered salad without chicken. Was charged the same price as with chicken. I brought it to their attention, no one knew if I should’ve been charged or not. Then I said if you charged me for it then I’ll take it to go. It took them half hour to give it to me after I asked for it twice. First and last time here.

Asma Azimi: It was my first time in here today and I am never going back. I got the boss smoothie which has apple, banana, peanut butter, cucumber, spinach, and avocado/I paid extra for flaxseed. I was so excited and took my first sip, it was tasteless! So I asked them to fix it and they told me I had to purchase a whole nother smoothie in order for them to replace it :(Their customer service is horrible and next time I’ll go a few doors down to Tropical smoothie where they will replace a drink they didn’t get right.

Raquel Oberg: A little over-priced.I ordered the Autumn Power Bowl (spinach, kale, quinoa, rstd sweet potatoes, green apple, dried cherries, almonds & feta) and the Pookie's smoothie (Blueberry, Kale, Banana, Coconut H20, Vanilla Whey Protein).The smoothie was SO good an fulfilling, I didn't even eat my salad until the next day!The salad was really yummy too, but had WAY too many sweet potato chucks to be considered low-carb. I asked for a vinaigrette dressing, but still received the maple Dijon dressing.The staff was a bit frazzled and couldn't tell me a price for their smoothie shaker cup (which I really wanted to purchase).Lost one star due to:High cost, inaccurate dressing for the order, and customer service training needs improving.

Therefore, I wanted them to make a new juice as I ordered through snackpass showing them the correct order record. But they just said “We have no idea why this happened but we can’t make a refund nor make a new juice for you since it’s expensive.” Even, they were just laughing at the time I was about to leave with anger. They didn’t even look sorry.The wrong order happened last time too when I ordered by snackpass but at that time, the employee there made me a new juice according to my correct order in snackpass.They should fix their order receiving process and should learn what’s the nice service they should provide to the customers.

Misery to correct when there is a mistake which happens all too often. Wrong order delivered, missing items… there is no accountability on beyond’s end or willingness to help resolve issues.

Holly Burns: They have such yummy, fresh, and creamy smoothies. I have tried most of them and only one I don't like much is Northern Berry just cause the citrus actually was too much for my tongue! Anna's is my favorite! And their Açai bowl is so delicious. Highly recommend especially since every Tuesday they have Power Hour so you get cheaper smoothies! (That's only time I go and the online app ordering is very simple and automatically applies the deal!)

Marsha: Have gone twice for a turkey wrap - the one either hummus. First one FABULOUS! Second try - one sided wrap - one side TOO MUCH filling, second side almost none!? And no hummus! What? All I can say - inconsistent.

In my humble and professional opinion, Aiden, with the strength of his deity, puréed the succulent strawberries and bussin bananas to perfection. Then, in a blink of an eye, Aiden cured world hunger, a true American hero. If you don’t go gaze upon his magnificent beauty you are a truly a pathetic excuse for a human. God bless Aiden. Myha White: This was my first visit here. I placed an online order and went to pick up. Walked in and no one greeted me. Waited as this was my first time here. Guy at counter looked me dead in my face and said……nothing. Handed people who were already waiting their orders and looked at me again…..then proceeded to go in back. Young lady was working on someone’s food order with her back to me. When she was finally done, she did ask if I needed help. Icing on the cake was after the nice young lady told me where to pick up my order and I was walking out…..the guy who couldn’t acknowledge me had the audacity to say “Have a nice day”. Smoothie was okay but I will not go back. Horrible customer service

Brittany Rose: I was so excited to see a Beyond go in right by my house! I've had a hard time finding a smoothie bar that was truly using only whole ingredients and not any pre-made mixtures. These smoothies are refreshing, tasty, and full of amazing ingredients. The smoothie bowls are to die for. Edited to add: Delivery service was also phenomenal. Had my meal within 20 minutes and there weren't a ton of added fees! I live about a mile away.

The Boss tasted only of green bananas, and because we added ginger to Anna's, that was the only flavor--way too much ginger added. I used to get Beyond Juice in Birmingham and it's crazy how much worse this is. Try somewhere else for smoothies.

The 1st was missing the coffee and had large chunks of ice and the other tasted like old frozen fruit...it had that after-taste of frozen bagged fruit. The place looked clean and my order was finished when we arrived but the quality of the items is lacking. I expect and want to taste coffee in a smoothie that is suppose to have coffee in it. The only discernable note was banana.

Thinking they were cold, I got avocado and cucumber on mine. 2 things that do not taste right warm. My wrap is watery/soggy and the avocado is completely brown and rotten, as well as the spinach. How does any employee feel okay about serving this to someone? I work right down the street and would have ordered from here weekly, but I am disgusted.

Foster Mom: Absolutely awful! I ordered a chicken salad and turkey wrap via the app for pick up. When I got home we found the salad had no chicken and the wrap only had turkey on one side. When I called the store I was talked to rudely by an employee saying they couldn’t hear me and she just hung up on me. Once I did get a hold of someone they would only offer me a refund of $3 for the missing chicken. It’s their policy, even when they ruin a whole order to only refund the missing item. Instead they offered me a $10 gift card (for a $13 salad) but I have no interest in ever returning. As an added note, their food is completely bland and tasteless. Yuck!

Soohie Coco: I had high hopes because I love açaí bowls and this was a good deal but Im very disappointed to say it did not taste like açaí at all and more like a smoothie that has sit on the counter and separated. Very unpleasant experience. And when i’m paying extra for peanut butter I expect a scoop or drizzle on top not a swear into the crevices of the container so I can’t even get to it.

Khaleesi: Tell me if it's ok to drop a fruit on a floor and continue making juice out of it, with customer looking at it in shock. When I asked if he is going to continue, guy just wondered : "oh you don't want it ?"
