Andrea Wolf: They did my daughters spring break 2022.I don’t know where to begin. And I’m pretty sure I am speaking on behalf of MANY families that left feeling the same way. In no particular order…zero acknowledgment to how upset and stressed many many many families were when we got stuck in Miami. Although they couldn’t have done much the lack of communication was beyond difficult. To make it worse when we did get an email it said.. I hope this finds u well. Really??? I’m stuck w 13 kids and no flight or hotel. I asked for a wheelchair for my daughter at airport and they said it was too late to request I was on my own. no follow up at all to acknowledge how rough this was. Although so much was out of their control the poor communication and follow through felt like I’m not sure what we paid them for. Communication is everything and while so much was not in their control we felt very abandoned when u thought the whole reason I use a travel agency and they are there to help. I will say that when they saw this review they were open to talking and acknowledged where they can improve.

The trip planning started off very smoothly, pricing was great and we were ready to book until everything fell apart in Punta Cana due to negative media. Unfortunately, we decided to move our group to Cabo San Lucas to be with another group of kids from the same school and Andy and his team (Jackie) put together an affordable trip with great flight times and switched us all over. My only complaint would be the delay in response times but I think the Punta Cana choas was a big cause for that. I am looking forward to our upcoming trip!
