Umbryth: Delicious sandwiches, reasonable prices, nice workers, and great location for tourists being right next to a cafe/bookstore and very close to a parking garage. While I didn’t eat one, I’ve heard great things about the sottini bowl, and it looked amazing.

One of the things I love is the bread they use is a flatter bread (I’m not a culinary wizard) that makes it so easy to eat. Worth the visit. You decide. Right across from Literati’s, A2’s infamous book store. Great location.

kenneth ma: Pretty fast for a DELICIOUS sandwich. Had their philly and spicy chicken sandwich and for 16 inches of sandwich for only $2 more than Jimmy John's it's amazing. They're not dripping with grease or anything either just a damn good sandwich will return again many more times.

Victor M: Honestly I'm surprised at all the bad reviews. I think it mostly boils down to the delivery from door dash/Uber eats. I've ordered from these guys three times... While personally the fries aren't the best, the smoked wings are delicious and I haven't had one of their sauces that tastes bad. And on top of that the price is amazing!

Andrew Peterson: Placed an order on the website.. got confirmation of order and was charged.. then got a notice a half hour later that order was cancelled. I called the store who said they couldn't issue refund and I had to call doordash. I called doordash, and they said it's just wings had to issue refund. Card charges show chilis ann arbor, not doordash. Either way, I have no food and I was charged the full amount.

Kaya B: Got buffalo boneless wing combo, the ranch is fantastic but the wings were somehow soggy and dry at the same time. Fries were burnt. Buffalo sauce had a bit of funk to it and overall wasn't great. Im not sure if the soggy/dry problem is true for the bone-in wings but I def don't recommend boneless.

Marc Morris: The only good thing about my food was that the flavor of my wings were really good. Other than that not that good food. The wings had a rubbery texture, skin was falling off, and were damn near dry. The fries were cold and my coke was flat /:

Ordered here plenty of times and there are Plenty of sauces to choose from but when I ordered Parmesan garlic, it appeared to be a dry rub and not much on the wings. I wouldn’t recommend that sauce. They tend to go light on the sauce and you are guaranteed to get a couple wings without sauce sadly. Another thing to note, be sure to pick the order up right away otherwise the wings and fries will be cold when you get it. It doesn’t appear that they put it on a heater to keep warm when it is ready.

Nel Zee: The best crispy chicken in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti for me! It is super crunchy and juicy and is perfectly seasoned! I can say that the gentleman manning the store is really a hard worker and deserve all the praise. He manages to do everything from accommodating the customers to preparing the yummy food. Everything is freshly made and he provides a hefty serving for the price you pay. You literally get the bang for the buck!

It was so tasteful, had a very addictive flavoring that made me want to eat more 😂.The chips were so crispy, flavorful yet not burnt or too stiff.For dessert we got the carrot cake and oh my… the carrot cake is like a semi sweet dessert with a distinct taste of carrots and cinnamon. JACQUELINE MOUSSEAU: Went to KFC for dinner while down there for a surgery at the hospital. We pulled up on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 7pm. While sitting in the drive thru: we watched a male employee come out of the back door of kfc dressed in their uniform to a car with other people all ready in it smoking something-the whole car was full of smoke. While we were still waiting in line a total of more than 10 minutes the line moved for us to place our order. That employee came out of the car along with a female employee went back into the building through the back door. The male employee took our order and could not comprehend what I was saying. 2 number 8 with coleslaw, mashed pototoes and gravy. Crispy chicken. I ended up repeating this simple order several times then was asked If we wanted something to drink. I said a pepsi and mountain dew. I was asked if I wanted them together? (Like in one cup)No two drinks. This person taking the order was very unprofessional, stoned and made you wonder if you should eat the food. Upon pulling up to the window, that question was answered. None of the employees were wearing hair nets on their heads or beards. The female's hair was extremely long and drets to boot. The male employees the same long hair no nets. Only 3 employees in drive thru lobby was closed. We waited for several minutes by the window (which noone ever opened) we left. We could not believe that the owners of this franchise is still in business with employees like this. Never will go there again. So disappointing since ours here at home is so clean, neat, professional, and quick to fill the orders.
