Ryan Cuppernull: Nice staff, can be difficult to get appointments. Updating a previous review as they did work with me to get a sooner appointment.
Jake McNeil: Terrible experience. They send an appointment reminder for the wrong time then make me reschedule after driving an hour down here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They say this happens all the time, so why don't they fix their appt alerts so it isn't misleading? Silly question I know.
Megan McPherson: Do not go here under any circumstances. My husband went here for a vasectomy and they sent over an obscenely high charge. They are refusing us an itemized bill of our charges and said they will only provide us with the total amount. When asking how the charges are calculated I was told over the phone "they just are what they are" and when asking "so are the charges just randomly generated?" I was told "yes, they are just random". When is it ever been okay for a business to tell someone "the charges just are what they are" without telling them what they are for?
T: Our appointment at the medical facility was for the administration of an infusion treatment. Our nurse Cherri M was absolutely impeccable! My husband had an adverse reaction to the treatment which resulted in him coughing profusely. Due to the attentiveness of Cherri, she was back in the room before I had the opportunity to call her. She promptly administered antihistamines and steroids, then contacted my husband's Neurologist to advise on his status. Pam, the MA, was extremely accommodating and very helpful.I honestly feel many people in general do not leave reviews for positive experiences, and the ladies in the infusion center are exemplary.Thank you all, and Cherri, you are an amazing leader! Thank you

Evette Dziedzic: Looking at other reviews lately I was nervous to come in this morning but I’m happy to say I had a great experience and felt very listened toNot sure what times others went but mine was early and I was in the room maybe 5/10 minutes before the doctor came in. Check in was super easy and quick as well as the nurses seemed very sympathetic to me even though I admitted to scaring myself with a google search prior to coming. Good thing I came in though as there’s a plan in placeEvery industry is short staffed and stressed out and the medical field even more so but I didn’t experience any of that today in how the staff engaged. People all have bad days sometimes too. I think as patients we can also say, I need to feel like I have your full attention.
rere 1990: This hospital is very bad in dealing with patients. They don't give me my medication regularly, they take my appointments, they give it to another patient, they hang up the phone in my face, and they tell me the medicine is not available, or they don't do anything else so they don't give me the medicine. I suffer from a serious chronic illness and they play with my feelings about my chronic illnessAnd I need to take the medicine at the right time, and unfortunately they do not provide it for me...
You Are A Star: BEWARE: Options were not fully discussed with me, Now I am dealing with a potential dust mite infection because they injected dust mite allergy into my arm. Haven't got the relief I wanted, spent 3.5 hours in a room just to become potentially infected. Silly waste of time.
Jung Eun: I had a chance to meet doctor Melissa Ann Pynnonen today. I wanted to discuss my long- ongoing medical problems(ENT issues) that has affected my daily life in the past several months.I found that she was lacking to listen my problems and shown no empathy. She was rude and had a bad bedside manner during the course of 7-10 mins interaction with her. I regret that I visited her today and feel like wasting my money($30, co pay), It wasn't worth it.

Annie Jayy: They take FOREVER to fill out paperwork, like health appraisal forms for children going to school. You can’t contact the clinic directly, instead you have to speak to a call center rep. This gives very little recourse as to getting your paperwork finished. On top of this, they change how long it will take. 1st they told me 3-5 days, then when I called back they told me 7-10 days. Getting simple paperwork filled out should not be this frustrating or complicated.

Russell Stambaugh: One of several Michigan Medicine satellites, it offers a convenient alternative to the Main Medical Campus for a range of services. It is the current site for drive thru COVID testing. For those procedures available, it provides a handy alternative to paying the Main Campus parking fees. COVID screening is conducted at this site. A mask is required for entry just as in all Michigan Medicine facilities.

Doctor wasnt as bad but he still was very detached from his patients it seems and didnt help me what so ever. Modern day medicine doesnt suprise me anymore, my husband told me not to schedule an appointment with a doctor lol prooves my point....they treat you like a sub human and never help. Money money money and rushing the patient out as fast as they can. What a joke.

