Campus Student Bike Shop: what do users think?
John Llewellyn: This place has been a well-known ripoff and swindle ring for decades. I took my bike there for a tuneup. They “steam cleaned” it, charged me 3x the estimate and the bike rusted into an unusable ferric mass within days. Does your bike suck? If not, it WILL if you bring it here. Total crooks. #ripoff
Will Drunkenstein: Relatively simple disk-break adjustments, and the employee maintained that my bike is not serviceable. Motor City Bicycle in comparison, gave me my options in 5 minutes, and got the brake cables and brake pads swapped and tested in under 40
Katalin Aranyos: Hi everyoneThis shop is awesome,Afai, who is doing service there, is very kind and quick to repair the bike. Another thing is that the service price is very fair. I have sent five of my friends to this store so far... I hope Mr. Farhad will always be successful
Emily Rumstadt: The owner of this shop did not help me when I asked for help with my tires, he sat behind the table and shouted directions at me to use the tools he had lying around.
keri fenton: 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option. I rented a bike with low air pressure, so I put air in the tires and was practically reprimanded because "he had just put air in that tire". I told him that if he had just put air in it then there was a problem because that tire was really low. I ended up returning the bike after maybe 3 hours because the gears shifted inconsistently and when they did shift they would skip gears and the chain came off twice. I told him how the bike was performing and was bluntly informed that the girl who returned it said it was fine. No refund offered, no discount. He just dug his heals in that nothing was wrong with the bike. 100% waste of money and a major bummer for my only free afternoon in Ann Arbor.
K D: Bought a mountain bike here for $250, it broke on the third ride, shop refused to refund it and instead offered to repair it for $80.
Eric Gan: This place is the absolute worst - avoid at all costs. Every time I've gotten service from here I'm pretty sure I was grossly overcharged, and furthermore there has always been at least one new thing that was slightly wrong with my bike afterwards (which the shop had the gall to charge me again for the new repair). I also once came in well before closing time to pick up my "repaired" bike and was refused to be helped by the older man working there because he was too busy "closing up shop."The only reason why I come here is because I don't have a car and this is the only bike shop within walking distance from my house when I have a flat. If you are able to get to Sic Transit Cycles, go there instead for literally any type of service. This bike shop is a prime example of why geographic monopoly power is bad for consumer welfare.
Vijay Ravi: The store lady was stoned. She didn't know how to differentiate between hybrid and mountain bikes. The other old man was tripping as well with her.
C N: Horrible experience. Wish I checked here before going:(
IDLE SLAM: Awful! Will scam you for every dollar with a 500 % markup. Put the cheapest parts possible on my bike & charged insane prices - the “tune up” was a joke. Some places are just awful.. this place is one of them.Zero stars should be an option in rating.
Jordan Solano-Reed: Significantly overpriced, extremely rude, and incorrect repairs fraught with scamming for additional repairs. There’s multiple other excellent shops around town, who will do correct repairs for a legitimately fair price.
Benjamin Vassar: Got the tune up job done
Blake Karwoski: The owner was able to diagnose and fix a problem with my front wheel (a bent axle), and did so with less than a day's turnaround and for a reasonable price.
David Truex: Voicemail says open until 5pm, website says open until 5pm. Called ahead to try and reserve a bike because I was coming in from Atlanta, Georgia. Person I spoke with said they would be open and available so he wouldn't let me reserve. Showed up at 430 and got greeted by a sign stating that they changed hours and closed at 4. This is absolutely unacceptable to not update the information on the voicemail, Google maps website OR inform people that hours have changed. I drove over 11 hours under the guarantee that this shop would be open and have bikes. No wonder this shop has such a terrible rating of this is the quality of "service" they provide.
curtis leipold: Close at 4 pm not 5 pm
Hannie Wang (涵少年): I went to them because all other bike shops were having service queue for weeks long. Surprisingly they did the maintenance job just fine. Fast(I got my bike the next day) and for a reasonable price.
Kevin & Trent Stephens: Took both of my bikes in for a tune-up and when I got them back it felt like a brand new bikes! They were very friendly at the counter and it was done the next day. I would definitely recommend them. They were the cheapest in town from my research of other bike shops in the area.
Matthew Guiang: Went in to fix a broken chain, they told me it would be $15 to fix the old chain and $22 to just get a new one. So I got a new one. When I went back to pick it up, they rang me up for $40 saying the quote didn’t include labor.Would not come back again.
Andrew Lovett: It was closed when I showed up. Waited around for 10 min after opening time. Lost my business.
