MiLife Sports | Ann Arbor: what do users think?
Lauren Dreffs: MiLife is the absolute best! I've made so many friends and had so much fun. We love playing kickball all summer long
Francis McCarthy: Emmarr and the Ann Arbor MiLife team run a great show, highly recommend if you're looking for a social group to be active with! People of all abilities, coed, fun times. Beers afterwards typically. Met a bunch of friends via MiLife.
Alyson Joachim: Best team atmosphere I've experienced while playing sports the last 15 years! Emmarr is a fantastic sports coordinator for MiLife, ensuring everyone is there to have a good time and celebrating after the game-win or lose. I have played flag football and basketball so far and loved both experiences....great friendships have resulted in joining as a free agent. Can't wait for spring sports so I can play kickball! MiLife is equal parts fun and competitive. 11/10 recommend!
Emmarr Butler: i’m not only a client... i’m the player president!
Chriss Vowles: Registered and attended spring softball. MiLife seemed to be late in communication, organization, and response. It wasn't until game three we received our shirts.
Anthony DeVito: Great people and great events!
Peter Jonik: Best leagues I have ever played in. Everyone is very friendly. They play music at all their games. You get a shirt every season and they change the shirt design every season. The post game happy hour is a huge hit and you can meet everyone who plays. I'd recommend MiLife to anyone!

Community Education and Recreation: what do users think?
Kazem Esfahanian: For time cec is not fully functional because of covid19.
Angela Thompson: They do not return calls and my perception is that they are very very unorganized or understaffed or just plain old don't care about service.. The voicemail was not changed by 10:00 the Monday after winter break. I left message with no return call. My husband calls Ns was left on hold for 20 minutes before he hung up. I called and all the prompts take me to a voicemail instead of a person during open hours No sense in leaving a voicemail because they obviously don't return calls. Now we are going to miss the deadline for the sport I was trying to sign my child up for! The worst recreation center I've ever dealt with..or should I say contacted. I can't reach any live person to actually deal with anything.
Ramsey S: The handful of classes I have taken have been great! I personally have not had to deal with customer service so don't know if other review are legit. I always register online and hope my work schedule doesn't change so I can attend as many of the sessions that I've paid for!
Bruce Geffen: There is so much Rec and Ed has to offer!
Nancy Herlocher: Rec and Ed is great 👍
Gene Smith: 👍🏽
Rory Baker: Great classes for all ages
Steph S: Signed our son up for swim class through the rec and ed and they are at the fuller pool, they cut classes short and they are suppose to be a full half hr which is what we paid for and we only got 15 min of class the one time and cut back 7 min on the other. Never again, they don't seem to want to be at work so why bother. Waste of money and our child isn't getting anything from the lessons
S Personke: They have a nice selection of classes and programs for people of all ages. The language offerings are especially good.
Ronson Reilly: I have been competing in sports for over 20 years now: boxing, wrestling, soccer, baseball, and basketball. Some of which was through the Ann Arbor Rec & Ed. Up until this year, all of my experiences were positive. Unfortunately a woman named Karen Draves is now in charge of Team Sports. Under her supervision the basketball league has become extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and inconsistent. The refs are also inexperienced, biased. We play in what is supposed to be the most competitive league they offer, yet my guys have been assessed technical fouls for: saying And 1 after a layup, saying damn after missing a shot, and I even received a flagrant technical resulting in a one game suspension after a game was called with almost 4 minutes remaining due to an unruly fan. I then approached the ref pleading for an explanation and was hit with a technical. The following day I called Karen in an effort to voice my concerns, but what I was met with was the site manager who was at the game lying saying I received two technicals, and the game had been called because of me. Which is completely inaccurate on both accounts. After digging into it, Karen found I indeed only received one technical after the game was over. Apparently wanting to salvage some kind of dignity after siding with her lying employee, she then told me it wasn't a technical, but a flagrant (even though I didn't touch anyone), which requires a one game suspension! I try to give people yhe benefit of the doubt, but racism seems to be the only explanation. Certain teams constantly cuss, argue with the refs, and talk smack to opposing players, but if my guys (who are primarily minorities) sneeze in thr wrong direction its a technical! As if that isn't absurd enough. She also has allowed one of her employees to run their own team. Resulting in a conflict of interest, and opposing teams losing games to refs who they're friends with. If you want to compete unhindered, and on an even playing field avoid this league!!

Ypsi-Arbor Little League: what do users think?
Sarah Rushing McKinley: Great place to find baseball and softball community with focus on player development.
J. Manning: Great league and experience. Thoroughly enjoy having my 2 kids in the league. This is little league baseball at its finest.
Joe Valerio: YALL is the perfect organization for your child whether they haven’t played ball before or have been playing for years.
Cameron Dominick: YALL is a well run league! YALL provides a great opportunity for kids to learn baseball in a fun and safe environment.
Chad Parker: I’ve had kids in this league for many years. We really enjoy the neighborhood feel of the fields. The fields are very well maintained and most of the work to do it is done through volunteers. Communication is very good from the league and the coaches. Every year, the league does a great job ensuring fairly matched teams, which has not been our experience playing against other leagues.
Jackie Bolanos: We joined YALL when my son was 8. He's been on great teams for the past 4 seasons and his younger siblings are continuing the tradition. The families are wonderful, coaches are encouraging and knowledgable, the organization is a great group of people. It truly is a family league!
Josh Wimmert: Ypsi-Arbor is a great league filled with great families.
Amy White: We have been a part of this league for the past seven years. My son has loved every minute he’s been able to play ball. He has gained so many friends through this league and so have we!!
Eric Maes: We have been part of the Little League for 8 years. We have had a very good experience and have worked with the volunteers. I would recommend you join YALL.
Jennifer Hawes: My family has been part of the league for many years and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It’s more than a little league, but more so of an extended baseball family. Kids in the league have various skill sets from novice to experienced. And, it’s wonderful to see your child grow in terms of their playing ability, learning the value of team as well as gaining new friendships. I also appreciate how the league is all inclusive. Kids who may not otherwise have the financial ability to play baseball are welcomed with open arms and the league is more than supportive to assuring they have an amazing experience. YALL is great and we hope you’ll consider becoming part of our family!
Nicole W: YALL is a wonderful organization run by a great group of volunteers. The coaches are phenomenal and very dedicated. YALL has done a great job in recent years working with the city to improve fields in effort to improve the experience for players and families. Top notch organization.
