He loves going to school each day, and sometimes he's not quite ready to leave. He's shown tremendous growth in hitting his milestones, and the teachers at Alaina's have significantly contributed to that growth. The teachers are very attentive and provide informative updates on how his day went and anything else they've noticed or that we've asked them to keep an eye on. We are 100% satisfied with the value that we've received.

My oldest two have since graduated, and my youngest is currently in one of the toddler rooms.We have loved all of the teachers that our kids have had. I especially appreciate that many of the teachers our oldest had are still at Alaina's 8 years later, so we've had the benefit of having teachers who know our family and who have a ton of experience working with kids.I cannot say enough about how great our experience has been. When I was a new mom, I appreciated how much the infant room teachers taught me about babies. When I have had toddlers at the center, I've admired how energetic the teachers were with the kids, and how much joy they took as the kids learned new skills. The pre-school classroom's "summer camp" is especially impressive, as the teachers plan an amazing summer where the kids go on field trips, have themed days, and just have a blast all summer long. My pre-schoolers also left the center well prepared for kindergarten.The center has always been very flexible and supportive of our family, and very understanding of the challenges that working families face. We've had a great experience with our kids there and would recommend it to anyone.

Catie Smoot: I have two children at Alaina’s and have been very happy with the experience for my family since we started in February 2017. I’ve appreciated the teachers who have supported my kids in so many different ways - caring for their needs as babies and toddlers, getting to know their personalities, teaching them new skills, and helping them with social-emotional learning. The center is also very flexible with scheduling, and I’ve appreciated that as well. My kids are happy when I pick them up from Alaina’s and sometimes ask for just one more minute to play :)

In addition to the friendly and welcoming environment, she was very well taken care of, including being fed some wonderful home-cooked meals that really expanded her palate. Sometimes she doesn't want to leave! They provide a relaxed, safe environment for my child to play and learn. Plus, they sometimes send me home with a bit of the delicious meals they make for my child. We're so happy to have found this daycare!

Jane Song: We were incredibly lucky to have found this place. Najwa and Amira genuinely love and care for the children. I loved that they fed my child home cooked meals and my child enjoyed them all! Just seeing my child smile at Najwa and Amira every morning assured me that they were taking good care of my child. We are moving out of state and can only hope to find a daycare as great as this one.

Kavitha Ranganathan: This is literally the best childcare we have ever found!!!!! We have had nannies and used multiple other daycares in the past, but this daycare is absolutely phenomenal. If you want your child to grow up in an environment where they are loved and cared for as family, get fresh, delicious food every day, and where the staff feel closer than family, this is the #1 choice. Najwa and her family are a god send, and there is no one else that has been able to come close to the standard they have set. I cannot say enough good things about this daycare, because they are absolutely 100% the BEST. Would not want to send my child anywhere else. The Ann Arbor Daycare has become family to us.

Azar Kafaei: I called Ann Arbor Daycare to inquire about enrolling my child, to which they responded that they have an opening and scheduled us for a tour. They then proceeded to ask me what my nationality is. 10 minutes later, I called again to ask if we could schedule the tour during their working hours when children are there (previously they scheduled us for after-hours, after all children have left,) they said 'sorry the spot is taken' and hung up.

Henry Ji: This is an amazing daycare! My daughter is 20 months old and has been the daycare for 7 weeks. The most impressive thing was as a naive daycare student, she only cried at the first two mornings drop off! She likes the food a lot and speaks more worlds. Diane Barbeau: We send our not quite 3 year-old to Childtime on their Flex Plan, meaning he only goes about once a week. The flexibility in their scheduling is exactly what our family needs and I’ve recommended them to several moms of little ones. Their staff are so wonderfully attentive and patient with the kids. We’re so happy we found this place!The location is extremely convenient, just off the freeway. I’m very happy with the kinds of food and snacks they serve (even if my picky eater usually turns it down). They offer a live feed of what’s going on in the various rooms, and on our first day I checked the video about every three seconds lol. I get updates all day about meals, naps, and potty breaks. The director, Angel, has been wonderfully responsive and easy to work with- better than many of other places we looked at when we were searching for a daycare. I honestly love this place.

