Josh Sensoli: THIS IS HOW THIS AGENCY TREATS 20YEAR CLIENTS.. Run don’t walk. I was with this agency over 20 years. Around 2002 when the current owners bought the agency they begged us to stay with them. Over 20+ years we have we had 1 claim. A rock hit our windshield. I called 4 insurance companies. All were within $150.00 of each other. All of them are $6000 dollars less per year. So you would think after bringing that to there attention and 20+ years with them maybe they would help with a slightly lower rate. They coul HAVE BEEN more ruus sorry about our luck get lost. Basically laughed at us for paying 3 times the amount any other insurance company would charge. This is how they treated a 20+ year customers? YOUR NOT IN GOOD HANDS .. YOUR PART OF AN AGENCY RIPOFF.. We are now with AAA lower deductible and $6,000 less per year Amen... saving $6000 a year with a lower deductible.. RUN don’t WALK!!! After all the fake reviews I can’t wait for the pathetic response

Jeffrey werner: I couldn’t give them zero stars, so one will have to do. Very very poor customer service. Would NOT recommend to anyone. They canceled my home owners insurance or wouldn’t insure my home because there was a couple spots of tar on it from replacing a couple shingles. Not good people at all. Never seen a a company that doesn’t want to work with and not treat there customers well.
shawn severance: Do not work with this agency. I called in to see if I could get a discount and the agent literally laughed at me over the phone. The most disrespectful unprofessional experience I’ve had in a very long time. I went elsewhere and found the better rate I was looking for.

My name is My name.: Last night I get a email home owners quote of 716 a year. I figured it was a little low but got excited about it. The next morning i speak with a representative, and get a email shortly after stating my quote was over 300 dollars a month. What a joke. Who honestly pays that much a month for car insurance in Michigan unless your rich?

Id say about a -2 to a -3.Here is why , the company will charge you the highest possible insurance followed up by claiming you’re getting “discounts” because they care for you so much. You will learn that this is an illusion to lure customers in by noticing the next upcoming month your policy increases by $200-$300 renewal before you know it your insurance policy is more than your 2020 mustang. Seriously ? $330 full coverage with a car note of $320. Your small business 3rd party is a joke of an insurance firm and should be ashamed of yourselves.