Kingdom of heaven disciple of Yahawashi: This claims to be a sanctuary City of Emigrant loving residents, so all Hispanics in catch and release come to Ann Arbor there is plenty of free food places like this ,also places for shelter that are not shelters like the peace house on Huron Street, the Robert J delonis Center gives out free cooked meals. The library is open 7 days a week in Ann Arbor if you need to get out of the cold and rain. Also mr. roof is a company that hires illegal immigrants and undocumented immigrants. If you can speak Spanish you will be a crew leader for a roof crew of non-Spanish speaking immigrants. Just Google mr. roof in Ann Arbor he's hiring right now. Last I checked he was paying 8 to $12 a square. When you get here go to the welfare office called DHS ask for an urban Survival Guide of Washtenaw County, this is a book of free clothes ,free food ,Free Housing, even free money, but call the place first because the times and dates of giveaways change from day-to-day and year-to-year😎.Peace amigo!
Willie Simmons: If you don't have a lot of food to eat in the middle of the month. Go to the Northside food banks they'll take good care of you. Until you get your next paycheck or whatever. I give them for thumbs up. It's like shopping at a grocery store but everything's free. Big thumbs up to Derek the director.

Ann Tull: The worst agency on the planet they have not helped my son in any way since being in this county for 6 months.
Sarah Marianne: Psychiatrists do not know what they are doing at all, I was prescribed a medication that would’ve interacted horribly with another medication I was taking. Did not listen to me whatsoever and completely messed up my medication concoction just to put me on a whole different set up that barely keeps me stable. I was told that I would see a therapist within a few weeks at my intake appointment just to find out later that they have over a year waiting time to see someone. The case managers are poor and judgmental at best. I felt judged by my case manager at the first appointment I had with her. When I expressed I needed a med appointment to her she sounded irritated and acted rude towards me when it came to scheduling. I had initially attempted to switch med providers because mine atm is completely incompetent and has, seemingly, no education on med interactions. She also seems very arrogant for not listening to me and being distrustful when I expressed certain meds weren’t working for me. Absolutely horrendous at best. Switching psychiatrists as I write this. I only have 1 more appointment for meds just to get her on board with applying for benefits.

Deb H-Bumford: This agency provides a safe environment for people with mental illness, developmental, and dual diagnosis ( mental illness and substance abuse ) disorders. It offers many types of treatment services including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, psychiatrists, therapists, and many types of support groups. This is definitely one of the best mental health agencies in the state of Michigan.
Shari Morris: I have been working with them for years with my kids never had a problem we where even doing home visits.. My problem is a mandate reporter is supposed to let u know they are reporting you to cps and i would have been fine with that i have been dealing with them for years cause they cant seem to get i have alot of medical problems on top of ptsd anxiety its hard enough to raise kids by your self with that alone then i asked for help and she called cps on me then waited to the day cps was up there and then she texted me and told me she called what a courd.. I would like to know how a worker can tell you to take a vacation knowing you have no help so what she could call cps on me again .. All i am saying is my fault i trusted to get my girls help and this women has ruined it for all the hole family.... They need ppl in here who have kids and know what they are talking about ... No one that has kids walks away from them for a week and go to another state but because she has no kids she seems to think it's fine to walk away from your kids when times get rough.. I have called and asked for anwsers anf no one whats to deal with the problem....

Maryam Shirmohammad: Terrible experience for my infant COVID vaccine. We booked his 3rd Pfizer dose, 2 months in advance. Confirmed the appointment online, showed up to the scheduled appointment, filled out the paperwork, etc. After 15 minutes wait, the staff very rudely without any sense of responsibility said we don't have Pfizer. No apology, no empathy. We asked why you didn't give us a call to cancel. She didn't seem to care.This is an obvious act of irresponsibility. Not forgivable, more important not forgettable.

Sumaia Al-Suraimi: I called the clinic to follow up with my referral, and the lady on the phone was the rudest health care worker I have spoke to before. Closed the phone in my face twice, got frustrated when I asked her kindly to clarify or elaborate, and her tone was very belittling. Very unfortunate for the clinic, such workers can degrade the clinic service quality. Please do better, because this can push your patients ( myself included) from coming to the clinic.

