Bruce Johnson: They are only open until 5. When I asked if there was flexibility I was treated rudely. Yesterday, I showed up ten minutes early for an appointment that they said was no contact. I was to call when I got there and they would come out to get my hearing aids, clean them, examine them and return them. At 3:30, my appointment time I began calling. I called four times, no one answered, finally I left a message that I was outside and parked in a parking spot.. I got a call an hour later. Of course I left.

Trent taulbee: My dad has been having trouble hearing. Over the last two years I have been working to convince him to get a hearing test and finally he agreed! Nate and Paul did an amazing job and it was really surprising to see just how bad his hearing has gotten. After trying some demos and actually being able to hear his attitude completely changed! They helped us pick the right hearing aids in my dads budget and now he can hear! So far it has been really life changing for him. He can follow a conversation, is more relaxed, and happy. He keeps pointing out things like the car turn signal, he didn't know it made the clicking noise before because he couldn't hear it. Really couldn't be happier with the products or service. I waited too long, so will never have 100% correction. My hearing loss went from 64% (left ear) and improved to 20%; 48% (right) to 12%. Bottom line, don’t wait as long as I did to get fitted with this technology. Being 18 and rocking out was a long time ago - now it's time to take care of ourselves.

He removed wax from both ears and administered a hearing test to provide me with an accurate baseline. Steven thoroughly explained everything, took time to ensure all my questions were answered, and provided helpful information, even though I did not require a hearing instrument/hearing aid at this time.

Chris Skiver: My elderly dad (age 90) lost most of his hearing at a very young age. He has always struggled with getting an appropriate aid suited for his particular needs, as well as the proper fit. He decided to try Beltone in Ann Arbor, and he finally received the time and care that he needed! Steve Whetstone, the Hearing Care Practitioner, was professional and caring and explained all of the available options. He was very thorough and laser focused on improving my Dad's hearing experience. My Dad never felt rushed as he had in the past at other hearing centers in the area. Steve took great care to explain the use of the hearing aid device, as well as the technology aspect regarding settings that are paired with the cell phone. Steve was extremely patient, helpful, and happy to answer any questions my Dad had. Most importantly, his new hearing aid has made a tremendous improvement in the quality of his hearing!

vfatch: I have previously owned hearing aids (not Beltone) and I hated them! I either didn’t have batteries or they were expired. They were uncomfortable to wear, my ears were always itchy and I could never tell if they were working. I decided to visit Beltone for a free hearing exam. Beltone has rechargeable hearing aids, no more batteries to fool with! Steve Whetstone is so kind and patient while he works with you to get a comfortable fit with the best hearing possible. I love my Beltone hearing aids! It takes less than two hours to recharge them. The only reason I know that I have them on is because I can hear. If you want to rejoin the family dynamic and are looking for hearing aids, you can’t go wrong with Beltone, Steve Whetstone and the friendly staff at the Zeeb Road office.

Two years ago, my wife temporarily lost her hearing and the O'Connor Hearing Center provided emergency hearing equipment, which allowed us to communicate. The team went above and beyond for our situation.
Alice Young: The O'Connor hearing center is very nicely put together. TV in the waiting room plays conservative movies or documentaries. Clean. But the most important part is the staff is very knowledgeable, they listen to your concerns and helpful in getting your hearing needs met.

Lori Aldrich: We have purchased three hearing aids here. I have gone with my mom and received mine there as well.I was diagnosed with slight hearing loss and auditory perception disorder by a different office. They quoted me $6000 to get an aid that would be effective. Thankfully, I went here for a second opinion. I was able to be fitted for an aid that works wonderfully for $1800!I have had the aids for two years now, and my life is forever changed. Dr Joel Stutz is a thorough, patient and kind doctor. The initial exam and follow up care has been wonderful!
Matt Darga: Don’t go here, they are corrupt and will take advantage of you for the life of your hearing aids. I bought hearing aids here after they quoted me and said my insurance would cover $1500. I paid them and thought it was a done deal. Nope. They came back later and said I owed them $500 because the insurance only covered $1000. I complained to insurance and they said I should have read my policy better. MOSA did nothing to compensate me for misquoting me and demanded the full $500. Of course I would have gotten cheaper hearing aids if I knew I was only covered for $1000. So I paid that amount said ok we are done and went back to my hearing impaired life.1 year later I start receiving bills again saying I owe $179.52 because some how the insurance company wants more money for deductible which is BS because my insurance didn’t cover it at all in that way they only paid a lump sum. So there is no way I could owe them more. So then MOSA calls me while I am at work and I miss the call, and when I call back couldn’t get ahold of anyone. 2 months later they have sent my made up bill of $179.52 to a collection agency. Now I’m forced to pay this amount or have my credit score ruined. Total BS, don’t give this company any money. Also their service isn’t even very good. I bought my hearing aids at the Canton office but have also visited the Ann Arbor office.
Marianne Frank: Updated this review because the audiology services were great! The audiologist was awesome and was great with kids. My son was very comfortable and the hearing test was super easy and "fun" for him. The audiologist was very patient and explained things as she went along.My original review was for MOSA ENT, which was not good experience. See below...MOSA ENT: This is a separate office across the hall from audiology services at St. Joseph. My consultation for my son was not thorough. The doctor seemed irritated by my questions. She seemed only interested in scheduling ear tube surgery and moving on with her day. She spent 5 minutes with us after waiting nearly an hour for our 8:30am appointment. My son never got the surgery. I took him for a second opinion and now his ears are fine after conservative treatment first.
