Loyd Gitari: The outdoor tennis courts are pretty good. My favorite is the practice wall. But there are also basketball courts and a multipurpose field with a running track.

J G: A well kept asphalt (hard asphalt) walking, rollerblading or running track. Four times around is a mile. It could use a little more lighting at night. But, does the basic job of providing exercise space. The inner grassy yard is great for all kinds of team or individual sports.It has been acting as the central campus gymnasium. U of M's main gym is still mainly closed except for appointments.A few years back there was talk of putting buildings in the middle of the field.Thank God they did not, it's actually extremely built up around the perimeter of the field and this now is basically becoming our little Central Park in Ann Arbor.

William Hu: A nice field on the Hill part of the UMich Campus where you can have a nice time whether it is working out or just simply relaxing, especially when the weather the nice. The field is conveniently located near several of the dorms and the CCRB, which makes it popular among students.
Augustine Lau: Nice and well kept feild with real grass. Definitely my go to place to for a good out door workout!

Imojean Robinson: Palmer field is conveniently positioned on "the Hill" near the hospital and other dorms surrounding it. It has a track, which is extremely convenient for those who'd like to get a good morning run before classes/the start of your day. Additionally, it is next to the CCRB (Central Gym)... So after a good gym workout, you could also finish up at the the track :). A great recreational space!

John Yoon: July 2018: The basketball rims are all shorter than regulation height and there are no lights. The outdoor track is paved but isn't level. The uneven surface is ok for walking but if you're sprinting or doing speed intervals it can cause your knees to buckle. The tennis courts are the best outdoor option on campus but each court lay very close to each other. If you play doubles, you'll end up interrupting the play on the next court often. So conclusion is that it's a good field for recreational exercise but it's not really a good site if you're competitive.
Renee Tallon: It's lot of calm open space in the middle of Ann Arbor Michigan where you can meet and see tons of new people.

Brian Victor: Nice lighted fields that are well-maintained. The only problem is the parking lot of full all the time with cars from people not using the field.
Dane Peterson: Love the layout of these fields. Turf and grass and a baseball field. Bathrooms and water fountains on site. Covered area for rain. Parking can get a little tight but have always found a spot.

Jerry Wang: Well-maintained outdoor track facility. Adjacent parking is large Gray/Blue lot (enforced M-F 6am-5pm), literally ten steps from the turf. Clean grounds; was able to walk barefoot comfortably after an intense run.
HB Kang: always open for runners
Zac Williston: Well-maintained track. Great place to do workouts or just run.
Meguro Tokyo: Go, run, join others getting in shape at a wide open and safe place. Parks, walks here, there and everywhere, frisbee (a distance sport), flying kites, spring has sprung, join the fun 🙂

Carter Sherline: Old UM Outdoor Track. Its future is not 100% certain. For now fences removed, long jump out allowed to grow over, moped parking on part of the high jump runway, but available for running. & the monument remains, which in part commemorates Jessie Owen's 3 world records & 1 tie with a world record over a short period at the 1935 Big 10's. I believe he got almost all of OSU's points & UM won the meet. Ironic to have a monument to an OSU athlete on UM's campus. I had 1 friend who was there at the meet (Kenneth "Red" Simmons, who we lost a few years ago @ age 102) & have many who were @ the monument dedication. Unfortunately it was before I got involved in track & field.