Noah Kaczor: Refused to help
Lane Wollerton: There are a lot of negative reviews on here, but I can only speak to what I experienced which is that the store owner was extremely helpful when I walked in and needed some quick repairs done. He diagnosed everything immediately, and I found the labor and prices for parts to be extremely reasonable. He's owned the store for decades; this is a true Ann Arbor local business. I plan to return for all my bike repairs and maintenance needs.

Sic Transit Cycles: what do users think?
Matthew Spoor: I have been taking my bikes here for more than two years, including my eBike. They are amazing! Their customer service is top notch. It's clear that they care. I have experienced and witnessed numerous occasions where I or someone next to me has brought their bike in to see if anything needed to be done, and was told it's fine. From the owners down to the newest employee, they are five stars. Friendly, competent, trustworthy, accommodating, convenient, and caring are words that come to mind. I am such a fan of this place, I am nearly evangelical when the topic of bike repair comes up in conversations. Do yourself a favor and just go here if you need bike service, parts, or a new bike. You will be happy you did.
Kosta El Greco: Superb service! Everyone is super nice, and extremely knowledgeable. This is one of the oldest bike shops in Ann Arbor, and they know their stuff! They've got a great selection, and excellent service techs. It's great to have such a good resource, especially in the times of covid constraints! Pay them a visit, and you won't be sorry!
Valentin Mozheev: Sad to leave a negative review for local bike shop, had road side break down and was amble to make it home. They refused to do a 20 minute repair in the same day. Please avoid if you need an emergency repair
David Conley: The repair shot is fantastic!! No complaints there! But the retail shop is a bit on the pricier side.Overall very great, friendly and professional staff.
Max Futernick: Had the most amazing experience working with these guys to find a bike I really love. Spent multiple hours over a couple visits running through options on every little detail. I really appreciated how patient they were, and as someone who doesn't know a ton about bikes other than that I love to ride them, I learned a ton of important information along the way that will make my riding even better. There is also zero sales pressure - if something at a lower price point makes more sense, they'll push that. If the juice on an upgrade is worth the squeeze, they'll tell you that too. This will be my bike shop for life.My one gripe is that their one sales person, Noonen, is completely unprofessional. Demanded pets in exchange for service and even raised his voice to bark at a dog passing by. Overall, still a very good boy.
irene serezal gallais: Great place, very nice people
Al Owski: The first person I contacted was Joe who provided me with the info on what they had in stock. I made the 30+ mile trip to Sic and I am glad I did. Mike brought the bike out for me to try, made the adjustments, and let me try it out to be sure it was a good fit. He then helped me select the accessories I needed. Overall, a great buying experience.
Alex Lowe: These are some of the friendliest, most helpful people I've ever had the good fortune to come across. They're inconveniently located for me, but they have absolutely got themselves a loyal customer for all their help yesterday.
Mike: Great bike shop, with helpful staff. Good experience, will return!
scott .cooke: Great experience!! Amazing customer service! Michael and Brooks are a wealth of knowledge and so professional. The guys in the service area were very helpful and accommodating as well. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive from the time you enter the building! Thanks so much guys! Can’t wait for my ride to get in!!
Grant Preves: Great customer service and nice employees! Highly recommend.
Amber Music: Super helpful! I've been a customer for a few years and they've always been able to fix my quick problems on the spot (bigger things they usually get back the next day). They do a great job of making sure everything is 100% before you go back out on the bike.
Mick Taylor: Fantastic Bike store with a really good selection of quality bikes. I came in with a budget and an idea of what type of things I wanted to ride and came out with a Marin Nicasio 2. The Sales Manager Mike was really knowledgeable and treated me great!
Carson Landry: Excellent customer service. They helped me find the right bike for me and patiently answered all my questions. Free service/warranty for a year after purchase really shows that they trust the quality of their work.
Evan Herndon: Great place
Petr Tojsl: I've gone to this shop so many times, and have I ever had a complaint? Nope! The people there are so kind, friendly, and knowledgable. Heck, they even have one of the best bike fitters in the country working there! So if you're anywhere near Ann Arbor and need anything bike related, head to Sic Transit and you will not be disappointed.
Edward Dunne: They are a great place for getting your bike serviced. They do good work and are clear about what to expect. They offer helpful advice, too.
