Sean: I ordered through DoorDash and called the store to ask for a side of ranch because the app wouldn’t let me and the employee was so rude. He acted completely annoyed with such a request. Is this how they train employees at this location? Not only that, but when I received my order they barely put any toppings on my pizza. Maybe because he was mad? Never ordering to this spot again.
Travis: Asked for extra butter and parm on breadsticks and they charged me for it and they didn’t put extra parm and butter on it thanks guys. Now I can see y no one showed up to work last week and they manager had to tell us they were unable to open

Chris English: For a little creasers this one is pretty bad. Since I order sausage pizza they have to make it fresh when I come in, but somehow it comes out over cooked and tasting like its sat in the warmer for hours. Crazy bread taste like they've never heard of parmesan or butter. When I go to other little caesers (like in Grand Haven) it comes out delicious, moist, and flavorful.

Adriana Clark: When I tell you these two workers had top quality customer service I mean it for real there where only two workers on shift Joel and Shaun and there where about 6 people in the lobby waiting for their orders and in just under 20min there was no one left but myself waiting for there orders and they really did a wonderful job dispite the circumstances, delivering within a short amount of time I will definitely be recommending this little Caesars to my friends and family.

We had asked for the plant based pepperoni and verified with the person taking the order 4 separate times that it was for the plant based pepperoni. When we got home with our pizza, it was a plain cheese pizza. So we called and asked and were told you can come swap it out for what you ordered. When we got back to the store, we were FINALLY told “we don’t have the plant based pepperoni anymore” even though it is still advertised on the front counter. We were all very mad and there was no offer to make anything right just a “sorry, live with it”

Even after scraping off all I could, it was still unappetizingly salty. I would not order this again.Dietary restrictions: Pizza is salty enough as it is without adding a handful of chunky salt, not only on the crust but the entire pizza. It is definitely a sodium bomb, so beware if you're careful of your salt intake.

a2cryss: The Slices-N-Stix are listed on a sign as Hot-N-Ready between 4-8 but they are not. I am OK with the ~6min wait to get it fresher and am totally for less waste. Jason Foster: Unfortunately as a recent employee at this location, I have to give the business a 1 star rating. I feel like this will fall on deaf ears; but for the small chance my voice will be heard, I’d like to explain how I was fired because things need to change for the other hard working employees that are still there.Getting hired in I was being paid $15.00/hr doing 60hr work weeks which I was fine with for a new employee starting wage. I spoke to the store manager about a raise to $16.36/hr (Michigan LIVING wage) but was told I would need to speak with the district manager. Upon speaking to the district manager I was told I was ineligible for a raise because I wasn’t willing to take on more responsibilities; become a manager. So after I was denied a raise, the store manager decided to cut my hours by 65%, to make normal day to day living that much more difficult. Upon asking about my hours being cut, he explained that he didn’t want to overwork me if I wasn’t feeling appreciated, and then eventually had me clock out because he felt shaken up with my stern tone of voice. Lied to the district manager about why, and she had no care to investigate the situation and simply took her managers side.I was punished for speaking up about workplace concerns.This is literally just the tip of the iceberg on how Rideordie LLC treats their employees; So this is the review I have to give, because I’m not afraid of repercussions. This is truly nothing personal, and strictly business. I hope the other employees start to speak up, because only then will you realize they are the ones holding the stores together, and making them profits. The problems are at the top, and trickling downward. Feel free to contact me with a serious offer if you’d like help fixing the problems.

Aside from that, the food was good, on time, and when I realized I forgot my brownie, I actually got someone to pick up the phone. I was able to go back and pick it up, ultimately I did forget -however, nobody bothered to realize it was missing. But, no big deal. The amount of staff seems to be improving, as does the food quality; I wish the staff working the front was a little more friendly.
