I have a client in Ann Arbor - I sent Rendels an email introducing myself with photos of the chairs —- no response - days later I called to follow up and the gentleman I spoke to could not have been more rude. Don’t waste your time - service is as important as execution.

Sent photos during the process and kept me updated on how it was coming along. Craftsmanship is amazing and you can tell they really take pride in their work. Price was reasonable and the brothers were both super friendly.

mike montgomery: Update to my original post Two upholstery bothers came out to my marina today and made me whole he fixed the issue with the seat and all is good now. It's was a bumpy experience but he made it right. And the seat looks great there was never a question about the quality or work just the Customer service. But I'm happy to say the issue has been resolved! Thank you!
Nick: Unprofessional, inconsistent quoting, overpriced, dirty store and poor communication skills. So go somewhere else with your hard earned money. Read the other bad reviews they will show you the truth about this place. Also, many of the good reviews are fake.