Marwan Soufi: First visit to Packard Health West. I was seen by a nurse at the exact scheduled time. The doctor came in immediately after the nurse completed her checks and I did not have to wait like I had in every dr. office I've been to. Everyone was very kind and professional.
Maxine Robinson: Over a month ago I went and got my blood drawn.... I got it done on a Friday, then called that Tuesday and Wednesday for my results, no one responded. A week later I received a call from them, they referred me to a Hematologist. Today I got to my Hematologist and they never received my blood work. I have access to my patients portal and it wasn't on there either. The Hematologist asked to draw my blood again but I refused, I felt like it shouldn't have to be drawn again because it was just drawn. I'm feeling like I am not getting the care I should be. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
Lisa Chalmers: My appointment at Packard West and their proffessionals was a caring, efficient, and an impressive experience. Dr. Nell Kirst was kind and patient with my questions. Christina, my nurse, was easy to talk to and she never made me feel rushed to finish. Thank you to the front desk staff who got me an appointment within 24 hours of my request.

Kaia Elizabeth: I have been going to Packard Health West for over ten years and I must say things have certain gone down hill... I love my primary Dr. Holly Ross! She has always been very helpful, understanding, a good listener, and she has never once made me feel uncomfortable talking about my struggles with weight, anxiety or any medical issues I've experienced. THOUGH, the clinic's receptionist and office staff are absolutely terrible!! It's a nightmare.I have lost count how many times they have scheduled appointments just to call days or the day before to say we need to reschedule for various reasons. In addition to, the numerous referrals that never got sent to specialist. It's very unfortunate. I would recommend Dr. Holly Ross in a heartbeat, but I wouldn't recommend Packard Health West.
Timothy Nutt: Chris the receptionist is amazing, he is always so helpful, he remembers our names and is willing to go out of his way even when I know it's not his job. In a society that has tons of bad help it's refreshing to find a person like Chris.
Roy Krone: One of the worst clinical experiences of my life. I made an appointment to see Dr. Holly Ross, who is a very good doctor, and who has aided me greatly in the past. On this occasion, my appointment was for 2:00 PM. I arrived 15 minutes early, conscientiously, and after filling out paperwork, I was swiftly whisked to the exam room. There I waited for over 45 minutes (not an uncommon experience for anyone who's ever been to the doctor's). Maybe twenty minutes into it the assistant popped in to say that Dr. Ross was "on her way," but was clearly "running behind." For sure she was, but that's not the worst part, and that's not why you see the One Star review up above. After having come out and waited an hour to see the doctor, I heard Dr. Ross through the thin walls ominously say, "Maybe just the physical, then I gotta get out of here." Within a few minutes another representative stepped in, ultra-apologetically, to tell me that THE APPOINTMENT THAT I HAD ALREADY WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR IN THE EXAM ROOM FOR WAS NOW CANCELLED. Apparently Dr. Ross had had an emergency, but based on the above information it's more likely that she was so overbooked that she just needed to cut bait so that she could move on to her next engagement. Sucks to be me, the patsy who happened to be next in the way. (Roll the dice and maybe next time it could be you!) The representative offered to have my prescription refilled, and of course to reschedule my appointment that never did come to be, but why would anyone want to subject themselves to treatment like this? I declined and left. How valuable is your time to you? How valuable is your health and the care that you expect your medical professional to have for it? Have some self-respect and seek a better option. (Posted pseudonymously)
Sticky Niki: I really am so grateful for this place. Every time I call, they do a follow up. When I didn't have insurance they helped me apply for one. And even when I didn't have that they helped me with medication. I just love them and so happy they exist. Thank you for your hard work!!