Alexander Eagal: Had a great experience buying a bike here. Mike helped me from start to finish. He told me he'd text me when a bike I was interested in was done being built... and he did! I was delighted. I've had the bike for a month and it's been pure joy.The shop has bikes from All-City, Surly, Marin, Jamis, and Brompton from what I saw. They have all kinds of bikes but I was there for steel and they didn't disappoint. Of course, inventory is a little low right now.
troy satterthwaite: Great bike shop, they went above and beyond when helping me pick a new bike and getting it set up properly for me, being a bigger guy i needed some beefier wheels and wider handle bars and These guys hooked me up. These guys really know their stuff. Best bike shop around.
sicun chen: Thee best bike shop in town 3 Michael is so patient and knowledgeable 💖

Wheels In Motion: what do users think?
Lori O'Neil: Employees were knowledgeable and helpful
Juliette Moutinou: Ma
Scott Strodtman: Sales was very friendly and knowledgeable. Have used their shop in the past and have always been satisfied.
Melih Gunal: I received top notch service for my road bike whenever I needed. From tire changes to full service of my bike, the staff has been friendly, courteous and paying attention to my needs. My favorite local bike shop, I highly recommend.
Oluwakemi Johnson: The people here are super nice, helpful, and understanding. I bought a bike seat and a bike rack. They helped me find a rack that suited my needs and fit my bike. Would recommend!
John Ford: I'm probably a more extreme bicycle user than many folks, riding 4,000 miles per year (including all weather, all seasons bicycle commuting) and racing three different bicycling disciplines (cross country, gravel road, and winter fat bike). The fast, friendly, and knowledgeable staff at Wheels in Motion do a wonderful job keeping my three racing bicycles and commuter ready to ride. Wheels in Motion is everything a well run local bicycle shop should be!
Emma Sartwell: I was honestly quite anxious about buying a bike. I've put it off for the last few years because I am embarrassed that I've essentially never ridden before. I didn't know the first thing about choosing a bike. I can hardly even get on one properly. The staff was incredibly helpful and humble. They took time to explain things that I would never have known to ask. I highly recommend this place.
Champagne Bruder: Very knowledgeable staff!
Alfredo Mendoza: Great service to pick up a online buy, and excellent help choosing helmets
Adrienne Haywood: I just bought a second bike for my son at this store. These folks know bicycles and all things bicycle-related. Their bikes are such good quality and their sales and repair staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great 50% trade-in policy if you've bought a bike there before (which I just used successfully), and I can't say enough good things about our sales rep, Rayelle (Rael?) - SO helpful and patient with my million questions. Buying a bike can be a stressful experience - it's a big investment, and I don't know a lot about bikes. But I feel very comfortable knowing that Wheels in Motion is close by for advice and tune-ups and repairs. Some things, like bike safety for my kid, are best left to the experts. Worth it!
D H: Walking into Wheels in Motion, I needed advice for an upcoming road trip, as well as help in making purchases. The clerks were extremely friendly, fun and helpful, guiding me away from unnecessary expenses and guiding toward practical expenses. I am more than pleased with the merchandise, and will certainly make use of this great resource again, for bike servicing, advice and purchases.
Debra Levine: The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!
Marc-Grégor Campredon: Edit years later:Still and forever five stars. They are so kind and sweet and knowledgeable.Helpful. We are just lucky to have such a great place.Edit Covid19:Still 5 stars from the bottom of my heart. You can order on their website and do a pick up delivery. Not even 24h waiting time for weird / rate items. They do their best over the phone to guide you in your choice if needed. The best of best guys. One of our favorite place in Ann Arbor. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help. They have a lots of choice with a very good price point. They really do a good job giving you straight answers.5stars no hesitation.
Jeff Fessler: Quick flat tire changes are awesome!
Jerome Beck: Great products and very knowledgeable staff.
Brendon Moss: Greta people.
Patrick Foley: Great customer service! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Stani Bohac: Great customer service and selection. Staff are knowledgeable, not pushy, and love all things cycling.
Doug Weber: great local bike shop with two convenient locations on the east side and the west side of Ann Arbor.
Alex & Sophie Erstad: Great price and worked fast for a bike I needed quick
Benjamin Bxb8879: Awesome service!

Urban Rider Cargo Bikes: what do users think?
