Zane Thomas: This place is awesome. The games are really fairly priced. Some are even still 25 cents. Right next to a bar to so you can get drinks and food before or after. The staff is really friendly and there is a ton of game options. The prices are fairly “priced” I think.

The prize wall is a joke but if you have little ones up to maybe age 10, they will love the prizes. Its a place to go to as an adult for nostalgia purposes only and maybe to fool around and waste some time playing some games.

Nicole Johnson: This has been the single most disappointing visit to a play place and my oldest twin daughters are 22 y/o. My 4 y/o autistic nephew was in plain socks, one of the "staff" approached us to tell us he needed other socks, only after we went into the play area to stop him from playing aggressively with other kids, he small and his gestures aren't powerful by any measure, but we are trying to help him understand appropriate boundaries. Anyway, after she approached us about the socks we told her just a minute and as she walked away she laughed. The thing is, we met my brother here to watch my nephew while my brother goes to the hospital to check on his wife. My brother was here when we got here so had no idea about the socks... we were trying to comply and then being laughed at... the staff should be ashamed. And so should the owners as ultimately, they are responsible for their staff.

Day of, the staff was nice but again I was given different answers. There were no notes of things I had squared away in previous calls. For the rate charged, they really need to do a better job of streamlining their events. Seriously.

Miranda Odle: Checking in was easy and the kids had a great time! The place was not too packed and I loved having our own space. The only downside is that I had to go to the counter numerous times to ask questions and get refills, I thought we would have a specific host to assist. It looked like there was one employee running for multiple parties. My package stated that my daughter would get a free T-shirt but she never did.

L G: The only positive was that the kids enjoyed the trampoline park. As for the frustrations and disappointment, I will list them below:1. We had paid for 2 birthday shirts - we did not get them. 2. Yes, we showed up 10 minutes early and understood that, but we were not greeted kindly upon our arrival. There was absolutely no communication as to the check-in process, the cart to put our things on etc. 3. Our table was still being set up when our party was supposed to start. Again, I still don't know anyone's name or direction. "I was told I am still setting up, and I'll find you to go over your itinerary. "4. Shortly into our party, we asked for water and were given 1 pitcher for 20 kids. After many parents went back multiple times to refill the pitcher, I went myself and asked for an additional pitcher and a refill. This is unacceptable! 5. Our pizzas came out on time. The pizzas were very good, actually. But our included beverages came out after most of the kids were done drinking. Slowly, one pitcher at a time. 6. When it was time for the arcade, we had to wait for the cards. Also, the games were not working and not labeled, so the kids wasted their tokens and were sad. 7. Lastly, the straw that broke me. We had elderly g-parents attending; during pizza and the jump time, they sat at an empty table next to ours, not set up or dressed for a party. The two girls that were "working" were so fixated that there were people sitting and rudely came out and stated, "If you continue to sit there, we will charge you for another table, per our manager" What establishment thinks this is acceptable? Customers first!We spent nearly $1000 at your establishment for a party and it was so poorly run and such a horrible experience. The only positive is that the kids had fun. From a business standpoint, horrible! We had guests from out of state visiting and they were shocked at the behavior and crassness of the staff. I have worked in the restaurant industry for many, many years, and I would be embarrassed.

Khari Walker: I came with a group of 4 ppl on sunday. The only thing worth it was the Go-Kartz. The laser tag equipment didnt work. The equipment for the virtual monster truck was busted and the staff didnt even try to fix it. And when we did the obstacle course they didnt even have it set up and told us to "get out" before the full 90 minutes. We just left and went to Round One in auburn hills. Customer service is trash too. Better at Round One in auburn hills.

Schmooks19: We had reserved a room at 8:45, and on the way to this location we had gotten a flat tired called the desk and she was so helpful and worked things out with us. We ended up being a lil later than the scheduled time and help us choose a better room to better utilize our time we had left before they closed and she was so nice and so great to us. We're so grateful for her understanding and her helping us enjoy our escape room even more, especially since it was my friends birthday and was joking around with us the whole time. 12/10 would do again and would highly recommend. We also saved tiny with a few minutes left to spare.

nic walicki: If you want all the joy sucked out of you this is the place to go. We have played escape rooms all over the country and this was by far the worse one we have done. When we entered the room there was no clear starting point as is normal in these games. When we asked for hints throughout the game it too a long time to get a response. We wasted 15 minutes on one puzzle that didn’t make sense even with the supposed “hint”. We completely guessed after not getting any help. Hints seemed very vague and we often got the same hint after asking again because the first hint wasn’t clear. Puzzles were also not connected logically with each other. Worst game master we have ever had. She was actually rude to my teens saying we’re being loud after having to beg for hints. (They we’re just being silly, guess they didn’t like fun? Also no one else was at the establishment) We have never been treated that way and it was a total kill joy on the whole experience which was already frustrating. It would have also been nice to see how the game ended. She acted like she was going to show us the end but then she showed us out even though the building was empty and we still had 40 seconds left. It’s called clueless because this establishment needs to get a clue.

Very Oliver Raft: Idyllic location but the park seemed to be empty for such a nice day. The slide has graffiti inside. There's even a free little library in front of the park, in which I left some toys for kids. The little library has a broken door, so I hope nobody gets injured trying to get a book; I set the board gently back how I found it.
