Andrew Butz: Awesome smoothies solid food and the ladies at this location never fail to make us smile. We come in a large group and order tons of items too and they handle it like absolute pros every time

Geoff McAleenan: Generally have no reason to complain with this location. Today was an exception. Two folks were working hard during the lunch rush, and after about 40 minutes of waiting, I asked if my order had been started. The claim was a ticket got lost, though the lone smoothie in my order was made and sitting there. My complaint though was that when I asked if I could just get a refund (before 4 wraps were started to be made) I was told no? I also paid extra for 3 low carb tortillas and was told they had none left, and I didn’t receive a refund for that either. I’m not thrilled that I was essentially told I had to either walk out on a $70 order (with tip) or wait longer than the 30 minutes beyond the original estimate I’d already waited. I also thought it was a bit strange that I had to approach the staff instead of them asking me for my name and checking in on the order when I had been there that long. Id like to hear from a manager if I could please.

I brought it to their attention, no one knew if I should’ve been charged or not. Then I said if you charged me for it then I’ll take it to go. It took them half hour to give it to me after I asked for it twice. First and last time here.
Asma Azimi: It was my first time in here today and I am never going back. I got the boss smoothie which has apple, banana, peanut butter, cucumber, spinach, and avocado/I paid extra for flaxseed. I was so excited and took my first sip, it was tasteless! So I asked them to fix it and they told me I had to purchase a whole nother smoothie in order for them to replace it :(Their customer service is horrible and next time I’ll go a few doors down to Tropical smoothie where they will replace a drink they didn’t get right.

I asked for a vinaigrette dressing, but still received the maple Dijon dressing.The staff was a bit frazzled and couldn't tell me a price for their smoothie shaker cup (which I really wanted to purchase).Lost one star due to:High cost, inaccurate dressing for the order, and customer service training needs improving.

Nicole: Delicious smoothies! I always feel good about my choices when I come here. I always order ahead and pick it up. I'm never disappointed with the service I receive!
Leah Na: They have a terrible service. I ordered an raw juice from snackpass and they put the ingredient that I haven’t selected. Therefore, I wanted them to make a new juice as I ordered through snackpass showing them the correct order record. But they just said “We have no idea why this happened but we can’t make a refund nor make a new juice for you since it’s expensive.” Even, they were just laughing at the time I was about to leave with anger. They didn’t even look sorry.The wrong order happened last time too when I ordered by snackpass but at that time, the employee there made me a new juice according to my correct order in snackpass.They should fix their order receiving process and should learn what’s the nice service they should provide to the customers.

Misery to correct when there is a mistake which happens all too often. Wrong order delivered, missing items… there is no accountability on beyond’s end or willingness to help resolve issues.
Holly Burns: They have such yummy, fresh, and creamy smoothies. I have tried most of them and only one I don't like much is Northern Berry just cause the citrus actually was too much for my tongue! Anna's is my favorite! And their Açai bowl is so delicious. Highly recommend especially since every Tuesday they have Power Hour so you get cheaper smoothies! (That's only time I go and the online app ordering is very simple and automatically applies the deal!)
Marsha: Have gone twice for a turkey wrap - the one either hummus. First one FABULOUS! Second try - one sided wrap - one side TOO MUCH filling, second side almost none!? And no hummus! What? All I can say - inconsistent.

In my humble and professional opinion, Aiden, with the strength of his deity, puréed the succulent strawberries and bussin bananas to perfection. Then, in a blink of an eye, Aiden cured world hunger, a true American hero. If you don’t go gaze upon his magnificent beauty you are a truly a pathetic excuse for a human. God bless Aiden. Guy at counter looked me dead in my face and said……nothing. Handed people who were already waiting their orders and looked at me again…..then proceeded to go in back. Young lady was working on someone’s food order with her back to me. When she was finally done, she did ask if I needed help. Icing on the cake was after the nice young lady told me where to pick up my order and I was walking out…..the guy who couldn’t acknowledge me had the audacity to say “Have a nice day”. Smoothie was okay but I will not go back. Horrible customer service
Brittany Rose: I was so excited to see a Beyond go in right by my house! I've had a hard time finding a smoothie bar that was truly using only whole ingredients and not any pre-made mixtures. These smoothies are refreshing, tasty, and full of amazing ingredients. The smoothie bowls are to die for. Edited to add: Delivery service was also phenomenal. Had my meal within 20 minutes and there weren't a ton of added fees! I live about a mile away.

Arutoff: Usually I have a great experience here… I only get smoothies usually but today I thought I would try one of their lattes.The latte is 12 ounces, and cost $8 with the addition of $1 for milk alternative. My latte looks like a bad cappuccino with tons of foam, huge bubbles/poorly steamed milk. For a $9 12oz latte one should receive an immaculate coffee made by a skilled barista. I will never return to this location.
L WW: This is our first time here. I like the berry smoothie bowl a lot. It tastes very natural and no unnecessary sugar. On the customer service side, there is very very little interaction we have with the people who run the store. No greeting and they didn’t try to introduce the juice or smoothie when we are looking for the menu. Not sure why there is an option to give tips.