Jean Wong: I should disclose my bias--as I was formerly employed at the original Packard Health site. That being said, I've been a patient at Packard West since it opened at the original location at Maple/Dexter, and now bring my children as well. Whether we're seeing our PCP or another provider, we have always had excellent care from the physicians at Packard, and have always found the support staff to be very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the practice to my colleagues and friends.
Kim Frey: If you don't get one of the first appointments of the day expect them to be running at least an hour behind. Dr Ross is great but the rest of the office is totally inept, have had nothing but issues when dealing with them. When you call in for help they put you on a list and if you call in again before they call you back you get bumped down to the bottom of the list. The receptionists obviously don't want to be there and should probably have picked a different profession since they show no inclination to help patients. If my husband didn't like his dr so much we would have switched years ago.
Christina Rusu: I had an appointment at 8:20 am for an annual physical and I showed up 5 minutes prior to the appointment. The staff wouldn’t even let me in the building even though it was raining because they were “in a meeting” and eventually told me that they “cancelled my appointment” and “called me” yesterday when there was no call at all. They did call me a couple days ago and I missed the call but called back within 30 mins and they said they were just confirming the appointment so idk what they were talking about. I’m definitely gonna be going somewhere else, I mean who treats people like this?

MaryAnn Cavazos: I absolutely love this office. I see a Psychiatrist here as well as my Suboxone doctor. They are so kind and patient. I left Gammons medical to come here. I wish I wouldn't have waited so long.
R. Kalfayan: I've gone to packard health for 5 years now and have had an amazing experience up until this year. For 6 weeks I've been trying to get a refill on a medication that i've been on for years. I went in person, called 3 times and sent 2 messages and still have not heard back. I'm getting a 10 day emergency supply from my pharmacy but this is ridiculous and dangerous for patients.
Jessica K: Would be nice if food pantry was open at least one Saturday a month. My family walks here. My son came today and was told you open at 11. I came back before I had to go to work and the intake specialist said she couldn’t tell me how many people were ahead of me. I explained I walk also I take the bus to work so I was trying to see how much time I may had since it takes me an hour to get to work. Your pantry is the only one convenient unfortunately open only during the hours I work. Today I had an appointment nearby so I was able to stop in for the pantry.
Disgusted: Horrific, unprofessional call center staff. Even when you are nice to them in spite of their rudeness, they still can't learn how to be pleasant. Wow! If you don't want to do the job you're hired for, please leave! No one needs this kind of unnecessary rudeness from someone who benefits from the # of patients the clinic has. Answer = reduce the # of patients so the call center doesn't have to be bothered to be nice. No more patients, no more calls, no more clinic!

Sarah Long: Came here for mental and physical health issues. Was told the first time I came and had major concerns about being able to afford therapy that it wouldn’t be more than $25 per therapy session with them. Got me through SEVERAL sessions before I finally received bills for $174, $99, $169 for my therapy sessions. When I brought it up with the therapist TWO different times, he told me he’d have Erica from billing reach out to meet with me and get it settled. Guess who never reached out???Today I went to Packard Health to address this in person once and for all, AND THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. Sign on the door says “MEETING FROM 12-1pm”That’s fine for a business to do that, BUT what doesn’t make sense is that there were 5 people outside who had been called by the clinic and asked to come early, but were locked out in the cold? There’s a winter storm coming? It’s 32 degrees outside and you’re going to call people to come to your office just to sit out in the cold? And then the receptionist had quite the attitude with us about it when she opened the door. The little eye roll and head bob to accentuate “Well I can let you in the lobby, but you all still need to wait until 1pm.” was extremely unnecessary and unprofessional.

