Wide World Sports Center: what do users think?
A Bar: One of many places in SE Michigan for soccer. Youth leagues and tournaments, moderate rates for teams and renting fields, and teen and adult leagues. Most players have some experience, some "beer leagues" and higher divisions have serious, skilled players. Gaps, tears, and ripples occur frequently in the turf from use and quality issues. Maintenance can be better and policies for injury due to field conditions would be beneficial but the owner is MIA so..
Allen John: As a spectator, it’s just basics. Aluminum bleachers can be cold in the winter and cramped. The air always stinks to put it mildly.
Bart Bartlett: Great place for kids soccer!
Preetham Mohan: Around the season opportunities, well-maintained indoor fields. Have had a great experience playing here for the past 4 years!
Chrissy Davis: A nice indoor soccer place!
Jorge Castro: Nice facilities, and the tacos here are some of the best in Ann Arbor!
Nancy Carbone: Watch our grandsons play outdoor soccer here. Fields well manicured, plenty of space to set up lawn chairs to watch games. Before COVID we were allowed to watch from along the sidelines, now must stay outside the fencing. Views are still good. Must walk up hill on gravel path and across grassy lawn, lawn a little uneven, to get to fields, may be difficult for some people with disabities. However, drainage is good, whereas prior to redoing the fields sometimes it seemed the players were in a shallow wading pool. Can get windy and chill, dress appropriately. Mittens and hats appropriate in cool weather. Sturdy shoes a plus.
Mahogany Boyd: Hot and stuffy! They need way more fans running and A/C
Melissa neumann: You pay a lot for doing travel And don't get the results you expect. I feel like some coaches are only there for the paycheck
Phyllis Lamirand: We watched our Grandson play soccer! Nice turf for him to play on!⚽️
Wilson Cardona: Divertido
Quinn Lowen: Great soccer arenas! Cheap snack vending machines.
Lana Kanitz: What a great place for players & teams, and for family to watch in elevated areas with seating. Concessions are available as well.
Mary Watson: Went to see my grandson play flag-football, great facility and great place for kids to go have fun, my grandsons coach for his orange and black team was amazing, he always was making sure my grandson was having fun and giving him high-fives and helping out other kids learn how to play, great experience, must visit highly recommended
Mary Beth Westin: Fantastic trainer!
Luke: They require that you wear flat shoes when playing on turf and don't allow cleats with studs. I think it's because they don't want people to break an ankle or step on anyone with their studs. But it's 100% way more dangerous to wear flat shoes on turf than studs. Players are WAY more likely to slip and cause accidents/injuries. My friend broke his arm here, it was terrible.
jack morrison: Watched youth indoor soccer game. Nice facility. Happy to see everyone wearing face masks for the benefit of the kids.
jay s: The place is awesome and the food truck in the parking lot is super good
Maureen Welch: I have put my daughter in Kids Kamp and soccer camp here for a couple of years. Over the last summer it has become increasingly apparent that Wide World facilitates an environment that is unsupervised and toxic. The staff and leadership are all very young and inexperienced in working with children. Some examples of toxic policies/incidences: they failed to address incidences when a boy repeatedly called my daughter a slur, they have weekly tournaments where kids who haven't paid to be there for the whole week (my daughter goes 3 days) aren't permitted to get prizes when all the other kids are, inconsistent enforcement of mask policies, etc. When I have asked about these policies/incidences I end up getting yelled at by some defensive kid. I won't be going back and advise parents to look elsewhere if they are looking for a camp where their kid will feel nurtured and supported by competent staff.Edit: This negative review reflects a negative experience that we had, and that others should be aware of. If anything, the vendor's response demonstrates the validity of my complaint and the dismissive gaslighting approach of their management. PS she doesn't want to come back, but thanks for the offer.
Jordon Scappaticci: Well run facility, friendly staff.
Mark Harburg: Great place for all kinds of sport! ⚽️ clean, well staffed, good ref’s. I would visit again. There’s a reason why people keep coming back to this place!

Argo Park Canoe & Kayak: what do users think?
Eddie Falkner: Love ir
Paul Stewart: One of the best parks, it's connected to the b2b trail so there's a lot to do
Steven Fields: I've been coming here since high school, so over 15 years! Perfect for dates, being with friends or family, affordable, clean, everyone is really nice and respectful! You get a ride back when you take a river trip, I've even lost my phone and car keys and it was returned, this place is awesome!! If you haven't been you're missing out big time!!
paul k: Great park for running and biking especially, connected to the b2b trail
Shibamouli Lahiri: Amazing and simply fantastic and magnanimous and wondrous and wonderful and awe-inspiring and magnificent and magical and lovely and well-kept and well-balanced and well-built and well-maintained and well-done and beautiful and pristine and incredible and superb and great and perfect. Visited in Fall 2013 with an acquaintance. Hope to visit again and again and again.
