Pay for parking and the whole nine yards to walk up to the door at 8:39 to see its not actually open until 9. So now I get to skip breakfast because I have meetings to get to and wasted $2 on parking for nothing. The $2 doesn't matter but its the fact that its blown for nothing.

Yoonho Kim: It's been fine a couple times but yesterday I picked up 2 footlongs for myself and a co-worker, got all the way back to work to realize that for whatever reason, the second sandwich was a 6inch.........how do you mess that up?
Min Kim: I've lived in the US for over 10 years and have used many Subway stores, but this is the first time I've seen a very bad store like this. Service and sandwiches were the worst.I placed an online order around 5:30-40. I went to the store with a 6 o'clock pickup. However, there were customers in the store, so I waited even if my items did not come out. Meanwhile, another customer came in, and I waited outside the store for 20-30 minutes. However, the sandwich from the guest who came in while I was waiting was made before me, who ordered online, and they took it. And I started making what I ordered. I got the sandwich I ordered after waiting almost 40-50 minutes at the store where I arrived for a 6 o'clock pick-up.I understood everything because it was a pandemic and it was evening time, and I was in a bad mood, but I was trying to understand.But they didn't even make what I ordered, and this was the first time I'd ever had a sub that looked so poor. They didn't apologize to me, nor did they give me the refund I asked for. They did things the way they wanted them to. Who pays for the time I lost, the discomfort I've received, and the gas fee?

David Hunt: Worst subway experience ever, first of all the place was dark, no lights and were on, it was daylight out but still turn your lights on. It honestly looked like they were out of business, and there were no employees anywhere to be found, place looked like a deserted island. Then someone came out finally, wasn’t friendly, no hi how are you or how can I help you, anyways I was hungry and not thinking properly and I ordered a meatball sub, he then began serve me a meatball sub without even having the meatballs warmed up or anything, just pulled them out from under the pantry in a bag with sauce, i have never seen anything like this before but again i was hungry and not thinking. I had to go and fix his mistake when I got back to work and heat them up in the microwave, like who wants a cold meatball sub when it’s supposed to a hot sub and nice to have when it’s freezing out. Will never be back, do not go here. My stomach is starting to hurt now and I feel sick. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

I also got two cookies that were hard as a rock and for $18 you would expect better quality. Clearly the cookies are old and they didn’t make fresh product for that day which is very unacceptable. Not sure how they pass inspection if one is done. I unfortunately won’t be back which is a bummer because subway is one of my favorites.

It doesn’t matter that she’s by herself, she makes it work, especially during a busy lunch rush!! I will pass up the subway on Washtenaw (right across the street) to go to this location because she is so pleasant!!! She deserves a raise and a Holiday Bonus. She’s a keeper!!!12/12/22- I returned to the store today and was pleasantly surprised that Raven was there again! And again she was by herself on a lunch rush. She had a smile on her face and was very accommodating when it came to letting me know that they were currently out of the garlic aoli! the sandwich I ordered comes with it!! Like I said before. I will go it if my way to come to this location because she is so nice to her customers.

We ordered on DoorDash but the sandwich’s still came warm, toasted, not soggy, and veggies were very well portioned out! I’m comparing our experience to the usual location we order from on S State street in the gas station. Great job to the employees there!

One time placed and online order and they called to say they did not take the coupon we used and cancelled the order. He did say to use a $12.99 or $6.99 coupon but that was a day were none worked. Not even $1 off or a free cookie. Started taking them again around the Super Bowl. Subway corporate should compensate the franchisees more for the coupons that they (corporate)promote. When I presented the coupon for $5.99 footlong sandwich, the owner refused to accepted it, stating the coupon does not apply to "premium" sandwiches.