Gwen Ncube: I’m very frustrated because I had been calling Packard Health-Ann Arbor for weeks to get a referral to a dermatologist. They never picked up. I ended up sending a portal message and got a response days later. They recommended a dermatology office and shared a number. The person responding to my messages said the referral will be sent. I made an appointment with the dermatology office (which was about 2 months out). About 2 weeks before the appointment which was supposed to be today I got a call from the dermatology office saying there was no referral on file. I started calling Packard Health to get this taken care of. They never picked up! A week or so ago I was trying to call to make an appointment with my PCP and I could only connect with them after multiple calls spanning several days. My call was never picked up but I left my number. The first time they called me back, the person gave a HUGH sigh exasperation when I responded to the call, before they hung up. I called again and left my number. I got another call back and made my appointment and also mentioned my referral issue. I was told this would be taken care of. Monday comes and I get another call from the dermatology office saying there’s no referral. The appointment was canceled as a result. I think I will be finding another PCP. I have spent so much time trying to call this place I don’t think anything can make up for it. It’s sad because it’s not my PCP who is the problem but the office itself. I’ll stick to UHS for healthcare while I find another PCP. Maybe avoid this place if you don’t want to spend hours in total trying to make an appointment or making up for their slip ups!

Edward Larkins: The staff is very kind and work to get me scheduled as soon as possible. Katherine Hoffman has been a great practitioner! I can’t imagine I have been an easy patient to treat with all my issues but she has gone above and beyond to attend to my physical and mental health!
James Mcpherson: Terrible at scheduling appointments and keeping them, will change appointment and not tell you and fail to call in prescription and now I go without. Thanks doc!
Delia Rose: Their customer service team are very short and rude when you call them for help. I got the driest “morning how can I help you” monotone and disinterested the entire time. And then “mm bye” and hung up on in middle of my “have a good day” this is not my first or second bad experience with them.
Shaoqin Yang: I’ve been going here for years. Not sure what happened here but I will no longer be coming back and am hoping to find a different family doctor for my parents and brother as well. My dad’s appointment got cancelled at the last minute twice due to doctors not showing up. They would send a last minute text instead of calling us to reschedule. No apology and no nothing. I found out that I’m pregnant and have been telling them to refill my prenatal but they have been unresponsive and never returned my call. My pharmacy called and then I called and left a voice message and no response at all. Go somewhere else!!

Leela Starr: Staff at desk was very nice ,warm and friendly!The office is much bigger now so people can sit farther apart and feel safe. And staff in general is very friendly we went there for our booster shot and I had a generally could experience I was not allowed to get mine because of the place in which I took my original shot didn't reported to the state for my records.So I called Meijer Corporate Office and asked for the director who is not available and never called me back oh, so I went directly to the pharmacy where I got that done and had them look it up somehow they never put the initial shot and they said the second one was showing up but Packard said nothing was showing up. I'm not going to Meijer for another shot ever! And Meijer never credited the $10 that they said voice for shopping either not for anyone in my family! Which doesn't have anything to do with Packard I realize but just letting you all know don't go to Meijer for shots.

My only complaints would be that their' records system couldn't see my U of M file, and I just didn't feel up to repeating my whole history & meds; and that the note the PA write for me didn't include her recommendations to my PCP. Otherwise, staff was pleasant, and I'd go here again if needed. This was on a Friday early afternoon.

Daniel Saulles: I would give them negative stars if I could. A simple strep test took 8 days to get a call back on. That is only after calling them multiple times and sitting on hold for 30+ minutes each time and being assured I would get a call back. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT PROVIDE HEALCARE THEY ARE JUST THERE TO COLLECT THE INSURANCE PAYMENT.

Courtney Cade: I went in for a hip injury i only saw the Dr for probably less then a minute he didn't even look at it and just ordered an x Ray, the tech who did the x Ray took horrible pictures and radiology couldn't even diagnose what is wrong with my hip because the pictures were so bad, it also took a week to get the results and I had to walk into the urgent care to get my results 6 days later! No one cared to even call or give Me a call back. Now I have to find another place to go to get a new xray
David Smith: I didn't know I could make an appointment. So people were coming in After I got there. And going before me. It took an hour and a 1/2. For a simple. Drug test for work.
Lighthawk: Easy to make an immediate appointment for Covid testing. Fairly short wait time at clinic. A PA interpreted results. Medicare covered the visit 100%.
Cassie Croschere: Brought my child in to get some antibiotics and everyone was super king from start to finish. Doctor and nurse was super professional and fun with the kiddo. Seemed to genuinely care. And they were efficient! Will be going back if need be I’ll choose this location!
