I have a client in Ann Arbor - I sent Rendels an email introducing myself with photos of the chairs —- no response - days later I called to follow up and the gentleman I spoke to could not have been more rude. Don’t waste your time - service is as important as execution.

Jennifer DeWaele: The KFW team did an excellent job restoring our dining room table- initially a goodwill find! Their communication and attention to detail was stellar, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our finished product.
N. H.: They did a simply beautiful job refinishing and repairing an heirloom maple family dinner table. Impeccable woodworking, and a friendly team. Fair warning: it was not inexpensive, and the time between my initial email inquiry and their reply was very long. But it’s a small shop and it’s harder and harder to find craftspeople who can do work of this care and quality. I have zero regrets and would eagerly work with them again.

Kay Van Orman: Our oak hollow-core interior door was gouged with a recent furniture delievery. A 1" gouge was made in the door. Nancy made a beautiful repair to the door! You can barely detect that a repair was made. The repair is such that I don't think the spot could be detected by someone that did not know where the damage had been done! The staff was personable and friendly. The price was reasonable as well. We would definitely use Kuebler for our wood refinishing or repair needs in the furure!
Vicki Mohrmann: What a beautiful job repairing our dining table and chairs that belonged to my husband's grandparents! The table top had many white rings and other nasty blemishes from around 80 or more years of use. It is once again gleaming without having lost its vintage look.

Marianne: Fantastic repair and refinish of my 100-year-old maple bed frame. The repair to the sideboard is almost impossible to find, and Nancy helped me choose the stain that was exactly what I wanted for the refinished piece.

Michele Nymark: I wish I could say that my experience was a good one, actually it was the opposite. We hired Designers Cover to help us with our window treatments. This included cellular shades and shutters. The install of the shades went smoothly however when it came to the shutters it was a nightmare. Let's just say that a globe chandler was knocked into and fell, breaking not only all over my brand new hardwood floor but also over the installer himself, leaving him bleeding all over a brand new rug and my walls. Their repair jobs were very subpar and they still charged us the full price. After more back and forth emails, we received more excuses and blame towards us, rather than trying to fix the issue until we were completely satisfied.
Michael Walsh: Fantastic work! Had torn the bag for my camper awning and John and his team did a fantastic job with the repairs. Highly recommended. Turn around was faster than quoted as well!
Rick Brown: This is an excellent place if you have furniture that needs reupholstered. The price is not cheap but the quality of the work is very good and they have over 300,000 fabric samples to choose from.