Katie Lampen: As a first time mom, I was so nervous about leaving my son at a daycare all day, but Childtime made the transition so easy. Now I love dropping him off because I know he is going to engage with caring adults, build relationships with peers, and participate in so many fun activities I wouldn't be able to put together at home. He is so social and loves playing with his friends every day- I'm so grateful we've had the opportunity to partner with this amazing school.

Jordan Martinez: I couldn’t imagine trusting a group of people more with my son. From his first day at Childtime, I knew he was in a safe and reliable environment. On days where I miss him a little bit extra, I take advantage of the Watch Me Grow app and log in to see what activities he is sound throughout the day. I also enjoy getting photo, nap and food updates from the Brightwheel App. The educators at Childtime consistently challenge our children with learning new age appropriate material and words. Not only has his vocabulary improved, he has also learned plenty of American Sign Language that we use daily at home as well. We are very proud to take our son to Childtime and would recommend it to any family looking for childcare in the area.

D K: My son was here from 3 months to 7.5 months of age, and the only reason he isn't still there is because we moved to a different city. We LOVED Childtime so much that when we moved, we only looked at the local Childtime (saw online that it also had great reviews) and enrolled him there.My son was at this location in the Infant 1 room (smallest babies). He is our first child, and my wife and I were really nervous about him starting daycare. But the staff here is AMAZING. Infant 1 is led by Ms. Danii and Ms. Michelle, and there are a number of other staff who help out in there too. Believe this: Every single one of them is amazing. I couldn't have been happier with the care here, and my wife and I were very sad when we had to transfer him to a different location when we moved (the new location is great, but we still very much miss the Ann Arbor one). My son developed really close and special bonds with Ms. Danii and Ms. Michelle, and even on his last day there, Ms. Danii stayed 2 hours after her shift ended so she could spend as much time with him before he left. They care so much about their job and the children, and they do such an amazing job - I really can't speak highly enough of all the entire staff here. It's no wonder, since they are led by the great Brooke Boone, who is just fantastic as director, who also spent a lot of one-on-one time with my son.OK I'll stop raving about the staff to take a moment and say other things that might be helpful if you're considering enrolling.1) They have video cameras that you can watch whenever, so you can always see what your little one is up to - this is a new feature.2) Their app that they update to notify you when you child has eaten, napped, and gone potty is super awesome, and they're great about updating it. You also get very cute pictures and videos, and I've saved every single one I've gotten. You can also send and receive messages to the staff - they've always been very responsive.3) They have cool classes and summer programs, although this is obviously geared towards older kids.4) I forget how often, but they occasionally have Friday evening babysitting so parents can drop their kids off and then have an evening for themselves.5) Diapers and wipes and food (but not formula) are INCLUDED in the tuition, which is super convenient.I give this Childtime location my highest recommendation. If the location and cost of Childtime in Ann Arbor on Plymouth Road work for you, you'd do well to strongly consider it.

During that time, she had several outstanding teachers: Miss Jen, Miss Andrea, Miss Christine, Miss Alexis, Miss Kelsie, and the director Miss Brooke.The teachers were good at following through with physical therapy exercises and medication. They also took an active interest in our daughter, challenging her with various physical and mental tasks that taught her excellent fine and gross motor skills, puzzle solving strategies, and sign language.As first time parents, we enjoyed and were surprised by what our daughter learned at Childtime.

Lindsay Schultz: We are so grateful that we have found Childtime in Ann Arbor. Not only is the location convenient (5 min off of M-23 and M-14, 12 min into downtown A2) but the teachers are loving, creative and warm. The culture is great and our son has special dietary restrictions that they pay strict attention to. We recently moved houses and had an opportunity to change daycares but the decision was easy for us to stay given our satisfaction with the center.

WS W: My son went to this day care center for 5 years. He said he "likes most of the teachers there, but some teachers are kind of mean, not very mean".The teacher for his infant-toddler periods was awesome. We all liked her. However his preschool experience was not good. In those years he was bullied by another kid for a long time but the teacher did not take care of that and did not tell us. My son was too sad to tell us until he was in kindergarten.It seems that the management in GH puts a lot of weight on the teachers' educational history and certificates. But from a parent's perspective, being nice and patient with the kids and really loving them are usually more important.

I've heard it's a good employer, turnover seems very low- we haven't seen a teacher leave in the almost 3 years we've been there. Both my kids love it.
