The German shepherd likes to sneak and eat grapes off the ground, and also has a taste for chicken droppings. Ewww. Ikr!Each thing individually is really bad for dogs, so we do try to keep him out of them, but he sneaks and gets massive diarrhea. Usually in the middle of the night.Unfortunately, we had just replaced 2 floors of carpeting, and he had single handedly destroyed 3 rooms of it. We tried EVERYTHING! We have a home Hoover cleaner. We used that. We used 2 different enzyme products. We used, 2 different types of carpet cleaners. I used alchohol. I used white wizard. Not to mention the man hours we spent. We were still left with large, dark yellow stains.I called Ann Arbor Rug & Carpet Cleaning. They cane the next day. I didn't get the 4 hour window of time some companies like to use. They said, my appointment time was 12 -1. They were here at 12:00. They were gone by 1, and so were the stains!!! Completely, gone!! I am thrilled! We’ve had these areas along with our entire house cleaned multiple times and everyone is in and out. They not only took the time to make the carpet very clean they took care of the urine smells as well. They truly took a lot of time to get the carpet very clean instead of just running the steamer over the carpet. I would recommend wolverine carpet anytime especially if you have bad stains or pet issues. They really were good and professional. Jacquelynn Kennedy: We have used Wolverine for a few rugs and loved the results. We had them come today to do 5 bedrooms, 4 rugs, 2 stairs and 2 couches. They did a phenomenal job! On time, quick process, very professional and kind! Usually when we’ve had cleaners in the past our carpets smell like a wet dog and are soaking wet but Wolverine has a very light citrus scent to their solution and our carpets are about 80% dry only a few hours later. They were very thorough and were able to get all of our stains out. Our house is fresh and squeaky clean and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality clean!

I took a chance since the previous franchise carpet cleaner charged more and the carpet looked the same after they left. Now i regret not taking before photos. The 2 bedrooms look so much better now. Sarah Stedman: Waste of money. I had a thick pile wool rug with heavy pet urine smell/stains. I don't think the treatment soaked all the way through. Right after the treatment my entire house smelled like ammonia. The treatment just reactivated the smell and made it worse. I had better results afterwards when I tried dumping Nature's Miracle all over the rug. I still ended up having to throw the rug away, after spending almost the full cost of the rug on the ineffective cleaning. The crew was professional, however.

Reetuparna Das: We wanted to schedule a regular cleaning service with S & J. This required us to do first a deep cleaning visit. I was surprised by the unprofessionalism for their very first deep clean visit. The first visit cost us 9+ man hours @45$/hour for a typical moderate sized house. At the end there were many surfaces left dusty, counter tops not wiped clean. Things were left disorganized (e.g. our Japanese floor seating mattress on top of couch, dustbin on top of a desk in kids room, and other stuff left in a disarray). The team was in a rush to get to the next job. After this "deep clean" we decided not to continue their service even though we paid hefty first visit charges. My past cleaners have done an amazing job, this is not professional.

In addition to his swift response, they offered to immediately correct, or schedule another cleaning session by the owner at no cost.Writing this after we spent the day RE CLEANING the things this cleaning company was hired to do.Job was scheduled 6/18, in a completely empty and obstruction free home. We requested a deep clean on our kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and were under the impression the expectations were clear.We moved in to the home this weekend.It looks like the counters, outside of appliances and part of the toilets were done. I'm not sure what else was even touched in the 4+ hours they were "cleaning".Images are of the tub full of dirt and dust, soap scum throughout both showers and fixures, the wipes I personally used on ONE bathroom and a kitchen cabinet shelf before and after one wipe from me.Terrible scheduling experience, and the finished product was a 1/10.

Derek Swenson: Initial communication was spotty, but no worries. We wanted to support local business. The day of the cleaning though they didn't show up and I received no phone call or email warning me they would be late. I left 2 messages with them and finally an hour later they told me they'd be arriving 2 hours after the scheduled time. This was an inconvenience, but no worries. Luckily I had the day off. They did a servicable job of cleaning. They didn't do a good job on upstairs toilet but everything else was done well so no worries. We got a small discount for our trouble and when the invoice came I sent them the check. They called 2 weeks later asking for payment and I told them I had already sent a check. I told them I sent it to the address on the invoice. They said ok and I don't hear anything more until I get a new invoice with the discount canceled and a new higher charge requested because the bill was past due. Now THAT made me mad and was the last straw. I wasn't going to write a bad review until then. To not just call me and ask me to send a new check but instead send a new invoice with a higher charge is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SENT PAYMENT AND YOU LOST IT. I WILL SEND PAYMENT AGAIN IF YOU NEED, BUT THERE IS NO NEED TO CHARGE ME A HIGHER PRICE FOR THE COURTESY OF FIXING YOUR MISTAKE.I won't be working with them again. I expect to be treated better than this.
Alvin Mamuyac: Our schedule for the cleaning of our house was around 10am. The two person team came at 9:30. After discussing with my wife they started working on the bathrooms, kitchen and hardwood floors. I have to say, they were wonderful and very professional. They brought their own cleaning supplies and equipment. As embarrassing as it is one of the cleaners spent a lot of time in the bathroom. My wife wasn't sure they were going to get to the hardwood floors, but they assured her they would. At the end, everything was clean, appliances, bathroom, floors and they did a wonderful job. My wife was very impressed with their professionalism, their timeliness and their work ethic. She is very happy with the results. We will HIGHLY Recommend S&J and will schedule at the very least a once a month cleaning. Thank you S&J for a wonderful job!!

Lorri Parks: Little bit of a wait before we were able to get taken care of. They quote you a lower price online then when you bring it in, they indicated Iit was going to be quite a bit more.We were unable to get an definitive quote, based on stain that they weren't sure if they were able to clean.They said it'd be at least a month before they could determine a pricing and would call us.The customer before us had the same complaint about cost. They also leave customers rugs that were dropped off for cleaning,laying on the ground and no other way to get to the front area without walking on it.

They have re-made part of a valuable Navajo a cotton rug, using a specialist in Egypt, when my puppy chewed a big hole in it. I could not even see where the original ended and the new began. They have re-dyed areas damaged by animal stains on our most expensive handmade wool area rug (11-1/2' x 15'), cleaned puppy and cat stains, trimmed and re-tied the edge fringe on an area rug, and of course provided standard cleaning services. I have never had a single complaint. They communicate well, do top-rate work, and they let me know in advance how much work will cost and how long it will take.