Gregory Newland: Great place, knowledgeable staff, cool cargo bikes, location is on a cycle track style bike lane.I went to UrbanRider/HEH to test some front load cargo bikes. I called ahead and schedule a time through their website. When I showed up they had the models I wanted to try out ready to roll, and even pulled out another bike. I was working Jim and Kim (the owners). Once we were getting into the finer details I was mostly talking with Kim and she was very knowledgeable on the bikes we were looking and the options available on each model. She was also very transparent on pricing of each model.Kim even adjusted a few cargo bikes so my wife could try them out and get a proper feel. Over the next few days I had additional questions and the staff was quick to respond to me emails.Once I made a decision to purchase I messaged UrbanRider and we handled the sale all in an email, it was fantastic. A few days later I showed up to acquire my new cargo bike. The Staff took the time to go over everything on the bike, had me take it for a test ride to make sure everything was in perfect condition. Then the fun part. The staff helped my take off a wheel/fender/and a few other accessories to fit it in our car. It was close; so close we had to deflate the other tire to buy another inch of space. If you visit the store at 320 Miller, it’s a fantastic place for a bike shop. They have a large parking area you can ride in to get a feel for the bike. Then Miller road has a dedicated cycle track style bike lane with a few nice hills you can ride. You quickly get a feeling of the bike in an urban environment. Store is well packed with bikes and accessories. I don’t think they could fit any more bikes I. There if they tried.Great shop. I will visit them again if I need another cargo bike.
Annabell Landis: Urban Rider is great! Kim was very patient & knowledgeable. Got to test ride cargo bikes with my son on board. We didn't feel rushed at all and left with an awesome bike that fits our needs!
Drew De Four: Very lovely people with an incredible inventory of high quality bikes and accessories. Got a child seat (Thule) to put behind my bike and they helped me make sure I bought the correct rear rack for my particular bike (an Electra Townie Cruiser). Helped me install it and just generally made me feel 100% about my purchase. Will go there again!
Amelia Bateman: Absolutely love this place! In addition to cargo bikes, they have a great selection of kids balance bikes. They also have the very best kids helmets, bells and horns. They are so wonderful, friendly and kind when you are in the shop. If you are in Kerrytown you should stop in!
Matthew Junkin: Only bike shop to be open on a particularly icy day, and, while they mainly sell and showcase cargo attachments for bikes, they very quickly helped me find the other product I was looking for. Would recommend.

D&D Bicycles - Ann Arbor: what do users think?
Asiyeh Golabchi: I recently visited this bike shop to get my tires inflated and have my bike checked for any issues. I must say, I had a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they promptly attended to my needs. They carefully inspected my bike, made sure the tires were inflated to the correct pressure, and even checked for any other potential issues I might have missed. They went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this bike shop for their attention to detail, expertise, and overall professionalism.
James Woodward: I have a very old Giant, over 30 years old that needed new tires clean up and minor adjustments made. I walked in no appointment and in a couple hours it was done. Excellent customer service!
Paymon: I first went into the D&D Bicycles store in Northville as we were looking for an E-Bike. The store employee there was clearly busy working on a bike, but he immediately greeted us and asked us how he can help. When we discussed what we were looking for he showed us some models that they had in store, and also showed us some models on their website, as they better suited our needs. He then found that the Ann Arbor store had the model we wanted in stock. We called and spoke to Jack in the Ann Arbor store to confirm the availability of the bike. We told Jack we would be coming in to see and possibly purchase the specific model. When we arrived, Jack had the bike we were considering already up on the stand, and it appears he had been double checking the components and bike for us, prior to us arriving. This was very impressive. We then went on to ask him some questions about the bike, as well as about some accessories (phone mount, rear and front lights, kick stand, etc) and he was very knowledgeable and helpful about the bike as well as the accessories they offer. We were there shortly before closing, and there was an issue with the card company we wanted to use, and Jack was extremely patient with us, even staying in 30 minutes past their close time, just to make sure we were able to get the bike we wanted and to answer all of our questions. On top of all of this, D&D Bicycles seems like a very good place to buy one of the top bicycle brands (Giant). You get their “Bike Gold Card” with your purchase of a bicycle which gets you three years of flat tire repairs as well as some other included repairs, which is a huge value. We considered buying our E-Bike from a big box retail store as well as online, because they offer entry level / mid level bicycles that fit our price range. We were so happy to work with D&D Bicycles to find such a quality bike, by a very good manufacturer, and at a very fair price. On top of that we are happy to have purchased our bike from a highly reputable bike shop that stands by their products and customers.
Suzanna Friedly: Took a “new to me” bike in for rehab. Expected to pay $150 for that - and ended up only paying $22 for a brake adjustment! They could have charged what I expected, with no real work - but they didn’t! Honest and trustworthy. I will return.
Matthew Rostker: Amazing service! Fast, affordable, and I really felt like they care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Will be back!
billy ingram: Great service, very knowledgeable. Will buy from again.
