T “Tickler007” Rex: They did all the work in less than 2 days. They found me a senior apartment, in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor. MAP and two caseworkers had been trying since April and could not even find their own toes, with firecrackers taped to them.
Catherine Rice: City waitlists years long, or closed.Very discouraging workers.Shared housing difficult.Having pets, even cats, very hard to.placeOverall waste of time. No help.Found place on my own.

April Mongefranco: Totally INACCESSIBLE for somebody in a wheelchair, cane or walker. You cannot get up to the front desk at all, just horrible! There is a ramp and then 2 steps that lead up to the desk. It's like they only did HALF the job! They are so VIOLATING all ADA regulations!! Don't go here.

Kenyatta Campbell (low): The building management of the maintenance department Tim is a narcissist. He views himself as a person whose needs extreme attention but lacks ability to understand and communicate with people that doesn't indulge in his ego. With little to no emotion to the opposite ethnicity (unless you are from the opposite sexual ethnicity as himself). I do not believe he is the main representation of Ann Arbor housing commission ,but does play a key in it's structure. He has a male ego that blankets a dark cloud over the city of Ann Arbor value .

Yazweedan Tv: The worst place to do your taxes. They did my taxes wrong and caused problems to owing the state money.Avoid at all cost. People won’t help you there.Bad communication and even worse staff.Horrible people and service.
hallie hancock: I have only good things to say about our United Way tax prep program. I have used them for two years now. They are doing a fine job and help so many of us who cannot afford a high charging tax preparer!The quality is top notch as they have the first round to go through the return. And a second around with Quality Assurance tax expert too. I feel confident that my taxes were prepared accurately.

Shaun Holder: I did my taxes yesterday at one of their off-site locations here in Ypsilanti. It is the Michigan Works building I think the address is 336 Harriet Street. It is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the Ypsilanti Transit Center or you can take the 45 and that'll drop you off a cross the street from the building. They're still doing great work with the free Tax Service and now have made it convenient for us by opening a location in Ypsi. Thanks United Way for all your hard work.