Words like “natural” don’t exactly carry much meaning (and natural doesn’t equate to healthy), but I’ve only been here once. Perhaps future staff can provide helpful data on health claims, make sure that compost and recycling procedures are more clearly explained
Brian Bennett: Overly friendly staff that creates the no chain vibe. You can tell these people genuinely care for your order - and they make it top shelf. Really feel the staff likes working there. The juices taste great- flavorful, etc - they certainly know how to squeeze the pulp here to get you the good stuff. Speaking of, I once ran a 4.40 after i drank their green juice and a shot of tumeric. Might be a second off in my recolection - but still - thrivery is always on point.
Kate Milne: I never write reviews but I think this place is fantastic. I’ve been looking for a good local juice spot for years and haven’t found one until now. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing. The oats are to die for. Do a juice cleanse! You won’t regret it.
Fahrenaz Hatami: Ordered through a food delivery app. Two mins after order was placed I got a message saying the more expensive of the two items I ordered was out of stock. The app prompted me to call the restaurant for help with my order. I called multiple times to either ask for a replacement item or cancel my order and no one answered. The app refused to refund me so now I am stuck paying $8 in delivery fees for the other $3 item I purchased.

antonella anda: firstly there was only one lady at the register and she didn’t pay attention to anyone. I ordered an avocado toast and smoothie and it took a while to be ready, the box they gave the avocado toast in looked like it had already been used because it was stained with food and the actual toast itself looks like they used half of an avocado for the toast and it was more bread then actual avocado. The smoothie was a disaster it was spilling out and they were so rushed that they probably messed up all the orders. I would not go again

The 1st was missing the coffee and had large chunks of ice and the other tasted like old frozen fruit...it had that after-taste of frozen bagged fruit. The place looked clean and my order was finished when we arrived but the quality of the items is lacking. I expect and want to taste coffee in a smoothie that is suppose to have coffee in it. The only discernable note was banana.

How does any employee feel okay about serving this to someone? I work right down the street and would have ordered from here weekly, but I am disgusted.

Foster Mom: Absolutely awful! I ordered a chicken salad and turkey wrap via the app for pick up. When I got home we found the salad had no chicken and the wrap only had turkey on one side. When I called the store I was talked to rudely by an employee saying they couldn’t hear me and she just hung up on me. Once I did get a hold of someone they would only offer me a refund of $3 for the missing chicken. It’s their policy, even when they ruin a whole order to only refund the missing item. Instead they offered me a $10 gift card (for a $13 salad) but I have no interest in ever returning. As an added note, their food is completely bland and tasteless. Yuck!

Mike Reviews: The smoothies are fine, but staff are slow and disorganized. 5 minute wait to order even when there's no line, and the employees were joking about how often they mix up orders. Not sure I'd try to order ahead after hearing that.
Jessica Lynne: Tucked away is a smoothie king that compared to other locations fails to meet the mark. majority of the staff is always upset and never happy to help. Takes forever just to get a smoothie. Don't recommend coming here. Try other locations but not this one till management gets it together.

Niko (Chip): Their smoothies are so good and I'm so happy that they come in sizes bigger than a 16 or 20oz, which seems to be the standard sizes for a smoothie. My friend and I have been their five times in the last 2 weeks! We can't get enough! They have so many different smoothies, something for everyone. They are also priced pretty well for them coming in such big sizes, but they are still expensive. The menu is a bit hard to read, but they also have a online menu and that's way easier to read in my opinion. The store has always been very clean when we go. It's a really nice spot. Glad we discovered this place!
Dark Knight: This location frequently doesn't accept online orders, I have tried to call the store multiple times and the phone is never answered. When going to the store the workers claim "we never heard the phone go off" but they verify the number on google maps is the correct number to call...I tried ordering on the app before 7pm and I understand that 8pm is the cut off for online orders, however when it says "order not received" or "the store didn't get your order". My wife also tries ordering from the app and the orders do not go through. Will change this review if the app starts to work and accept online orders.
John Boore: This store was amazing friendly the moment I walked in, at the time, they had summer decorations up, and I thought it was a cut touch to the stores overall look. I was greeted by Sean and Ty who were both very helpful in helping me decide on what to get as I am unfamiliar with the menu. They worked really well in getting me something that I really enjoyed. I would recommend this store to anyone I know!

John Carrington III: Stopped into this Smoothie King today with my son while driving through Ann Arbor. Having been to Smoothie King just a handful of times, I still wasn't completely familiar with the offerings -- but we were greeted in a very friendly manner by Kevin who helped us decide what to get. I ended up getting the Pure Recharge strawberry, and my son got the Island Impact. We were both very satisfied with the smoothies as well as the excellent customer service provided by Kevin. Kudos!

Corporate loves to send out coupons to my email such as bogo or 50% off etc. however the employees act like the discounts come out of there paycheck. They refuse to honor the coupons I am sent and they always make me jump through some sort of ridiculous hoop to actually use my coupon. I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t for the coupons considering the drinks are 9$ a pop for 20oz

I want to leave a counter-review and make it clear that the vast majority of the time this location does great work, has great product, and friendly,courteous staff. For the 100+ times I have used their services, I have only that one negative data point.
Trooper Long: It’s good. They probably have the largest variety around, though as of summer 2021, their 20 oz. is about the same price as the 24 oz. at a certain tropical chain.

iam max: I had a coupon for this place with no expiration date and took it in to redeem. I gave them the coupon and they came back from "checking" on it and told me that they couldn't redeem it for me. I wouldn't have any complaints except that from in front of the counter I saw that they didn't even try to check with their supervisor as they said they were doing, and it was clear they went in back to make it seem like they were doing something and then came back and told me it was out of their hands. What's the point of sending out coupons if they can't be redeemed?