Rebecca Dawson: Knowledgeable, friendly, fast service for my new bike that needed service.Thank you!
Ethan Casler: Nice sales associates, helped me find a good working bike lock. Also was reliably open.
Stephanie Benedict: There was no bike rack to store my bike while I shopped and the selection of accessories was small and expensive.
Mark Lepczyk: I had a great experience with D&D. I don't live in Ann Arbor and needed a bike for my son at school there. Mark was very helpful and guided me to what I was looking for and we completed the transaction all by phone. Thanks D&D!
John McGuck: Jack did an outstanding job in my bike.Much appreciated.
Andy Seiler: They really did everything they could to get me my new bike as quickly as possible. Also great they have extended hours, later than any other shop around.
Pina Vyas: This was a an extremely pleasant experience for us. We were there to buy a bike for my nephew and we were immediately helped, he picked his bike and the team worked to set the brakes and the wheel alignment. They also volunteered to help pack his bike for shipping when his trip here with us was done.
Pink Flowers: I went in to purchase a bike lot. Peter helped me pick one that was reliable, easy to use, and didn’t add too much weight to my vehicle. He even mounted for me. He demonstrated a cool trick for fitting the spiffy pink hand grips. Peter did it all with the most pleasant and welcoming smile. I felt well served. I would definitely go back for the service alone. I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you, D&D!
aaron bennett: Bought a new bike for my daughter. Bike was in stock and staff was helpful. Good experience
Poncho Cisneros: very friendly staff!! They helped me with all my questions!
Denzel Harris: Knowledgeable about what I came in for (bike accessories) with experience using them. Helped install too
Mike Brinkman: The sales rep was great very accommodating. Good experience.
Craig Laidlaw: Brought my wife's bike in for a tune up, staff dropped what they were doing and gave it a good review. They replaced a questionable tube while under warranty. Very pleasant and quick service.
ʝοhn navarra: Everything in stock and super helpful staff. Here's an anecdote: everytime I needed something for a roof rack D&D's shops always had it, no matter how obscure. Theyre awesome
Jake Stickler: The workers were extremely helpful and guided me through every step of buying my first bike. They made it super simple and not intimidating at all. They were super patient and answered all questions. I will be shopping here again!8 mos later - through my first full season of MTB and onto my second. Been here a handful of times since for general maintenance needs and buying a rack for my truck. Still the only place in AA that I will shop for bike stuff! Staff is awesome. Super friendly and eager to help. Extremely knowledgeable. The place to go whether you are a first timer or been riding for years.

Wheels In Motion West: what do users think?
Melissa Kennedy: The staff here is always kind, solutions oriented and provides wonderful advice.
Brett Vanderwerff: I got a quote here once and both a quote and service at another time. I think it's the manager, whoever look like they were in charge was kind of no nonsense with his assessments. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Would get service here again.
Baylen Springer: Staff here is fantastic. Kind and helpful. Great customer experience every time.
Bo W: Mike and Logan were so professional, were right on what I needed for my bike. Great service I will come back!
Bobak Bakhtiari: Very swift and efficient bike purchase experience. Ian’s like a ninja with bike intel and recommendations. He made California bike shops seem like they’re run by lousy drunk interns. And he even kept the store open longer because I was playing Patty cakes with my alter ego and was a bit indecisive. Very excited about my new bike. I hope I don’t die.
Joe Litak: I have had my bike in here twice for service. I chose this location mainly because the turnaround time quoted was much shorter than other shops in the area. They also helped me identify a clunky sound my bike was making that had me completely stumped but the fact they took the time to figure it out was nice.
Alan Kushman: Great store!!! I bought a new bike from this store a few weeks ago the the knowledge they have is amazing, they put me on the bike I was looking for plain and simple, could not be happier. I also brought a bike for service they found the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Also they gave me a twenty dollar coupon for purchasing a new bike. This will be my bike shop from now on.
Alex H: Came in here for bike shoes and tubes was immediately helped by both staff. Logan walked me through making sure shoes fit right was out in under 30 minutes. 5 stars will be back.
Patrick Larkin: Pure awesomeness. There's a reason they have been in business since 1933.
R.J. Meske: I have been a WIM customer for years and I can't say enough about the level of service and communication they provide. The new shop on the West side of A2 is small compared to their flagship store, but the service is outstanding. The manager always takes time to listen and is a fantastic mechanic. Even with the substantial increase in demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, they still provide a personal experience and treat you like you are their only customer.
