Two years ago, my wife temporarily lost her hearing and the O'Connor Hearing Center provided emergency hearing equipment, which allowed us to communicate. The team went above and beyond for our situation.
Alice Young: The O'Connor hearing center is very nicely put together. TV in the waiting room plays conservative movies or documentaries. Clean. But the most important part is the staff is very knowledgeable, they listen to your concerns and helpful in getting your hearing needs met.

Gordon Rodgers: Doctor Dan is the best! Patient, kind, skillful at his work, and connects with his patients. My experience at Hear USA was pleasant to say the least, and the foundation was Doctor Dan. Otolaryngology/Audiology Clinic at Mott Children's Hospital: what do users think?
Elizabeth: Worst experience with Dr. Kirkham. She yelled and berated me during the doctor consult after my sons bilateral nasal turbinate reduction. Instead of discussing how my son did with the procedure, she decided to make false claims about me. She then questioned why we were wearing masks in the hospital. She is so entitled and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Lellow CanCue: Dr. Cooper performed a nasal endoscopy on our son. She barely cconnected with the patient or soothed him before performing the endoscopy. She forgot to record the data but made sure to interrupt her visit summary with us to tell our child that he should only take one toy. Seriously? It seemed like the nurse was doing his job fine and didn't need help on supervising how many toys were missing from the trunk. Her bed side manners with children is questionable.
Scott Sweeney: Best hospital and best doctors in the whole wide world

M.O.S.A. Audiology Services & Hearing Aid Centers: what do users think?
Jennifer Bagby: Darcy is amazing. She is compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely cares about you and your needs. Their appt times meet the needs of all individuals. I have recommended multiple people to get a consultation with her. Thank you Darcy for all of your care, I truly appreciate it.
Rick Carter: Everything's been great about this place. Quite responsive to my needs. Everyone there is professional, friendly, and I feel like they care about getting things great.
Lori Aldrich: We have purchased three hearing aids here. I have gone with my mom and received mine there as well.I was diagnosed with slight hearing loss and auditory perception disorder by a different office. They quoted me $6000 to get an aid that would be effective. Thankfully, I went here for a second opinion. I was able to be fitted for an aid that works wonderfully for $1800!I have had the aids for two years now, and my life is forever changed. Dr Joel Stutz is a thorough, patient and kind doctor. The initial exam and follow up care has been wonderful!
Matt Darga: Don’t go here, they are corrupt and will take advantage of you for the life of your hearing aids. I bought hearing aids here after they quoted me and said my insurance would cover $1500. I paid them and thought it was a done deal. Nope. They came back later and said I owed them $500 because the insurance only covered $1000. I complained to insurance and they said I should have read my policy better. MOSA did nothing to compensate me for misquoting me and demanded the full $500. Of course I would have gotten cheaper hearing aids if I knew I was only covered for $1000. So I paid that amount said ok we are done and went back to my hearing impaired life.1 year later I start receiving bills again saying I owe $179.52 because some how the insurance company wants more money for deductible which is BS because my insurance didn’t cover it at all in that way they only paid a lump sum. So there is no way I could owe them more. So then MOSA calls me while I am at work and I miss the call, and when I call back couldn’t get ahold of anyone. 2 months later they have sent my made up bill of $179.52 to a collection agency. Now I’m forced to pay this amount or have my credit score ruined. Total BS, don’t give this company any money. Also their service isn’t even very good. I bought my hearing aids at the Canton office but have also visited the Ann Arbor office.
Marianne Frank: Updated this review because the audiology services were great! The audiologist was awesome and was great with kids. My son was very comfortable and the hearing test was super easy and "fun" for him. The audiologist was very patient and explained things as she went along. My original review was for MOSA ENT, which was not good experience. See below...MOSA ENT: This is a separate office across the hall from audiology services at St. Joseph. My consultation for my son was not thorough. The doctor seemed irritated by my questions. She seemed only interested in scheduling ear tube surgery and moving on with her day. She spent 5 minutes with us after waiting nearly an hour for our 8:30am appointment. My son never got the surgery. I took him for a second opinion and now his ears are fine after conservative treatment first.

Patricia C “Trish” Volkhardt: The best of care, and so thorough! Thank you Kaitlin Donovan, Audiologist and Dr. Kathryn Heidenreich! God bless you!
Patricia C Volkhardt: Today, I was given such great care! From check in to finish. Thank you Audiology specialist, Kaitlin Donovan and Dr. Katherine Heidenreich! God bless you!
debra Gawlik: Doctor very rude. Would not let me ask questions or talk. Constantly cut me off and over talked me. I felt very frustrated because she wouldn't allow me to verbally participate in my care. First time being here and don't ever want to go back.
Christian Kelley: Nice place and nice service! Doctor gave me a clear idea of what was going on
Joseph Kundrick: Terrible doctors who don't even study anatomy of the nose they told me in office after I kept asking questions they could not answer. Instead they openly discriminated against me and my nasal disease and disability after I tried calling their after hours urgent care for an infection and breathing difficulties with no response for several days, so they decided to terminate me as a patient due to my nasal disease they claim they cannot treat. Very unprofessional for a clinic to terminate it's sickest patients because they claim they cannot offer any treatments.

Brigid Kowalczyk: Jason was very helpful and informative. I learned a lot about hearing aids and what to do next. I’m confident that I have the information I need to go forward and that he will help me if I have further questions.
Stephanie Howse: So friendly and professional, thorough and yet relaxed. Highly recommend!
Lou Velker: I have dealt with three different hearing companies. Hear Michigan inAnn Arbor is by far the best. Jason and John know the business well and Jason helped me with an expertise I didn't expect to be so knowledgeable and easy to understand. He adjusted my hearing aids several times to get the best possible hearing options working for me. I received professional, friendly service, and it made a major purchase much more comfortable.
