Marlena Ray: I took my car in for a $60 chip repair and during the repair, they cracked my windshield. They told me a new windshield would be $445 if other parts are needed, if not, $325. They break my windshield and I have to pay...doesn't seem right. After asking if they can help out since they broke it, she told me the lowest her manager would go was $260. The lady even said to me, "If you take it somewhere else like safelite, it would be more". Ummm ma'am, your worker/company broke it. I took my car somewhere else and it was much cheaper than their price. I wanted to support my local area small businesses but it backfired on me.Service:Auto windshield repair

Cathy Z: At approximately 1200 today on I-94 West a driver of a Glass America van sped up to edge my vehicle out of the lane. He then proceeded to follow my car off the State St exit, into the mall parking lot and drove circles around my car in the parking lot to intimidate me. Completely unprofessional and mentally unstable person working for Ann Arbor Glass America. I wouldn’t allow them near my vehicle, home or family.
Trenton Hebert: Terrible customer service. Asked about chip repair and was told they would need to replace my windshield without actually seeing the chip. Asked him why and he said I could email pictures. Emailed pictures and received no response. Called and asked for the same person and was told I couldn't be directed and if there was anything else they could do for me? Informed them of why I was asking for person and then got left on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected.

The crack was gone and they explained the process and expectations very well. They were very professional and polite. Also pretty reasonable on price. I would for sure recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Jose JR: I had a remote start system installed into my 06 Dodge ram and the whole process was very smooth. Stopped by to get a quote. The quote was very fair. They told me it would take like 3 or 4 hours. Ended up only taking like 2 hours. Didn't try and upsell me something, which is always a huge pet peeve for me. Picked up the truck, everything worked as it should. Nothing was out of place on my truck. Couple months later I preformed some work under the dash (Used to be a mechanic) and inspected their work and they did a very solid job. In my opinion they did better work then the audio shop right down the street that installed my subwoofers. It looked like a clean installed everything was incased really nicely. Overall highly recommend this store. Ive sent a few friends here and doubled checked some of their work and even now they did very good work and very fairly priced.