Steven Deutch: Bike shops are highly dependent on the attitude and knowledge of the people who work there and the management culture. I have found Wheels in Motion to be among the best in this regard. Took my Trek Checkpoint in for brake service at this new Wheels in Motion location on Jackson Rd and Ian did a great job setting up my bike. My bike actually stops better than I was hoping.
Curtis Williams: Warm weather is around the corner and if you want to get your bikes tuned up or if you are new to cycling you won’t find a better bike shop than Wheels In Motion to get you ready for the season. Family owned and operated since 1933. There sales and service staff are very knowledgeable and can help you with all your cycling needs. For those of you on the Westside you can visit the new Westside location on Jackson road. If you are interested in cycling with a club or racing with a team WIM has both. They also support the WIM MISCA student cycling team which is a great way to get your kids involved in cycling.
brennansquad: Went in to get bike boxed for shipment out of state. Ian, store manager and exceptional staff, went above and beyond to meet my needs as I am very particular about my cycles. Will be back soon. Thanks

Bruce Geffen: It is great customer service and professional.
Mieko Diener: Top notch service beginning to end. The staff were super helpful and professional, the service was quick and fairly priced, now my bike is working like a dream and it’s great to be back on the road. Thanks MCB!
Wayne Nesmith: 5 Stars aren't enough for this bicycle haven ! Simple, small, well spaced & stocked. Ben & Randall, act as both sales and service with great patience & broad knowledge. And Juan is an amazing bicycle mechanic. One of the world's best shops here in Ann Arbor, MI.
Scott Nashlon: You just can’t beat motor city bikes. Super helpful, very informative and he even showed my daughter what he was working on to give her some knowledge on how the bike actually works.
Matt Frech: I stopped in today for some service and Juan gave me a lot of patient advice that helped me keep my bikes on the road for a few more years, affordably. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to buy my next bike.
soom gyai: Helpful, friendly staff that is knowledgeable about cycling, bikes, and bike service. With their help, I was in and out quickly with the parts I needed for my mountain bike.
Ashley Sapp: Super experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, great customer service - highly recommend!
Jeremias Lioi: Walked in with a bent valve and walked back out in less than 15 mins. Quick, easy, and affordable work! My dad loves riding his bike now that it's fixed :)
Annemarie Kidder: What a good place to have your bicycle tires repaired and to pick up accessories! Joshua did a fabulous job on my bicycle and the head mechanic/ owner had me in and out within an hour with new bell and head light. So reasonable in price too. Will make this my new go-to place. Thank you!
Christopher Hall: Pulled my bike out of storage and found that it needed a new chain and a general tune-up, and Motor City Bicycle was the perfect place to get some service! Jimmy helped me out, and everybody was welcoming, knowledgable, and friendly. I'll definitely be back.
Paul Carrigan: Excellent service, staff extremely helpful and fixed an issue with my new bike on the spot. Large selection of parts/accessories at very reasonable prices.
Deborah Rooks: the manager there a black fella ,slim tall with a bushy hair and pony tail scammed me! he so called fixed my electric bike but the top of the light failed off. the power bank does not work and damaged ,and he admitted now that hes not experienced with electric bikes nor is he an electrician. so why does he put my bike together knowing this is not a regular bike but an electric bike??.
Steve Demers: Called the shop first thing and asked if they could bail me out of my daughter's flat tire she got last night. They told me to bring it right in and Jimmy jumped on it right away even though he had other bikes he was working on. He even adjusted her brakes that were not properly working. Top notch service!
Albin Jalynski: Kid working upfront is not eager to sell a bike. I don't care attitude = my money is going elsewhere
Kosta El Greco: Good selection and helpful staff.
Zack Hale: Can't recommend this place enough. The guys here have been extremely accommodating and reasonable when it comes to service and advice.
Justin: Super friendly helpful staff. Never any stress and always willing to help.
Dora Diaspora: This is the only place I will take my bike. The mechanics know exactly what they're doing and have a deep and sincere passion for bikes. They offer a wide variety of tools and supplies, on-the-spot repairs, and are always happy to give advice or discuss bike parts. Great service.
Cody Rowden: Love this bike shop! Great service, Johnathan is the man!
Abraham Answer: Great expert advice about on and off road bicycles, accessories and apparel. Quick on the spot service and clean bathrooms.
Bradley Mack: I had my bike serviced here as other area stores did not have the parts in stock. I was elated with the customer service I was provided. This may be my new bike store based on the customer service just the same and I spied a new bike I must have.
