Forest Hill Cemetery: what do users think?
Paula Bockenstedt: Recent burial that was planned more than two weeks in advance. Burial service was delayed for more than 25 min as the cemetery staff had not placed the cement grave liner. There were only rough wood planks around the grave hole. No artificial turf carpet and no tent despite snow flurries. I have been to many winter burials in northern USA and Canada. I can’t account for why this gravesite was not adequately prepared in this particular well known cemetery. Really unthoughtful to mourning family
scott allen: Beautiful place. Cool markers. Good course to those in the know.
Luna Nightchase: Says 24 hours, locked when i arrived 🤦 hours arent that hard to change.
Drew Dakin: Best people I met in Ann arbor
M M: Beautiful cemetery, buried my mother here recently. No complaints of the staff.
Vickie Vandenberg: My parents are buried in Forest Hill. It is absolutly beautiful!
Stephanie Roosa: Absolutely beautiful cemetery - especially for a nice walk in the fall. The trees are so many different colors, it's almost unreal. Be prepared to endure steep hills on your walk. Maintained really nicely and is a great historical location for Ann Arbor.
Adventure Rhoades: Beautiful cemetery. Some U of M Legends laid to rest. Saw deer here early in the morning.
C K: Very nice cemetery
Dave S: Where Bo Schembechler is laid.
J Lim: Great plots, heights and walking trails for dates.

Arborcrest Cemetery: what do users think?
Matthew McRitchie: Great final resting place, people are just dying to get in ;)Nice location, peaceful serene setting. Includes options for graves and cremains. Identifies ability for free burial for veterans (convenient considering proximity to VA hospital). Lots of wildlife seen in cemetery, including deer, coyotes, wild turkeys and others. Has a small pond near entrance that attracts waterfowl including ducks and geese. Also, snowy egrets and great blue herons.

Botsford Cemetery: what do users think?
Don Neuendorf: Very simple. Very old fashioned. A graveyard connected to the local history.
Paul T: A small cemetery with important names in the history of this area of Ann Arbor. Dense line of trees surround this cemetery on three sides. Road noise of Geddes Road breaks the serene quiet I remember from visits decades ago.

Washtenong Memorial Park: what do users think?
Jeffrey Edwards: Cant get any type of straight answer. First of all, I gave them the Block,Section and plot numbers and they coudnt find them. Then they finally did. Sent me a quote which I felt was too high. Asked about it then they said they could do something along the lines of what I wanted, sent cost back and was less than !K difference for significantly less. Then they replied again and said they could sell me a plot I all ready own and then 1/2 a plot for more. Would only sell me a 5K marker. When asked for clarification they ghosted me.
Scott Weiland: We found Pete Raft and staff to be very professional, accommodating and respectful. We had two internments and ceremonies in 2022, one for my father in law and other for my father at Washtenong. Both were perfect thanks to Pete and his staff. We were so impressed that before we headed back home to Georgia, we purchased our own niche.
L R: Beautiful burial options inside and outside. New staff has made a considerable difference. Thank you, Jessica!!
Angela Porter: Getting angry all over again about the reinterment for my dad because Washtenong Memorial Park inAnn Arbor, Michigan disrespectfully, inconsiderately took advantage of a grieving family by placing him not only in the wrong vault but $3000 cheaper one. Someone who served his country, protected the public as a correctional officer, dedicated his life to his family. My dad's wife Kimberly Napier honored him and his final wishes completely (Kim went through this with her mom 2018 in Lansing). Unfortunately and from experience, funeral homes and cemeteries WILL have the nerve and audacity to do this when you would think the opposite with them being in this profession. On my mind heavy today, due to the 1month funeral anniversary (12/28/21) is tomorrow; allegedly now. they have received the correct vault: we will have to schedule another burial. Praying he is not wet! It's unsettling to go through even once let alone twice, and not able to appropriately grieve until he is respectfully laid to rest peacefully🙏🏾
Megan Kenyon: My grandma was buried in 2004 and it has never been kept up. The place in the back by the pond looks like a dump. In the winter they don't care for the ice-once my uncle slipped on it and fell. Another time my grandpa fell because the snow wasn't plowed and he couldn't see the step. Half the time they don't put a flag in my grandpa's plot for being a veteran. If I had the power to remove my grandparents I would do that in a heartbeat.
Kelly Trueblood: If I could give this place a negative 10 stars I would. They double charge for a service that will only be done once. The manager SANDRA.... Her favorite term is "I don't know what to tell you" heard it 7 times at my mom's death. We went in to make our own arrangements for the future and that still is her favorite term. This place has changed owners 6 times in 10 years. They sell the same plots to 4 different family's and expect you to be okay with that and just accept what they have left to offer when my parents bought their plots 40 years ago.
Yolanda Yancey: Although it’s not something most people including myself enjoy discussing life is not separate from death. It only looks that way. After attending a family friends Beautiful Mother’s HomeGoing Celebration, my heart smiled; knowing her final resting place would be entombed inside of one of your uniquely designed mausoleums.Washtenong Memorial Park Cemetery is one of Ann Arbor, Michigan’s HIDDEN GEMS. A “Silent City” created to honor our loved ones life, legacy and memories, that are now a part of us.
Megan Harvey: Honestly very disappointed in the staff and grounds keepers. To anyone who's family members these are I am sorry to see this , but this is fully unacceptable and this is the exact reason people shouldn't be barred in this weather. These people head stones are cracked and some even displaced to the point they where obviously drug across the law and my great grandparents stones alone with the neighborsing ones are now underwater due to their ignorance. . .Unacceptable and you guys should be ashamed of yourself. Respect the dead you where paid to care for!
Rita Morgan: You should make pictire sharable for families can have in phone and PCS. And to pass to out of state relitives.

Arborcrest Memorial Park: what do users think?
Rachel Scheel: I had placed a lantern at my sister's grave on top of her grave stone. I went there a couple months later to check on it and it had been run over by what what I'm guessing was a lawn mower. It was completely caved in. The graves around hers had ground ornaments as well but hadn't been touched. Hopefully they tell the groundskeepers too be more aware next time they're mowing.
Jackie Marcus-Humitz: Very unproffessional staff. Started with inappropriate conversation in the office while we attempted to arrange our family members burial. The office was aweful, smelled of cats and mildew not an sppesling environment. I guess I expected something classier than a doublewide. Due to upcoming rain, this was actually offered as a place to have the memorial. Yikes. On the day of our service, impending rain moving in, we were all waiting under a tent for our urn to arrive with the staff.Saddly, they were late and the storm came. Can't beleive this is how a proffessional outfit- in this business, for goodness sake, is treating their customers. Sad.This is a real opportunity to help support and comfort families going through a tough time but they kinda missed the mark. I only hope this was an abberation-alas, first impressions only happen once.
Cathy Sperry: The people that work there are extremely compassionate. One of the workers actually has the last name as my own. There is a couple that work In The office together, you can tell they work very well as a team. Anything she says, he does. They are a very good fit for one another with the compassion they share. They do try to maintain the grounds as much as they can , however sometimes it appears it may be overwhelming for them . After all, they are also busy in the office. You will notice as soon as you walk in you will almost feel the compassion .I would recommend this place for an x loved one for sure. They also have a place for your pet. If you have a dog that needs a final resting place, this is the place for him.

Abdullah Naseer: Imagine reviewing a cemetery.
Marjhani BellaMorte: no one ever answers the phone over there and they are giving me the run around about a grave marker telling me it doesn't meet the guidelines but won't provide me with any guidelines. I think it's because they just want us to buy it from them.