Rebecca Barnes: The family absolutely loves Argo Park. It's such a peaceful scene. The park is clean, the cascades are a blast to ride and the people are always friendly. I'd say this is one of Michigan's hidden gems!
Mario Hazza: Fun park to kayak in
Safa Charles: Beautiful nature, I recommend to visit the location.
Ayeekellss: Love coming here. Its kept up great for the most part! No trash in the water, the animals just come on by. First time kayaking and it was a blast! Will definitely come back
Joey Saez: Great views, even better location as it’s close to work. It’s a good place to go on a walk during lunch or after work. Highly suggest the kayaking there, whether you rent one or bring your own. The kayak rental stand has concessions and supplies (like sunscreen) in case you forgot anything. Great spot for picnics and family gatherings.
Chuck Edwards: Had a blast on the river. Staff friendly and on point.
Becca Wooden: So much fun every time we go
Sarah Campbell: So much fun! Spent the day tubing and hanging out. Nice place for a picnic
Megan Olmstead: Fun! Fun! Fun! Kayaking from Argo Park to Gallup Park was a great experience.
Mark David: This is a great activity for a lazy weekend with friends and family. You can rent canoes, kayaks, paddle boards or inner tubes with life jackets. 3 kayaks and life jackets were less than 100 bucks.
Jeffrey Rivera: If you're looking to have fun with friends, family, going out on a date, or even time to yourself this place is the place to go. Kids and adults love it equally. 🙂
Sean Nicol: My wife and I tried this for the first time 7-31-22. We had a great time, despite the enormous number of people on the river. I will echo some other comments - poor parking options and a dangerous mixing of kayaks and tubes in the "rapids" area.
Skylar Coelho: Great float and fun experience all around.
Valerie Howse: Great
Manny Flores: Get there early.
Diane Kaufmann: Loved our experience kakaking down the Huron River.

Gallup Park Canoe & Kayak: what do users think?
Corey Amison: This was one of the greatest moments of my life and I was very thankful to be able to see it with my family.
chiranthan krishnappa: The staff was very friendly and the experience was amazing
Robert Thomas Cole: Excellent Park, Great Fishing and Walking trails, And Everyone Here is super Friendly 💜
Daniel Brown: Can't beat a two hour rental for around $20. Line can be long but moves pretty quickly. Staff is very friendly. The river can get hot if it is sunny, as there isn't much tree cover or shade, so I would recommend trying to go on a cloudy day or in the spring or fall, unless you enjoy hot weather. Fun times either way!
Angela Myers: I have been going to this park since I was little. I absolutely love being among nature here. The only thing that has bothered me is the BLM painted on the sidewalk by the back playground. This park is for everone of every background. Please do not politicize a place where people seek to get a measure of peace.
manny houss: Very beautiful. One of my favorite kayak experiences I have ever had. Beautiful views along the trip
Mary Scheitler: hubby took stepson and they had a good time, just got rained out. He got a voucher for another time so it was taken care of easily. Would definitely recommend.
Charity T: Wonderful experience, staff very helpful, safe and peaceful.
Stephanie M Wood: Inexpensive kayaks n peddle boats. Lots of ducks n swans. Cheeper than most places
Pankaj Dash: Nice lake and good place to kayak. You need to go camp office to rent a boat, amd I thibk the rate for a whole day is reasonable. But, yhey can also add hourly option.
Peter Kuffa: Fun
Local Tour Guide: Highly recommend!
Frau Qu: Very helpful staff, beautiful scenery and animals. Reasonably priced with free parking. We love coming here!
Wade Scott: The people were out canoeing today and the park is absolutely beautiful.
MJ Renwick: Affordable and great vibes, always love Argo for some yak time!
Michael Taillard: Good service and such. Still planning to get our own kayaks, though
Tradnaha Turner: Great prices, excellent selection of canoe and Kayak rentals!
Shannon Searle: So beautiful!! Go there while my aunt is at hospital every Friday. Swans geese ducks and so many birds its absolutely beautiful!!!
Aditya Deshpande: Wonderful location for a peaceful afternoon either in park on the water.
Buy Moi: Was a great experience, staff very friendly & helpful. Scenery very beautiful
Nasser Ahwal: End of Spring and summer time only......An excellent place for kayaking and canoeing and fun, the river stream is not strong, so it is safe for beginners, there are short and long canoe tracks, 1hr, 2hrs and maybe more, according to your choice they will choose the drop point for you to start your paddling journey.Average cost is 30 dollars per person.
